Was very nervous but the Dr walked me through everything. The office staff was excellent helping me gather medical... records and within one day, I can say goodbye to the harmful medication I've been talking for years!(Updated Oct 16 2022) Reduced to 1 Star!I was initially seen AFTER new laws went to effect regarding dosage limits etc. We discussed during our meeting that I would be getting double what the new law limit is...TO START; and that the doctor would be submitting that paperwork with my initial state application although he needed to get the correct paperwork. I should have taken a hint when the doctor asked the receptionist how to enter information into the program. I was just extending gratitude and understanding that they are probably very busy.2 WEEKS LATER AND IM MAXED OUT! JUST TO FIND OUT THE DOCTOR NEVER SUBMITTED THE EXEMPTION. AFTER FINALLY REACHING SOMEONE FOR A CALLBACK, I WAS TOLD I NEEDED TO WAIT 6 MONTHS!!!! COMPASSIONATE CARE MY BEHIND, I SPENT ALL HURRICANE AND AFTERMATH HUDDLED WITHOUT ELECTRIC OR MEDICATIONS DUE TO THIS DOCTORS NEGLIGENCE AND THE COMPANIES REFUSAL TO HONOR THE INITIAL AGREEMENT.Now I can't even try the different strains, liquids, vapes, etc because I barely was able to purchase any semblance of variety using a 1st time discount. I've deleted this doctor from my ommu account and am considering just buying through street vendors instead. This company only cares about dollars, not people. Go anywhere else people! Or just wait out recreational. Will be sooner than we thoughtread more

The new office has a lot of room to park and the facilities are nice and clean. Doctor was very cordial and thorough.... My one thing to see change would be able to have an account where you could pay a little whenever you could and get to the 200 so it's not all at one time.read more

Do not go here. Did a call around on certification prices. They are double the average. Average being about $150. They... charge$299 for initial visit follow up then $199 for recertification. Save some money and go elsewhere. Way too much for five minute visit. Saw response by the “owner” to another reviewer who also had issues with the pricing and the response showed they don’t care about anything but squeezing every dollar they can out of their patients/customers. Should be ashamed guys…. Can’t wait for recreational use to be legal so people can avoid this horrible practice.read more

I had my first follow up appointment today. It was fairly easy, just some minor questions on improvements, etc. My only... issue is it took maybe 5 minutes, if that, and it costs $99.00. They told me that I need to come back every 6 months and then it would cost $199.00 each time. That's a lot of money for 5 minute follow ups!!!!!! Will be looking for another place to go closer to home that does not charge this outrageous amount of money! It is literally cheaper to go to the cannabis store and buy what I need than it is to go to this place.read more

Nice location with horrible customer service. Their hours are incredibly inflexible and on that, after being a client... for more than 2 years, they ask me to come in early for my appointment and when I said I wasn’t able to and had to arrange to make even the appointment I had they locked the doors before my appointment with no correspondence prior to and you can only really get in touch with someone from the contact center which is also a very uncomfortable experience. There’s so many better options to choose from!read more
