I tried almost every dispensary in florida.i Have been a smoker for 20 years. Jungle Boyz dispensary definitely hands down has The best Bud period.love this place!!!!

Extremely disappointing experience at this location. One employee, Emily, was consistently rude, dismissive, and unprofessional, & imbecilic. Customer service here felt hostile rather than welcoming, which is the opposite of what you’d expect from a dispensary environment. The store manager was no better—his behavior came across as unprofessional, racist and, at times, discriminatory. There seemed to be inconsistent treatment of customers, which raises serious concerns about how this place is being run. Even more concerning, I observed practices that did not appear compliant with standard procedures, including zeroing out products, purchasing for customer with no ids and selling it around the corner, inconsistent ID checks and questionable handling of transactions. That alone should be taken seriously. Jungle Boys may have a good reputation overall, but this location does not reflect it. Management needs to step in and address these issues immediately. BE VERY CAREFUL WITH REPORTING, THIS COMPANY IS KNOWN FOR RETAILATING. Don’t go here, COOKIES, FLOWERY, is better than this!

I decided to treat myself this Easter and have a series of “firsts”; for my first visit to a Jungle Boys, I had a wonderful experience! Noah was courteous and professional upon reception; Libby was incredibly patient and knowledgeable of product selection when reviewing their varied menu. I was blessed with this experience and intend to return when able.

AVOID THIS PLACE which has a scam going - ✳️HARDLY A DECENT Dispensary - THERE ARE NO FIRST TIME PATIENT DISCOUNTS - and at the end - you pay full price - no matter what 🤷‍♂️🤔 don’t waste your time and valuable high priced gas to come here - competitors have them beat for sure You are promised a thirty percent off visiting first time and jungle boys -⚠️WITHHELD - and wouldn’t apply - no matter what you buy going there leads to you being ripped off ❕ STAY FAR AWAY FROM THE JUNGLE BOYZ

I have smoked flower from this location that gave me a terrible ear ache. I took a few hits off a joint and immediately had sharp pain. I don’t understand how because no other marijuana has ever done that to me before. I was originally impressed because of the high THC and terps, but not offering any sort of discount for my first time purchase is kind of insane considering almost every other dispensary offers atleast 30% off or more. Some prerolls are packed so tight they are unsmokable and have to be taken apart. I used to think highly of jungle boys and their standards, but now I am not sure I will be going back.

I love stopping by to only this location of JB in all of SoFlo. Libby is the reason I come back here. Everyone here is great, but that Libby, man.. her customer service is like no other. She’s friendly and knowledgeable. I feel like everyone here actually cares about my overall experience here. Also they always give the best recommendations. Plus the guy in reception who welcomed me, I think he was the manager named Chris, what an amazing person! He was very kind, had an amazing energy, and informed me about all the great deals.
