I love stopping by to only this location of JB in all of SoFlo. Libby is the reason I come back here. Everyone here is great, but that Libby, man.. her customer service is like no other. She’s friendly and knowledgeable. I feel like everyone here actually cares about my overall experience here. Also they always give the best recommendations. Plus the guy in reception who welcomed me, I think he was the manager named Chris, what an amazing person! He was very kind, had an amazing energy, and informed me about all the great deals.

Almost Everything with a battery that comes out of this store is garbage and they know it, and they do not stand behind their products. They have no problem wasting your time. Normally, I always recommend Jungle Boys to anyone and everyone because we usually find everything to on par! My wife is the one with the marijuana license, so she is the only person who can go inside. (No problem).The other day, we were nearby and needed another pre-roll, so we stopped in, and she came out with 3 pre-rolls.Once we lit 1 of the 3, it instantly stopped giving smoke. The front of the pre-roll was burning, but again nothing was going into our mouths. We tried to squeeze the middle and loosen up the bud. That didn't work, so we lit the 2nd and 3rd, and the same issue!I asked my wife, what do we do. You just spent about $42.00. We went back the next day, with all 3 pre-rolls, and I figured she would go inside and come out with 3 different ones or maybe even a 4th pre-roll, because of the inconvenience (we live about 20 minutes away).Well, I was wrong. The girl inside gave her 1 pre-roll! That is beyond BS to me!!! There are sooooooo many dispensaries around that we can choose anyone. You would think with so many of the stores everywhere, that they would actually give a shit about their customers, and try to keep them - but I guess not!!!!!!!!!!!!!I am very upset about this and to be quite honest, I will NOT recommend this company to anyone anymore.!! Very POOR customer service!Warning: Be careful buying pre-rolls from Jungle Boys as they may not smoke, and you will waste your money!!! We already know that they don't do much for you.:(

Great dispensary and in my top 3 dispensaries. I specially use concentrate and while I have had several purchases my last purchase had one gram missing the "for your protection" seal. I do consider this sad when paying for premium rosin which is what Jb has however I will keep shopping here as overall my experience has been great specially at this location.

Staffs AMAZING buds good but it ain't small batch wish we were like other states had horizontal integration so could get real crazy small batch maybe some indoor no till living soil grow. Florida stinks. But A1 service at jb and for florida it's good bud but I hate vertical integration its a real tragedy! Heard they were gonna do $35/eighth like in Los Angeles that's what their eights go for bummer and just horizontal integration insures consumers get better products more options. Free markets always better can still require things like lab testing.

This location in particular is especially welcoming because of the wonderful staff. We were greeted at the door immediately and in such a pleasant manner. I was not allowed to enter because I myself do not have a medical license. However, my husband did tell me he had a wonderful time. My husband was very thankful to have knowledgeable individuals walk him through the process of purchasing his items. Not only did they explain in great detail the product, but they also made sure that he took advantage of all sales possible and got the best deal. I recommend anyone coming here, like my husband, you will certainly find what you need.

Purchasing Marijuana Products at Jungle Boys
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders may make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
If it’s your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.

If you have an active medical card, you can pick from a wide array of cannabis products. Various delivery methods of the different cannabinoids have been approved by the DOH, including edibles, inhalation, oral, sublingual, topical, traditional flower and even suppositories. There is no obligation to buy your entire milligram limit at once; instead, you can purchase less if you so desire and then buy more during another visit or at another dispensary. It’s important to find what works for you.
Low tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) cannabis with higher CBD products are available to patients as well who prefer the non-euphoric effect.
