Alright listen… I don’t usually leave long reviews but this one earned it. I walked into this location already in a decent mood, but Tyler greeting me at the door immediately set the tone. While he’s talking to me, I glance down at the little podium thing they’ve got and see this man’s face with a Google review QR code like he’s literally part of the establishment lore 😭. I look back up at him and go “oh wait… are YOU Tyler?” and yes. Yes it was. 10/10 start to the interaction already. At this point I already knew I was about to leave a review just off the pure fact that the vibes were vibing. Now I’ve been coming to this location a little more often lately instead of my usual spot, and I’m not even gonna lie… they lowkey spoiled me. Every time I come in it’s consistent: good energy, quick help, no awkward pressure, and nobody acting like I’m bothering them for existing. That alone is rare enough to deserve recognition. But tonight? Oh tonight was different. Cat and Creed were behind the counter and I’m convinced they are a package deal sent from the universe specifically to improve customer moods. The banter? Unreal. You can throw out literally any joke and they’re gonna bounce it back with something even better like it’s a sport. I’m standing there trying to be normal and they’ve got me actually laughing in a dispensary like I’m at a comedy show I didn’t know I paid admission for. And the best part is it never feels forced. It’s that natural “we’ve been doing this forever and we’re good at it” energy. Helpful, fast, funny, and still professional even while roasting your entire personality (respectfully… kind of 😭). If you’re new to the area, or even if you already have a go-to spot, I’m just saying—23rd St might need to be your new home base. Especially in the evenings when the crew is in full effect. Because let me tell you something… some places sell products. This place sells an experience AND a good mood on the way out the door. And on my way out I made sure to let them know: tell Tyler NOT to shave the soul patch/goatee. Please. Because if he does, people might not even recognize him on the little picture thing at the podium and that would be a tragedy 😂. Anyway—shoutout Tyler, Cat, and Creed. Y’all made my night way better than it needed to be. I came in for one thing and left entertained, laughing, and weirdly impressed like I just attended a friendly neighborhood sitcom episode. 10/10. No notes. I said what I said. 🫡 Thanks for being there when I need my green🫶

This was my very first experience. I was terribly nervous coming in but then the was Tyler at the door. His energy, knowledge, and kindness is a work of art. He made me so comfortable and explained so much about this business. I’ve been to other places but the customer and product is nothing like Trulieve!

I just want to start off by saying that Tyler The manager from trulieve is a truly superlative human being. Visit after visit.He makes me feel valued and Visit after visit. He makes me feel valued And comfortable. My puffco peak pro, which is a $420 vaporizer. Stopped working this evening and I brought it to truly and Tyler was able to give me a brand new one after finding where I had bought it from them 12 20 24. Today is 6 1 26. Trulieve is amazing and again. Tyler deserves A fat salary increase

Great customer service! The staff were professional, courteous, and with great positive attitudes. Especially as a "newby" to these treatments, they gave information I desperately needed for my specific health needs. The addition bonus is the discount pricing on certain products. It makes it affordable to try different delivery methods without breaking the bank.

Purchasing Marijuana Products at Trulieve
