Office administrators are responsible for keeping an office running smoothly and overseeing administrative support. The job can range widely in duties and responsibilities, from reception, copy editing and support, to handling a specific type of paperwork or filing for a specific department.

To be a successful hire, you will need to have prior experience in office administration. You will also need to be proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel. The ideal candidate will report directly to the Call Center Manager and work closely with the manager. This job is Monday-Friday 9 AM-5 PM.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • organizing meetings and managing databases
  • booking transport and accommodation
  • organizing call center related events or conferences
  • Managing Call Center Manager’s calendar
  • ordering stationery and furniture
  • dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries
  • preparing letters, presentations and reports
  • liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
  • implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems
  • organizing induction programs for new employees
  • ensuring that health and safety policies are up to date
  • using a range of software packages
  • attending meetings with senior management
  • assist management when necessary with approving employee payroll
