I’d hate do leave a bad review but if I can’t reach the establishment I’m trying to buy from then that’s a problem. Having to talk to your contact center because the individual stores can’t answer phones is ridiculous. Your call cent ALWAYS puts me on hold then hangs up the phone.. ALWAYS. Is there a number that we can call to skip this call center?

My favorite location, usually has what I need. Staff is nice, Issues with accepting cards lately though and ATM didnt work today either so that was inconvenient. Hopefully they get it fixed so I can update to 5 star

One of the absolute worst experiences that I have ever had at any dispensary I have been to. I walked in and I placed my order. The bartender came up, scan the item and I paid with my debit card. I know the machines can take a few extra minutes, however the money already came out of my account. She then goes and tells me that it was declined on their end. So I showed her my bank and that the amount had already been taken out of my bank. What were we going to do about it? She then proceeded to continue to tell me to swipe my card again, even though it did not go through on their end, but still charged my bank. Why would I swipe it again?! so here I am leaving Trulieve after giving them my money for a product that I did not receive. When asking how to handle the charge of $35 the woman told me oh I don’t know it should go back on your account However on my account it shows it as an ATM withdrawal and does not show this as a pending transaction so I hope it was worth losing a customer over a bad attitude from your budtender, as well as taking a customers money with absolutely no regard.

Always fast, friendly. Very easy to get in and out. Parking is close to the door. They have deals alit of times. You can bring your dog in.

This business has only one handicap parking space, yet an employee parks there consistently without a placard or handicap tag. This is illegal, highly inconsiderate to customers, and very neglectful of accessibility needs. It only takes one phone call for a vehicle to be towed or cited. Management should address this immediately before it reflects even more poorly on the business.
