She’s super sweet and knows her stuff when it comes to the different types, terps, and all that jazz. Kat is just as awesome by being down-to-earth and keeping it real.Both of them go above and beyond every single time, even when customers come in a little sour, lol. The store has a solid selection and great vibes overall. Customer service 10/10, product 9/10. Once I purchased something that I wasn't satisfied with , and they didn’t even hesitate — gave me credit and helped me find something better. That kind of service is rare!Honestly, I don’t know how anyone could walk out of this place in a bad mood — the energy is just that good 😎 (And I guess Jamie’s cool too 😏😂).

Went on a bud crawl to all the dispensaries in Panama City FL today took me 5.5 hours to ride my bike to every dispensary in town and give them a honest review! I gave the 3 star review based off long wait times as well as lack of customer service. For the price point the pre roll was $15 for the budtenders choice more in line of the price im use to getting a 8th for. I haven't got around to smoking my $15 pre roll yet but I have very high expectations and don't think this product will meet them but I will be sure to edit my review and let yall know if it meets my $15 pre roll requirements!Overall thank you for all yall do for the Cannabis industry and looking forward to seeing yall again in the future!

First off the employees are not professional. I've been to some of the dispensaries in the local area. I have to say this one is the worst. They tell you that you will get a discount that's a Lie. They send you an email telling you that when you renew your MMC they will give you $75 off no gimmicks. Yeah, that was a Lie as well. I wanted to give them a chance but not anymore. I'll let everyone know this dispensary is worse than a drug dealer.

Trulieve is the only place in Panama City that has a1 flower for $30 an eighth. I just got four mix and match eights for an even $100! The only other dispensary I will go to is sunburn and that is only for their concentrates. I have tried multiple dispensaries across Florida and The Flowery & Trulieve are truly the only places for smokable flour at a decent price. Also customer service the last year has been top-tier. Today at the Intown location I was helped by Michelle, who I have seen frequently, she is such a delight. I also enjoy the employees at the beach location specifically one girl with very long hair who is always so sweet and helpful and The two gentlemen that are always working The evening shifts have always made me feel welcomed and my experience Is always easy breezy. Trulieve is vertically integrated, as are all of the Florida cannabis brands. Being vertically integrated means they oversee the entire process from seed to sale. Trulieve dispensary products are grown from their own cannabis plants from seed or cuttings, harvested, and processed into a variety of products. Then packages and distributed within their own network.
Product types, different strains and availability can vary from store menu to store menu, depending on demand. If Trulieve in Panama City does not have what you are looking for, your Florida MedCard is universally accepted at any dispensary in the state.
Purchasing Marijuana Products at Trulieve
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders may make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
If it’s your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.
What Marijuana Products are Available at Trulieve
The best way to see the different product options before visiting the dispensary is to check out their online menu. If enabled, Trulieve in Panama City online menu may be available on FL Dispensaries to reserve your order.
If you have an active medical card, you can pick from a wide array of cannabis products. Various delivery methods of the different cannabinoids have been approved by the DOH, including edibles, inhalation, oral, sublingual, topical, traditional flower and even suppositories. There is no obligation to buy your entire milligram limit at once; instead, you can purchase less if you so desire and then buy more during another visit or at another dispensary. It’s important to find what works for you.
Low tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) cannabis with higher CBD products are available to patients as well who prefer the non-euphoric effect.
