The staff was nice and helpful but I had the impression they were there for the sale, however, they were by the book. Presentations and questions are asked. The doctor was helpful and he answered my questions. However he/she may not be the same person you see on your next visit.

Happy I found this place. Marijuana Doctor off of CGB was unreliable, made 4 different appointments with them only to have the doctor not even show up every time. My last doc didn't make me feel 100% comfortable so asking for help ir advice or insight wasn't really something I bothered to do. Made an appointment online which was very simple! Once I got there the Receptionist told me they didn’t get the authorization of my medical records in time for my appointment even though I filled it out online. If they needed that and didn’t have it in time, I would have brought it or called my doctor. But instead I drove there and then they tell me they don’t have them, why not call me so I can get it set up and ready to go BEFORE my appointment. I had other items such as my medicine and an MRI report but was only asked for medical Records? While I was looking for what they asked for, someone Came in after me. I pulled up what I thought they needed and tried asked if it’s was they needed since they weren’t very helpful. she dismissed me saying the doctor is leaving and can’t see me now. I had an appointment….Yet someone walked in right after me. Right. I’m going elsewhere. This was my first experience with Medical MJ and I felt embarrassed and not prepared.

I was greeted by the most beautiful experience of therapy personnel and treated by the most amazing, compassionate, caring staff that I believe I have ever encountered. They were patient with me and answered my many questions. Dr. Lopacki took his time with me, explained things so I could understand and listened to me like I am a real person. I never felt hurried or felt like I was just another number.I wish all doctors were more like him. Five stars isn't even enough. They walk you through the whole process! I had been putting off getting my license for years, thinking it would be a tough, confusing process. Now I wish I had done this much sooner. Just found a Florida statute stating that my Dr. Can submit a request to up the dosage and 35 day limit on smokeable flower. Yet the Dr's have multiple times told me it's impossible. Seems someone is lying or simply refusing.

I also don't understand why they can't do a simple disability parking form so the person can renew it when they haven't been able to see their primary because of covid and they have their medical records for diagnosis and are a doctor.Alot of this makes no sense to me but oh well. The receptionist are very sweet as always.

She also helped me get started on the process despite me not having all of my medical records by searching for the fax number or my mental health care team.Dr. Davison was also very caring and not judgmental about my condition whenever it seemed I was going off topic. I wore a mask (because I wasn't happy about my makeup that day lol) and he was very considerate by wearing his mask as well when I went to his office even though it was not a requirement.I highly suggest this team and office for their kindness and patience!

Had an appointment at Winter Haven location. Was set a week prior to appointment. Walked in 15 before appointment. Was told my records haven’t been released from my primary doctor. Ask the receptionist (who was nice), why wasn’t I contacted before appointment to fix situation. I was told that they cannot contact my doctor. What I don’t understand is why no one contacted me to fix problem. I VALUE my time, and this was a complete waste of it. I do not recommend using this establishment at all. Very unprofessional imo. If I could give less than 1 star, would have.

This was my 3rd visit to this clinic. I had an appointment at 10:45am, arrived about 5 minutes early after a 45 minute drive. Walked in and the waiting room was full, except for 1 seat. While filling out paperwork another patient came in and said he had a 11o'clock appointment, another patient spoke up and said his was also at 11. Then another patient said her appointment was at 9:30. So when I turned in my paperwork, I asked the receptionist how many people were in front of me. She replied with 4. This was after another patient rescheduled. So, I wasn't going to pay for a late appointment and decided to leave. Doctors need to have more respect for their patients time. Especially when the patients have to pay out of pocket for these appointments.

A while later the receptionist took the next patient, new customer, to the doctor. I asked what your policy is in taking patients and she apologized very nicely. It was a very long wait. That is why I left a prior clinic. Perhaps your check-in policy needs to be examined.

Don't waste your time. They want you too pay them just to get a card. After that u will have to pay more then the weed is worth. Medical is just gov pharmacy trying too get rich off prescription that can't be filled by insurance.
