All the employees at the Palatka are very helpful! I was disappointed when I drove to town last Sunday afternoon to pick up my order only to find out that they did not receive any of the free (with $100 order) water bottles. Nor did they have hats available for purchase.

No, you didn't even try to call me truelieve. trulieve manager insists i go inside. Smh. An agent couldn't even get through on your phone line. You play too much. Dont pick up your phone. Went to MUV. 2nd visit - Go inside. Everything I tried to buy wouldn't show up on their computer to be sold. Manager right there. I was told he couldn't do anything. So employee yeld, having this issue. Finally, the ppl talking bcz no customers were in there (the manager came to help) screw this store! Worthless. Nobody wants to fix this sad store. Do you work. Fix inventory instead of talking about B.S. with all your employees bcz your board. Skip this place. Go to a professional store that has their store together. GO to MUV

And its Florida as much money as trulieve makes its ridiculous they dont have working air conditioning. The Orangepark location has me spoiled on cleanliness and the abundance of staff.

Easy to find on highway 17. You can spot the sign as you drive near. They have plenty of parking for you to select from when you arrive. I have not been inside since they have opened. It was previously a restaurant for previous companies, and I hope to peak inside one day to see that changes they have made to the building.

Th product is always on point. Most the employees in my experience have been knowledgeable and helpful. But there's one thing that does suck and it's the discounts and rewards points because unless your shopping top tier your points and discount cards are useless. And I know I'm not the only one that can't afford 50 or more an eighth. So basically I have 1500 rewards points that are just wasted and discount cards they took the flower I can afford off of the discounts so basically all of it is useless. I don't understand it just because I can't afford top shelf so basically I don't matter I guess. But the employees don't have control of that tho. And the website glitches up some but they been working on that for awhile. Overall I love my trulieve and all it's products all is good besides the discounts and rewards. I think I should be able to buy what I want with it but that's my opinion I guess.

The prices are fair and selection is better than most around my area HOWEVER I hate that you can only get ground flower on Wed and they don't have much to choose from on top of the limited day ... when they have good deals they never have enough product ... and lastly EVERYTIME I order edibles ...I order 2 milk chocolates and EVERY SINGLE TIME I get my one milk I ordered but the other is ALWAYS dark...I hate dark chocolate it's incredibly frustrating

$58 for an eighth is insanely expensive.. Trulieve never has any good specials.. other dispensaries have sales all the time, I’ve seen as low as $12 an eighth, but never at Trulieve. I also don’t like how they don’t have a menu posted in their shop. They tell you to check the website and then they never have what is on the website in stock, and also talk to you with a very know it all tone like you should just magically know everything that is in stock at all times.. even though there is no menu. Also, the website will say that the THC percentage is something great like 27%, but when you go to actually buy that same strain that’s advertised on the website it’s like 10% weaker than that. False advertisement. There’s plenty of other dispensaries in town that have menus in their shop, really good sales, and the THC % is what they advertise it is. If yall just made a better effort to cater to your customers, were polite and had menus and sales you’d do much better.

Her suggestion was to look online before coming in but the online inventory is never correct. If I could go 2.5 stars I might. Its really hit or miss with this Trulieve. I will admit that the people are really nice and I have never gotten a bad product, but the delivery service is shoddy at best (you can expect either the delivery day or your order to change or just be cancelled), the wait time for your order to be filled (even if you are picking up) and sit time in the lobby are always longer than expected and payment options are not consistent (always bring or have cash). I will most likely continue to shop here but have been forced to start checking out other dispensaries in the area as this Trulieve is not always interested in offering solutions. My advice is to place an order well in advance of pickup and assume the debit/credit card readers wont work. All other product and personalities are great.

Very chill staff that I interacted with.So, why the 1 Star Review?They sold me an absolutely terrible 1/8th of flower. The buds were borderline not even decent enough to call “minis”. And this was NOT advertised or sold as a mini batch. Literally left me feeling that I got ripped off.Lol…..And they called me 3 full days after I complained to say I could return it. Like I just buy meds to look at it?Again…..Not Recommended.

Trulieve is vertically integrated, as are all of the Florida cannabis brands. Being vertically integrated means they oversee the entire process from seed to sale. Trulieve dispensary products are grown from their own cannabis plants from seed or cuttings, harvested, and processed into a variety of products. Then packages and distributed within their own network.
Product types, different strains and availability can vary from store menu to store menu, depending on demand. If Trulieve in Palatka does not have what you are looking for, your Florida MedCard is universally accepted at any dispensary in the state.
Purchasing Marijuana Products at Trulieve
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders may make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
If it’s your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.
