I’ve been a fan of MÜV for a while — clean stores, friendly staff, and good prices. Unfortunately, my recent experience at the Port Richey location left me very disappointed.I placed an online order that was confirmed at $140. When I arrived for pickup, I was told the total had been changed to $180 because the system incorrectly applied a first-time patient discount. Even though this was MÜV’s error, I was pressured to pay the extra $40.The staff at the store were polite and apologetic, and I don’t blame them at all — they did what they could. The issue is with MÜV’s policies and system. A business should honor the price it quotes a customer, even if an internal mistake is made. Raising the price at pickup feels unfair and comes across like a bait-and-switch.I reached out to MÜV’s support team, but after some initial replies, they stopped responding to my follow-up. That silence only reinforced my impression that customer loyalty isn’t a priority.I hope MÜV takes this feedback seriously, but until then, I can’t see myself returning.Update: After posting this review, MÜV replied publicly and asked me to contact them directly to resolve the issue. I did exactly that and even included all of my prior correspondence with their support team — but once again, I never received a reply.It’s disappointing, because I really did want to give them the chance to make things right. The staff at the Port Richey store were great, but corporate support has been completely unresponsive.My original issue remains the same: I placed an online order that was confirmed at $140, but when I arrived, the total had been changed to $180 due to a system error on their end. I was still required to pay the higher amount.When a company quotes one price and charges another — and then ignores multiple attempts to resolve it — it leaves a bad impression. I hope MÜV rethinks how they handle these situations, because this experience has completely changed how I view their brand.

The customer service was excellent; I think the man that helped me is Kenny - sorry if I got your name wrong - but he was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He made the experience of buying a fairly new - to me - product easy, fun, and a real learning experience. Thanks SO MUCH!Because it was my first visit, I got 60% off my total purchase; next visit, I think it's a 50% discount. I wish ALL stores (grocers, gas stations, home goods, etc) were as customer focused as you guys! I also signed up for text/ emails so they'll send coupons for later use, too.The other unique thing about this store is that they not only have a drive through, but they also offer delivery. First time in this facility because they just opened a little while back. Wow they are absolutely fantastic. They greet you immediately. Kendra and Trent run this place and they are not only very educated in the different products but they're very friendly as well. Kristen waited on my wife and answered all her questions and was also super friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this place for all your medical Marijuana needs. Purchasing Marijuana Products at MUV
