The business is a “blue-collar” manufacturing based oriented work place and the ideal candidate will have experience working in a like or similar environment.

The Network Systems Administrator is a role that requires an innovative mind and unorthodox approach to ensure our networks are optimized for our needs. He/she will be responsible for managing all network connections, ISP connections, and any third-party integration. The ideal candidate will assist the IT Manager in creating Standard operating procedures for network related processes. He/She reports and works directly with the IT Manager.

Major Responsibilities:

Fully supporting, configuring, maintaining, and upgrading Trulieve network equipment

Maintain network integrity, optimize throughput based on priority

Installing and integrating new server hardware and applications

Support and administer third party applications

Monitor network performance for multiple locations

Oversee the creation of user accounts, permission, and passwords

Implement logical file sharing structures to optimize efficiency

Define network policies and procedures

Specify system requirements and design solutions

Audit and map existing networks

Provide innovative solutions to uncommon problems

Oversee tech support help desk

Ensure backup of files on a regular basis

Additional Responsibilities:

Responsible for responding to technical needs 24/7

Minor Cabling and termination of cables

Assist with OneDrive and Sharepoint

Travel to different locations nationwide

Any other tasks as assigned by the IT manager


Minimum 15 years of IT experience

Bachelor’s degree required, IT focus preferred

Hands on experience in networking, routing, and switching

Experience with network security

Familiarity with backup and recovery software methodologies

Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

Effective time- management and ability to multi-task

Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environment

Must have extensive knowledge of Microsoft office, Active Directory and Azure

Ability to travel up to 30% of the time

Must have a passion for customer service and problem solving

Individually motivated that does not need to be micromanaged

Ability to make decisions at moment’s notice

Desire to find innovative solutions to difficult problems

Ability to pass a Level 2 Background Screening

Must be at least 21 years old

A comprehensive benefits package including paid time off is offered with this position. This position will work an average of 50 hours per week and will be available “after hours” if an emergency situation should arise.We are an EOE company.
