I initially had a review and changed it because I assumed that they were going to jump on top of these problems that are going across the system. But until they fix their online system that gets rid of the products that are out of stock I'm not changing my review. I've only been there three times but each time that I've gone there and ordered my order has been canceled because one or more things have been out of stock. I get it getting out of stock happens but if your system doesn't refresh to let your customers know on time then you're going to be consistently calling people back and disappointing them. Also none of my purchases showed up on my account so I haven't been getting points I'm also a little pissed about that too.

I had my first visit to this location as I just moved to the town and it's right down the street. The place was very clean and spacious. The front desk attendant was extremely nice and informed me that it would take a while to register me in the new system. I didn't have a problem with that at all, but when three other staff members walked up to observe or supervise, I explained to them that I'm a combat veteran with severe anxiety and a traumatic brain injury from Iraq. I told them that when people form up around me without speaking or saying hello, I get triggered. I even took my hat off to show them how much I was sweating. The front desk attendant gave me a paper towel and apologized, but the rest of the staff just stared at me.

Had a strange visit here today. 3/15/24. I’m a first time visitor. I went to the reception desk to create a profile and the receptionist informed me that I wasn’t allowed to be in the building with a N95 mask on. He stated it was “A new law” that people can no longer wear a medical mask of any kind inside a medical facility or dispensary. I was told I “Should have known already”. When I questioned him about it, he said he could ask about special permission. After access was granted, I was able to make my purchase. The person inside was awesome and super helpful. When I thanked someone inside for allowing me to be inside with a N95 on they informed me that no such rule existed and I was totally fine with it on. I know the subject has various opinions, but to spread misinformation about states laws is not a good way to do business. There are too many options in town to put up with that on any level. UPDATE: 3/21/24 Corporate reached to me and apologized about the entire thing and assured me it would not happen again. My 2nd visit to this location was so much better. Lisa was helpful and kind, very knowledgeable and just cool about the entire thing. I would go back anytime

Always a great experience at MUV. Even when I was going to north port its always a friendly place. Where truileve waits are forever and they are very inconsistent with policies like have dogs as visitors, MUV is very welcoming of all creatures. They even said hey sometimes kids run behind the counter its no biggie. Trulieve was empty and I had a quick online order but the staff sent me away because my dog wasn't on a leash. He wanted me to leave him in the hott truck and claimed he was a dog lover as well all in one sentence. Last time I had a leash but just let him drag it around. He greets ppl and is very friendly and I've had no complaints. He is well behaved just excited to see ppl, once the excitement is over he lays on the cold floor. Apparently today it was an issue with trulieve but has NEVER been with MUV. I appreciate the welcoming staff at MUV and I prefer their products over trulieve anyway. Only reason I went to trulieve was convenient.....sometimes the shortest path isn't always the best.....SHOP AT MUV !!!!

The prices are the best in town. The weed is the highest quality, and actually tested weed in town. There are no long waits. The employees genuinely have a passion for medicinal cannabis. Their products supersede any other flower, topicals, or distillate. I only wish - they stayed open just an hour longer.

My experience there was terrible I left there crying I had to go back inside cuz I went through the drive-thru and they gave me a vape that wouldn't hit and tasted and smell like nail polish the whole time they tried to make me out look like a thief made me feel like a piece of s*** all I did was go outside and drive down the street and they didn't tell me about any of the discounts in there yafter I purchased stuff and I missed out on over a few hundred dollars of free concentrates they told me they don't do stackables cuz I used to discount card from my doctor but they only do it on my your birthday and my birthday was yesterday

MUV is vertically integrated, as are all of the Florida cannabis brands. Being vertically integrated means they oversee the entire process from seed to sale. MUV dispensary products are grown from their own cannabis plants from seed or cuttings, harvested, and processed into a variety of products. Then packages and distributed within their own network.
Product types, different strains and availability can vary from store menu to store menu, depending on demand. If MUV in Port Charlotte does not have what you are looking for, your Florida MedCard is universally accepted at any dispensary in the state.
Purchasing Marijuana Products at MUV
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders may make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
If it’s your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.
What Marijuana Products are Available at MUV
The best way to see the different product options before visiting the dispensary is to check out their online menu. If enabled, MUV in Port Charlotte online menu may be available on FL Dispensaries to reserve your order.
If you have an active medical card, you can pick from a wide array of cannabis products. Various delivery methods of the different cannabinoids have been approved by the DOH, including edibles, inhalation, oral, sublingual, topical, traditional flower and even suppositories. There is no obligation to buy your entire milligram limit at once; instead, you can purchase less if you so desire and then buy more during another visit or at another dispensary. It’s important to find what works for you.
Low tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) cannabis with higher CBD products are available to patients as well who prefer the non-euphoric effect.

They even said hey sometimes kids run behind the counter its no biggie. Trulieve was empty and I had a quick online order but the staff sent me away because my dog wasn't on a leash. He wanted me to leave him in the hott truck and claimed he was a dog lover as well all in one sentence. Last time I had a leash but just let him drag it around. He greets ppl and is very friendly and I've had no complaints. He is well behaved just excited to see ppl, once the excitement is over he lays on the cold floor. Apparently today it was an issue with trulieve but has NEVER been with MUV. I appreciate the welcoming staff at MUV and I prefer their products over trulieve anyway. Only reason I went to trulieve was convenient.....sometimes the shortest path isn't always the best.....SHOP AT MUV !!!!

The prices are the best in town. The weed is the highest quality, and actually tested weed in town. There are no long waits. The employees genuinely have a passion for medicinal cannabis. Their products supersede any other flower, topicals, or distillate. I only wish - they stayed open just an hour longer.

Kayla was great. Everyone from the front desk on are always looking for ways to save you money. If they didn't I would never know and would miss the savings. And theses are not insignificant discounts. And they have the products I like best "in stock". So, i don't know exactly what it is, the people, the product, how they conduct business, idk but I like this dispensary more than the rest.

My experience there was terrible I left there crying I had to go back inside cuz I went through the drive-thru and they gave me a vape that wouldn't hit and tasted and smell like nail polish the whole time they tried to make me out look like a thief made me feel like a piece of s*** all I did was go outside and drive down the street and they didn't tell me about any of the discounts in there yafter I purchased stuff and I missed out on over a few hundred dollars of free concentrates they told me they don't do stackables cuz I used to discount card from my doctor but they only do it on my your birthday and my birthday was yesterday
