Their staff are always polite, and courteous answering any of the questions you may have... regarding your allotment; (especially with the recent minor change in that Law, they are informative and clarify any confusion you may have on new limits and dates, as did I). This only adds to the consistently smooth check-in process. Good tunes. At first, I loved the discounts you get as a new customer...but then I bought an "orange/citris" type weed which did... not agree with my body & then I found out about their K-RAP Return/Exchange Policy!! (Which is NON-EXISTENT!!) So don't buy ANYTHING unless you're 100% POSITIVE that you like it, you don't react to it, there's no defects or related stuff. Hands down, the best dispensary in town. Not only is the flower bud quality good, trimming etc, the quality is... consistent. I've honestly only been to this dispensary a couple of times, but every time I've gone the people there have been... amazing, knowledgeable, and all around helpful. The only thing keeping be from buying from here more often is the prices. Prerolls at $20 per G ($15 for a .75g stick)!? 8ths starting at $35!? .5g carts for $57 at not even 70% THC and almost $100 for a full g. These prices are blatant corporate robbery, extortion of those in need of medicine. The only thing worth buying at this dispensary is there $40 half O of trim and shake. Don't get me wrong, RISE has pretty quality product but at such hyperinflated prices I could not recommend anybody buy from this dispensary.Edit: at $20 per g that is a $520 Oread more

Rise had the best deal today I've ever seen at any dispensary. The building is very stylish inside does not look... anything like what you think outside.The staff was a little short on the phone so I was worried but when I arrive in person they could not have been more cool and nice. My consultant was a very well-spoken young woman. What a very poorly ran inefficient Business. Been waiting over an hour. Product may be good but service is honestly... the worst ive been to in this entire area. Good product and deals but they fail to tell you how long the wait is going to be. Walk-in in and you see 5 people... waiting in the lobby your thinking 20 minutes. But they fail to tell you that there 10 more people waiting outside in their car. Waited over an hour to get service. Also while waiting I counted 12 people inside with no COVID social distancing in place. This place would be a 5 star if I felt safe and the staff appreciated my time. Will definitely come back but will probably checkout the other dispensaries first.read more

Edit from 5 to 1 star: Security is not required to wear a mask when he comes in late and wheels the chair outside.... Secondly, the downtime between customers is unheard of. What exactly are we doing after each sale!? It should be in and out, keep people moving. Lastly, fabric chairs cannot be cleaned as well as plastic ones, why make customers feel like they are sitting on the last person's butt grossness? Today's customers want to feel safe, making it fast and being thoughtful goes a long way.read more

The quality of the whole flower is pretty good here they don’t get new strains too often but what they do have is... consistent. I think since they’ve started accepting walk ins in store now things have gotten a little confusing but overall the staff are pretty friendly and helpful. Definitely one of the better priced dispensaries in the area. Recommend the Julius Caesar if you have an indica recommendation.read more

Soft Opening! 5/31I attended the Soft Opening of Rise Bonita Springs on May 31st. The new location is off US-41 just... after the Rural King plaza. When I arrived, I noticed an NBC news van in the parking lot and didn’t think anything of it. It was the Soft Opening and the staff did seem a little stressed, however, I was greeted by a warm and welcoming team. Upon entering the building, I am immediately reminded of the same peaceful, Boho atmosphere and décor that the Rise Pinellas Park embodied. The cute antique furniture that is light and beachy is accented along with some larger wood statement pieces like the huge dark wood cubicles that I absolutely love! The artwork is calming and depicts different plants including the beautiful cannabis plant. There is a nice sitting area along with a wood and glass product display case, several registers and an express pickup counter. The dispensary is extremely spacious in the back however the waiting area could become cramped on promotional or event days. The energy at Rise is a serene, beachy, tranquil, bohemian, Florida care-free vibe that creates such a perfectly comfortable atmosphere for sick and stressed out patients.My experience behind the curtain was amazing. This was the soft opening and they were very staffed, however, among the team a few shinning stars stood out. Greta was a sweet soul upfront that added to my overall experience she was kind and friendly perfect for the front! My Cannasseur/ Cashier J.P. was wonderful. He was very pleasant, soft spoken and good at his job. Another gem was Ryan he was competent regarding cannabis and honest and helpful with my purchase. The manager Mike was also an extremely nice free-spirited man who was not only running the show but was also being interviewed by NBC2. The feelgood staff was friendly, knowledgeable and easy going. This creates the perfect vibe for a Florida dispensary. This being my first time purchasing anything at this location I received 25% off my order! I bought two disposable pens and two eighths of flower. My purchase was $160, and I scored a $40 discount. My current favorite The Feel Collection product is the CBN Tincture. My favorite Rythm product other than the flower of course is the Lovelace 300 MG Heal Disposable Pen. Overall, I was extremely pleased with my first time at Rise Bonita Springs. As I was leaving I was stopped by manager Mike and he asked if I would be ok with being briefly interviewed by NBC2. I gladly accepted and spoke to the camera about my personal pros and comments about the new dispensary. Bonita Springs has six great options for dispensaries and I believe this Rise is one of its best.
