A lackluster experience due to the lack of professionalism at the desk. Perhaps, even a bit condescending. I was definitely thinking I have had much better customer service else where.If you just want flower and are use to the street deals where u say 2 words to your dealer and you get what you get, then come on down to sanctuary. This location is a sad shadow of its former self.Once a bustling and welcoming clinic, it now feels empty and neglected.The friendly chatter of knowledgeable, excited staff and satisfied customers has been replaced by silence.The excellent original employees were driven away by an uncaring and unempathetic district manager, and the new staff lack their warmth and expertise.The business has become a revolving door that only cares about money, not people.The sense of community and trust has been lost, replaced by neglect and impersonal transactions.

The woman at the front desk is very rude. My partner has acquired dementia and I usually go with him. We were not allowed to talk to each other. I always carry his wallet in my purse (found out they take Debit cards) and when I handed it to him in the shop she told me I could not do that. She doesn't need to be working there. People have a reason to come there and this woman makes it hard on everyone. I had to ask permission to use the restroom since I was not a customer. The medical staff that helped him with his prescription were very nice and called him by name. Going to look elsewhere for his prescription because of her attitude.

Edit to my review: The General manager of this location went out of her way to contact me after seeing my review. She showed amazing customer service and seemed as if she really cared. She was very kind and wanted to make things right! I appriciate this level of customer care and will keep me coming back to this location. The problem involving the deal was not settled but not under anyone at this locations fault as it was explained to me that corporate has been the ones enforcing the changes and keeping the product from the store. The lady's at this location genuinely care about service and keeping customersUsed to be a great place to shop but is turning down hill quick. The great sales have gotten worse. I walked in today & this GUY Then up charged 10.00 for a 20.00 product not just 3.00 for use of the card machine. 33.00! For this!! THIS Guy upcharged me 13.00. He wanted me to give him my debit card without me seeing what he put in. He tried to pull the card machine closer to him i couldnt see it. I told him how much are you charging me bcz i cant see what your doing. He got mad. I pulled the machine back, 33.00 ! for 20.00 product! You add 3.00 NOt 10! What os this place doing robbing me?! It's the cheapest store I've found so far.EDIT on 5-6-24After giving 5 stars and tipping real good...I've found out that my Budtender doesn't get my tip, management gets 80% of my tip. I do NOT agree with this. THEY didn't wait on me. I will NOT support over-paid middle management. I don't think this is fair. I will not put another cent in that jar. But I will give ya one star.

As a retired trained behavior forensist and criminal profiler I am changing my rating after having 30 dollars stolen from me by a particular employee and she knows I know she stole it. I was distracted by talking to another employee. Gave the girl a 50 put my 20 in my wallet and she gave me my bag and pocketed my 30 dollars. I walked out and she took off right after I walked out. I called and came back in. They refuse to show me the video. Said they had to call the manager who never called me back. The girl walked in looking guilty asked if she did something wrong and I told her what she did. I never got my 30 dollars back. I know for a fact she stole from me. She explained how the mistake happened, and how I was not actually charged for a missing order, and she further explained in simple, concise words the difference between the two receipts. Purchasing Marijuana Products at Sanctuary

They take SOOOOO LONG. I have waited 30 minutes just because they won't stop carrying on conversations with talkative customers. This is a store. Not a speak easy. Please tell them you have other people to serve.

I had a problem with my first order at the store, and Ms. Kershaw took care of the problem very professionally. She explained how the mistake happened, and how I was not actually charged for a missing order, and she further explained in simple, concise words the difference between the two receipts. She fully satisfied my expectations as to good customer service -which has become rare these days! You are lucky to have Ms. Kershaw as an employee. I will be back to do more business!
