Dr. Potter is the most kind, caring and helpful doctor that I’ve ever been to. I needed a doctor who was closer to home and I’m happy with my choice of choosing Dr. Potter. I see him mainly for HRT but he is always there to listen and tend to any of your needs at any time. His staff is also very caring and welcoming.

After not feeling well for months and other treatments failing, Dr. Potter finally gave me some relief. He took the time to understand my symptoms and get to know me. His entire staff is amazing! They made me feel comfortable. You can tell they really care about each individual patient.
Sold me a defective supplement that made me violently ill and when the doctor was informed about it, he refused to take it back. and refund my money The staff is also extremely rude and unprofessional. They sold me something that not only did not work but actually made me ill ,and did not show an iota of care or concern about it, Or about selling a potentially dangerous or defective product in their medical office. I guess Dr. Potter really believes in Hippocratic oath-first do no harm!!! RESPONSE- I am adding this information as the response to Dr. Potter comments, First of all we did not buy the product from the manufacturer but bought it from your office directly. You are responsible for what you are selling in your office, Secondly my husband WAS NOT informed of your return policy when he bought the product, as he put it ,why would a provider have such a return policy on the product they never had any problems with. He also said that if he would of been informed of such a policy, he would of never bought anything from you, since it would make him immediately question what is wrong with the product you are selling. In addition the product we bought from you was not sealed. Therefore, I also wonder how it was handled in your office, if it was opened, used, contaminated etc, The product also did not have an expiration date on the package. But most importantly it is not even the product but you and your staff horrible and uncaring attitude upon learning that the product you sold made me sick.As to advising me to use the product that made me sick again?!?!?! I HAVE NO WORDS FOR IT!!!
