The O365 Engineer I will be a technology specialist with skills related to a 100% cloud environment. It is essential to have experience in managing and supporting cloud technologies and services – with an emphasis on Microsoft 365. This position will interface daily with end users, so experience in end user support is a must.
This role will report to the Director of IT Infrastructure- and will work closely with the existing team of engineers.

Collaborate with internal teams in supporting and maintaining the Azure Active Directory environment
Provide L2 and L3 Support end users and help resolve issues around the O365 Suite including SharePoint, MS Teams, Exchange, Excel, OneDrive, etc.
Advise users on best practices with the O365 suite – be able to assist non-technical users learn the features of the various applications.
Assist in administration of Intune enrollment and policies, MFA, and other ongoing Microsoft initiatives
Keep abreast of upcoming changes to the Suite and contribute to strategies for upgrade
Manage SharePoint sites, site collections, apps, users, and permissions
Add, modify, and delete Azure AD users, groups
Work with Level I and II Support on end user issues
Assist with data migrations and end user support of ongoing and future acquisitions
Undergraduate degree in related discipline or equivalent experience preferred
2-4 years’ experience in O365 and Microsoft Products
A broad knowledge base of Microsoft Office 365 features and functions is essential
Experience with Intune (Microsoft Endpoint) would be helpful
Experience managing Azure VM’s would be helpful
Experience managing web sites hosted in Azure would be helpful
Experience with PowerShell in managing an O365 tenant is essential
Ability to work independently and collaboratively – in an office environment and remotely
Must be comfortable in fast-paced, high pressure, ever changing environment
Self Starter – learn quickly and willing to handle work above and below your skill level on occasion
