Office Manager-Home Health
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual for our Full Time Office Manager position from 8:30am-5pm in our Home Health Department. This dynamic role will oversee and contribute to the quality care provided to the residents who live at John Knox Village and patients throughout Broward County through the John Knox Home Health Agency.
You will be responsible for performing and supervising scheduling, payroll, billing and on call scheduling assignments to ensure quality care is provided to those who use our Home Care Services. In addition, you will provide administrative support and oversight, handle report generation and oversee the hiring process and compliance of new agency employees.
We would like to speak with those who bring 3+ years of Management experience in a Home Health or similar office environment. Must be Tech savvy and proficient in Microsoft Excel, ADP, and has prior experience with payroll, scheduling and billing processes.
