Dr. Kirsch was very nice. The front desk receptionist was very stale and rude. She canceled my husband’s appointment even though he showed her proof of listed covered conditions. She instead wanted everything faxed. She left me sitting over 10 minutes, waiting for another staff member, while she sat talking and eventually closed the window. She initially told me she was telling the staff member I was waiting for her. When I was asked by a different staff member if I was waiting on someone, I mentioned who I was waiting for and the receptionist kept a nonchalant look on her face. After we left, my husband was able to go to a different facility and show the doctor and receptionist everything he tried to provide here. The doctor said he was qualified based off his medications alone. Needless to say a potential new patient was lost as well as a returning patient.

The doctor spent maybe 45 seconds with me and sent me on my way after I paid my $200 tax for the 6 months. I am glad that I chose this place. I just went yesterday after kicking and screaming about the Board of Health making people come in at this time. First, the front office staff are top-notch. They are very sensitive about keeping the place and the necessary sign-in tools clean. They are also very understanding that patients are apprehensive about the close quarters.I have not met the new doctor, but Joe Dorn, MD is fabulous. He is engaging, intelligent and connects with his patients. He is also very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this facility.

This clinic has been a bright spot in my life for two years. Regular visits for B-12 kept me in contact. They knew me by name. Very personal, compassionate treatment. I truly appreciate the opportunity to have a virtual appointment with Dr. Kirsch. I’ve been on self isolation for over a month and was concerned about how to maintain my seclusion, so all their efforts to establish and maintain contact at this time are deeply appreciated.

Even in the midst of this craziness the staff was both professional and listened to me. I highly recommend Dr Dorn and his partner.
