As a patient, they don’t return phone calls, extremely difficult to get accurate information from, and are very... overpriced compared to other clinics. Recommend staying away - too many good doctors to put your health on the line with a terrible clinic.read more

The only complaint I have and it would be for any clinic I would beusing is that now the state makes it mandatory to... pay $199 every 210 days. It was a year initially, then became 7mos. Now it's at this point. Another way to make money of seniors and those in need of medications which are high enough as it is.read more

Fast, efficient, and friendly staff made my visit a pleasure. The only criticism I have isn't directed at this clinic,... or its staff, it is the annual cost to maintain a medical marijuana license in Florida. Four hundred dollars a year? That is this state robbing people that need the health benefits of cannabis. For example, in Colorado it's just $80! Gotta take one star away for that, though.read more

Would not allow me desired milligrams I needed for my needs. Rude customer service staff. Unknowledgable Dr in the... Carrollwood office. Company is apart of another doctor office and does cards on the side. You can tell this is just some side gig. Not focused on patients purely focused on money. Got my refund and will recommend people not use this place.read more

The reason why I gave it 3 Stars is solely on the cost. Everything else was great both the new Doctor and his MA are... both awesome. My first time I went and saw Dr. Sanchez it was around 160 dollars this it was 199 dollar. I feel for a 6 month review that is extremely high. This may be my own point of view but that’s how I felt.
