The Purchasing/Inventory Coordinator will be responsible for organize and locate inventory in databases and online systems. Authorized payments, returns of merchandise, and pricing. Oversees the daily activities of the inventory. Ensures adequate levels of material and/or product inventories are maintained. This position is accountable for all aspects of manufactured products and will work on daily basis operations and production teams.


· Coordinating and managing all activities during the purchasing process

· Responsible for creating purchase orders, monitoring transportation and invoice creation

· Ensuring inventory and product inventory levels are met and maintain records of material and supplies.

· Performs audits to ensure compliance to all purchasing and inventory processes.

· Reviews and tracks inventory production schedule received from the senior management and reports back weekly actual inventory totals.

· Responsible for maintaining inventory of all supplies, raw materials, and personal protective equipment for the facility.

· understand SOP’s, department safety measures and total operation.


· Ability to work independently with minimal direction

· Detail oriented with solid analytical, problem solving, math skills and computer skills

· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel, MS Outlook

Associate degree preferably in manufacturing or supply chain related field

1+ years of experience working with related job duties a minimum


Bachelor’s degree preferred


Per state law, must be at least 21 years of age.

Must successfully complete a comprehensive background check.

Must pass a drug screening


This position has supervisory responsibility of the Inventory, order fulfillment and packaging teams.


This position operates in cultivation and manufacturing environments. This role routinely uses cultivation processing equipment and standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

The company will ask you to help in other departments depending on company needs. This means that you may not always work in the department that you were hired, teamwork and getting product out to patients is the goal and this means helping where you are needed is crucial to your success as well as the company’s success.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to speak and hear. The employee frequently is required to stand for extended periods; walk; use hands to handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms. {*Must be able to individually lift to 25 lbs}*. Regular and predictable attendance is essential.


This position may require long hours and some weekend work.


Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-the-area and overnight travel may be expected.
