I haven’t experienced customer service at any other Trulieve that compares to the one in Niceville. Every visit is a great experience. Whenever the handsome store manager checks me out I know all of my questions will be answered, I’ll be well taken care of and I’ll leave feeling confident about my purchase. The fact that I get a little eye candy while checking out is just an added bonus! Great customer service like that is hard to find!

The store is now under new management. Greg is very friendly. Staff is very helpful. They are quick to respond. I love going in the store. I don’t have to drive to Fort Walton all the time to make sure that I get all my discounts that apply. They are great to work with. Love this store.

The Niceville location is my favorite. I wish I was better with names, the employees always remember me. Wish I could give them the kudos they deserve on here . And they are all awesome people. This place used to be my go-to dispensary for all of my medical needs. Definitely not anymore! They are so money hungry. It's not even funny!!! Let's talk about all the product that is on "sale" the reason why it's on sale is so they don't have to give any other form of discount! You know them little cards. They give you kind of like a treasure hunt where they sign off on everything like buy a pre-roll. Get a check mark. Leave a review, get a check mark. Fill this little card up and you get $50 off your next $100 purchase.... "Fine print no one tells you about" only if the product isn't on sale first!! 🤦 It's sad that they're kind of a monopoly, but I am so glad there are other choices popping up!!! Unless you have endless amounts of money steer clear of here.

I have no problem waiting however when there’s a line building up and the manager is completely nonchalant like no it’s fine. It’s fine. OK no problem so wait longer but then the manager tells me to go to the third register. I go to the third register and he’s like no I told you to go to the second register and this dude wants to argue. No I’m good. I’ll take my card back and take my business which is a lot elsewhere. Don’t gaslight your customers.

Unfortunately, Liv (Manager) Niceville location makes it horrible experience to shop there. So I go to Fort Walton as often as possible. They are So friendly ,havebetter prices are easier to work with and will honor a sale. The staff in Niceville are great especially Chris. anytime I’ve had a question or a sale price Liv says she will not honor anything or except returns. Just because it’s listed on the website, don’t expect an Niceville store to honor it. Just drive 10 miles and go to Fort Walton beach location

Why do I need to tell a business what improvements are needed. It's you business to hopefully be efficient and effective. Don't use customers to explain to you the obvious. Most of the time customer suggestions are ignored. Don't provide to me excuses. Just let yourself know if you implement improvements for your business. Look at other vendors and see what they do. I can come up there and figure it out but I would expect compensation. Everyone waiting in line as a pick up share the same frustrations.How about you call your corporate vs me that is ignored. Don't deflect and want me to do your job.

Purchasing Marijuana Products at Trulieve
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders may make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
If it’s your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.
