Responsibilities

The Loss Prevention Analyst will report directly to the Director of Retail. This position will support the Area Coordinator with inventory control reporting by running weekly reporting, analyzing reports, and aiding in reducing shrink. When the need arises, this position will also assist the Area Coordinator with external and/or internal investigations.

Job Qualifications and Requirements

At least 2 year of experience in loss prevention

Experience in retail operations

Proficiency in advanced elements of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

Experience in inventory control reporting

Experience conducting and/or assisting with internal and external investigations

The core skills of a LP Analyst job description should also include:

Experience working with senior management

Strong communication/interpersonal skills

Proven analytical background

Additional Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age

Must be able to pass a comprehensive background screening

Salary will be commensurate with experience. A comprehensive benefits package including paid time off is offered with this position. This position will work an average of 40 hours per week and will be available “after hours” if an emergency situation should arise.
