Regional Facilities Project Manager

Department: Real Estate

Reporting to: National Director of Real Estate

Location: Remote / East Coast

Position Summary:

Trulieve is a manufacturing-based operations-oriented workplace and the ideal candidate will have experience working in a like or similar environment. The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing construction projects throughout the country. This role will report directly to the National Director of Real Estate.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist Operations with capital improvement project specifications, scopes of work, proposals, oversight, and quality control
  • Collaborate with Operations for the purpose of implementing and maintaining services and maintenance programs
  • Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are adhered to and all regulatory compliance inspections are completed as required
  • Oversee and direct small to medium construction projects from conception to completion
  • Manage third-party maintenance vendor to ensure service calls are completed in a timely manner at acceptable cost
  • Coordinate and direct contractors and subcontractors
  • Review, approve, and execute proposals
  • Review work order progress on daily basis
  • Prepare internal and external reports relating to job status
  • Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones
  • Analyze, manage, and mitigate risks

Job Qualifications and Requirements:

  • 5 years commercial facilities construction project management
  • Proven working experience in facilities and project management
  • Knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards
  • Understanding of all facets of facilities management
  • Ability to plan and see the ?big picture?
  • Competent in conflict and crisis management
  • BS degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field preferred but not required

Additional Requirements

  • Some travel will be required
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Must be able to pass a comprehensive background screening

Salary will be commensurate with experience. A comprehensive benefits package including paid time off is offered with this position. This position will work an average of 40 hours per week and will be available ?after hours? if an emergency situation should arise.
