Thank you! I was lucky today. I came in on June 7 right before checking out all my products were there about to handover the money. They tell me sorry man we can’t check you out. Our computer system are messed up. Long story short I come back a few weeks later they tell me the same thing as soon as I walk in the door or computer systems down like you gotta be kidding me so I go sit in my car about to write another nasty review and, the guy walks out and says hey computers are running so I run in there hopefully to get my product out. I was able to get my product. My birthday discount was about up. Thanks you muv for dealing with my sour attitude and making me happy! I am actually really sad to write this review. I have been a big fan of MUV. Because I think they have great deals, and love the points reward system. I moved here from Orlando and immediately looked for a MUV and been frequently visiting this location. Unfortunately, whoever is rolling the pre-rolls now is doing a very poor job. I don’t know if they’re doing it in a machine now or someone’s personally rolling the pre-rolls, but it is very frustrating because they burn so fast!!! they are rolled so tight even when you wiggle and massage the joint, you aren’t able to get a good hit. I’m running out of breath, trying to take 1 hit! I’m burning join after joint. Wasting money!!!! I like the pre-rolls because you can grab and go. The fact that I have to smoke two joints at one time has become ridiculous , had to visit Trulieve which I’ve never liked!!! though theres are a bit smaller they burn better and they were $10 cheaper for a five pack. And it’s not about the money it’s a fact I am getting frustrated. Please fix this so I can continue to support your business! But the service is great! All the staff is super friendly and awesome.!

Edit: This place was awesome for the first year that I went there. Then they upped their prices a great deal. The flower used to have many types to pick from, now they are lucky to have 5 or 6. No selection on sizes, all eights. The flower was about the same quality as anywhere else ive been. They think following trulieves business model is the right way to go, but noone I talk to goes there.

Everyone at this location is amazing! I’ve never had a bad experience in my weekly visits. Recently, I did have a small issue with a product and spoke to Ryan, the manager, about it. He and my budtender, Ashley, were quick to help me resolve the issue and make things right plus some. I’ve tried several other area dispensaries, including the “big box” one. Nothing compares to the level of superb quality customer service that this location provides. They are always happy, welcoming, helpful, knowledgeable, and understanding. Every single employee from the budtenders to the manager are of the highest caliber. You will not find a better dispensary.

Nice facility. Purchasesd Savvy and t1 ice cream cake. Wasn't disappointed. Only thing I didn't care for was people coming n in with their huge "service" dogs shedding hair and dander everywhere. Not everyone is ok with that. Not a very sanitary facility when one dog is licking his butt on the lobby floor while the other is scratching at fleas.

I like Steven, he’s very nice and knowledgeable. He will go out of his way to make sure you get whatever information you need. I also like the store, in the middle you can walk around and see what the products look like, what they do, how they are packaged, and there’s also a screen with prices so you can see without asking if you want to. Over all cool place. Loving that it’s in Palatka too, and they really try to help people with their discounts and other offers bc it’s hard out there and there’s people who truly need this amazing medicinal plant.

MUV is vertically integrated, as are all of the Florida cannabis brands. Being vertically integrated means they oversee the entire process from seed to sale. Purchasing Marijuana Products at MUV
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders may make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
If it’s your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.
