Someone tried to assault me and my 3 year old daughter. They did try to neutralize their patient. After the fact well they don’t respond to their own customer service which is weird for a medical facility. This place is a joke and thc% is bought and paid for.

Made contact over a week in advance because I had a service dog, I’m retired military with anxiety and anger problems. Checked in with 3 people but had to answer same questions. Didn’t know I had a dog or my needed room assignment. Tried to give me their drugs and wrong ones. Little time off, only on beach a couple days a week and in the water once a week. Designed for drug and alcohol recovery not PTSD etc. corrected 6 staff on the service dog policy that none of the knew about. Drugs run wild on campus. Have 30 minutes in the morning to sign up for things. Gave me my shaving 🪒 but not my alarm clock with a cord. lol all staff except DJ have no idea what they are doing. Caused me more stress than before I went in. Find another facility, might get better with time but not now.

A big shout out to Kiran at the Navarre location. He was very pleasant and patient with me. I shop for my meds by terps and I don’t like the fact that your website doesn’t show terps for each strain. I actually have to go in-store and have the employees look up terps for all different strains. Some other dispensaries show their terps on their websites so I am more likely to shop with them before MUV.

I got an eighth today to come home and realize I had been shorted a good bit. I have been coming here for a year and never had anything like this happen. I called customer service and spoke to a very friendly lady named Iris. She told me to go back up to the store with everything and that they will fix it. So I did and the manager on duty was so wonderful and friendly and he apologized and I was able to get the full amount that I paid for. Was it an inconvenience? Sure. But things happen and I know it wasn’t intentional or anything lol. Plus I’m only a few miles from the store. Every time I come in, every single staff member are all smiles, very nice, they ask about your day, they are honest about products, and the environment is so chill, the lobby is clean and aesthetically appealing. They all do a damn good job running that place! Big shoutout to the manager on duty today. You’re awesome!

I have heard it being talked about, however, I didn't know I was not already earning rewards. It sure would've been helpful to be told about this hundreds of dollars sooner. There's no signage posted about it either. Really, it would be better if we customers weren't made to click a button before activating the rewards. Really, the rewards should just be added at the time of purchase. I still like Muv and will continue to shop here, which is largely a convenience factor. Lately, I've noticed your potency levels aren't competitive enough with places such as Fluent, which was offering $20 .5 vapes, many of which had over 90% THC. Otherwise, if you don't feel like driving, this is definitely the obvious choice. Old review: Shout out to my fav budtender Alex!!! I just keep going back! the friendly atmosphere and the knowledge each individual has is far from basic, these wonderful bud tenders not only know how to treat a customer but also know how to fix a problem; I had a mix up on one visit and wasn’t pleased in the bud I received on accident and the manager went above and beyond to fix my issue and on my next visit he hooked it up..MUV is definitely up there in my Fave 5 💚

This is the only place that I choose to go to. The staff is all wonderful and takes the time to answer any question you may possibly have. Its very nice inside and you never have to wait very long even when they are busy to get your order. This was my first dispensary I ever went to in Florida and easily became my favorite. They run really good sales too!

We'll I receive an email telling me they were having a sale buy two pans get one free and some other discounts I get there and none of it was available why send the email if you don't have the product it was a waste of my time I hate this happen because it's a new local dispensary. I've been to the Pensacola location a couple of times but this just opened up in Navarre and is more convenient for me and the staff is great. I had a bunch of questions and the tender went over my profile and explained how to search the state website and what was available for me and also recommend that I contact my Dr. and the Dr. could move the prescription around to better fit my needs . This dispensary, officially referred to by the state as a medical marijuana treatment centers, or MMTC for short is licensed by the Office of Medical Marijuana Use (OMMU).
MUV is vertically integrated, as are all of the Florida cannabis brands. Being vertically integrated means they oversee the entire process from seed to sale. MUV dispensary products are grown from their own cannabis plants from seed or cuttings, harvested, and processed into a variety of products. Then packages and distributed within their own network.

Purchasing Marijuana Products at MUV
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders may make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
If it’s your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.
What Marijuana Products are Available at MUV
The best way to see the different product options before visiting the dispensary is to check out their online menu. If enabled, MUV in Navarre online menu may be available on FL Dispensaries to reserve your order.
If you have an active medical card, you can pick from a wide array of cannabis products. Various delivery methods of the different cannabinoids have been approved by the DOH, including edibles, inhalation, oral, sublingual, topical, traditional flower and even suppositories. There is no obligation to buy your entire milligram limit at once; instead, you can purchase less if you so desire and then buy more during another visit or at another dispensary. It’s important to find what works for you.
Low tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) cannabis with higher CBD products are available to patients as well who prefer the non-euphoric effect.

Lately, I've noticed your potency levels aren't competitive enough with places such as Fluent, which was offering $20 .5 vapes, many of which had over 90% THC. This is the only place that I choose to go to. The staff is all wonderful and takes the time to answer any question you may possibly have. Its very nice inside and you never have to wait very long even when they are busy to get your order. This was my first dispensary I ever went to in Florida and easily became my favorite. We'll I receive an email telling me they were having a sale buy two pans get one free and some other discounts I get there and none of it was available why send the email if you don't have the product it was a waste of my time I hate this happen because it's a new local dispensary. I will definitely make sure that I call and make sure they have the product and pre-order before I go to this dispensary again if I ever return.

I've been to the Pensacola location a couple of times but this just opened up in Navarre and is more convenient for me and the staff is great. I had a bunch of questions and the tender went over my profile and explained how to search the state website and what was available for me and also recommend that I contact my Dr. and the Dr. could move the prescription around to better fit my needs . Highly recommend you give them a try plus some of the highest the levels and quality around.
