MMTC’s in Florida Chief Medical Officer Doctor Joseph Dorn has twelve years of working in hospice care for terminally ill patients, rounding out more than 30 years of practicing traditional medicine. 

In the past, many patients suffering from painful and debilitating conditions faced treatment by often-addicting or ineffective medication, with no option to first try a natural solution such as medical cannabis for pain management and treatment. 

His experience told him that it was time to be part of a change. When that option for medical marijuana became legalized, doctors formed the medical staff of MMTCFL and knew that they wanted to make a career out of connecting patients to medical cannabis treatments which could make real changes to their lives.
