Purpose of this position

The purpose of this position is to manage dispensary staff and ensure excellent patient experiences

Qualifications

High School Diploma

Specific Requirements

Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language

Must have a clean background and drug screen

Analytical and Problem Solving Skills

Ability to add, subtracts, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.

Customer Service, Interpersonal Skills – Oral & Written Communication

Attendance/Punctuality, Dependability and Initiative

Must have a clean background and drug screen

Must have excellent computer skills including but not limited to Word, Excel, Outlook

Must be able to accurately use computer-based point of sale software systems.

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals

Must be a supportive team member, contribute to and be an example of teamwork and team concept

Must possess the ability to determine when a request needs to be escalated to Dispensary Manager

Must possess the ability to respectfully deal with all callers regardless of the situation

Must have patience, tact, a cheerful disposition and enthusiasm, as well as the willingness to handle difficult situations

Must not pose a direct threat to the health or safety of other individuals in the workplace

Must be able to speak and write the English language in an understandable manner.

Must be able to cope with the mental and emotional stress of the position.

Must be able to see and hear or use prosthetics that will enable these senses to function adequately to ensure that the requirements of this position can be fully met.

Must function independently, and have flexibility, personal integrity, and the ability to work effectively with all employees

Must be able to relate to and work with the ill, disabled, elderly, emotionally upset, and at times hostile people within the facility.
