I’ve shopped with three of the Trulieve stores in three different towns. Palatka is by far the best one to shop with. Absolutely amazing people. My orders are filled so fast and always ready. Easy to build a bond with the employees that work there! Super clean. Highly recommend.

If I could go 2.5 stars I might. Its really hit or miss with this Trulieve. I will admit that the people are really nice and I have never gotten a bad product, but the delivery service is shoddy at best (you can expect either the delivery day or your order to change or just be cancelled), the wait time for your order to be filled (even if you are picking up) and sit time in the lobby are always longer than expected and payment options are not consistent (always bring or have cash). I will most likely continue to shop here but have been forced to start checking out other dispensaries in the area as this Trulieve is not always interested in offering solutions. My advice is to place an order well in advance of pickup and assume the debit/credit card readers wont work. All other product and personalities are great.

I go to this location about twice a week. The employees here, especially Nicole and her mama, are always extremely helpful, and informative. They even give suggestions for different ways to relieve various symptoms! I highly recommend this dispensary!

I have had a great experience through trulieve, but this one in particular has a great staff that will help you greatly. Discussing what is best for you due to what your symptoms are,etc, will then find the best deal possible. They seem to expand individually as companies; this one in particular deserves credit.

This is by far one of the best trulive out there besides palm coast and st Augustine . It's chill calm relaxing everybody is so helpful when you have any questions I will try to guide you into the right ways or things to try . Thank you guys for being always awesome.

I usually get delivery and I wanted to give you five stars but you need to give your delivery staff better Dependable four-wheel drive vehicles because they have difficulty with what they are driving now other than that all is good some of the roads say deliver on are harsh

*Not Recommended*My first visit was Saturday 05/27/23. Clean store. Very brief wait. Very chill staff that I interacted with.So, why the 1 Star Review?They sold me an absolutely terrible 1/8th of flower. The buds were borderline not even decent enough to call “minis”. And this was NOT advertised or sold as a mini batch. Literally left me feeling that I got ripped off.Lol…..And they called me 3 full days after I complained to say I could return it. Like I just buy meds to look at it?Again…..Not Recommended.

Before this dispensary could open, it was licensed by the Office of Medical Marijuana Use (OMMU). In the state of Florida, dispensaries are officially referred to as medical marijuana treatment centers (MMTCs).
Trulieve is vertically integrated, as are the rest of the MMTC’s. Being vertically integrated means they oversee the entire process from seed to sale. Trulieve grows their own cannabis plants from seed or cuttings, harvests, processes into a variety of products, packages and distributes within their own network.
Product types and availability can vary from store menu to store menu, depending on demand. If Trulieve in Palatka does not have what you are looking for, there is no legal obligation to stick to a single brand. Your medical marijuana card is universally accepted at any dispensary in Florida.
Purchasing Marijuana Products at Trulieve
During your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders will make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
