The staff are nice and welcoming. Every time I’ve gone they’ve had good sales . I haven’t tried any cartridges or oils from them but the flower has good % and flavor in comparison to others in local area . The parking lot in back isn’t in best condition so watch for pot holes .

Rise is my closest dispensary, and also happens to be the best dispensary in the area at the time of me writing this. I tend to be pickier than the average medical user but Rise has yet to disappoint me. Their flower tends to be some of the freshest in the Florida medical game, yet always has low prices due to constant deals running. It’s quite common to get pretty flower packaged within the last couple weeks.When it comes to customer service I always leave satisfied. The employees are always welcoming and a delight to shop with. Coming back to me being picky, if they can’t answer a question right away, they’re always able to find one in short time. My most recent stop I was helped by Spencer. He was able to provide me with good recommendations while providing an enjoyable experience.Rise’s downfall is their lack of variety when compared to other dispensaries, however they are working on it. Edibles, resin, and rosin are supposed to be arriving sometime this year. If you’re looking for quality flower at cheap prices Rise is the place to go.

You can't get a delivery. It doesn't say that on the website though. It'll let you fill out everything for a delivery but it won't let you check out. So you waste a bunch of time putting together in order then you called the dispensary and they tell you you can't get a delivery because they don't have trucks. Literally that was the excuse that I was given

If you think this location is good go to the location in west palm beach because Deerfield beach despite having the same strain and flavors they do not have the same herbs. West palm beach rise is 1000 times better then those Garbage they sell there just bought 9 8ths because I think it was the same as okeechobee rise come to find out it’s not the same. Just terrible.

I bought a scale to weigh and I never get the proper amount it’s always 2 and change… never 3.5! They are ripping people off. I tried to contact them and the manager never returned my call. Avoid this dispensary. I ordered online and was sent a message that it was ready for pickup. I showed up, checked in and proceeded to wait....and wait.....and wait some more. 3 customers walked out with their stuff, but nobody was called in. Finally I asked the 2 jokers behind the front desk what the point of pre-ordering is if people still have to wait this long and they just shrugged their shoulders and went back to talking and laughing. I told them to cancel my order and I left. Don't waste your time here. I got much faster service as a walk-in at a busier dispensary.

I quickly filled out their “paperwork”.Yes, you have to sign consent forms at RISE before they even create your profile.Then 3 other people walked in. No big deal. I was finally called inside when all of their walk-ins had been taken care of.Honestly, I was more surprised that the front desk person allowed a customer to shop there today without any form of picture ID. Felt really sketchy and against OMMU policy.Sadly, after all that waiting, I went inside. First thing I ask the bud tender is, “do you guys take CANPAY”?“No, cash only” she replies.She tells me their Recreational dispensaries accept CANPAY, but they don’t. Really?! Very educational experience with a trip there. I am someone who has never done medical marijuana in their lives, so my girl and I took a trip for info. We left with applications and a better knowledge of what they do and how to obtain a license. I am not aware of pricing yet, however the girls at the front desk were very helpful and friendly on our first trip. Once we get a card, we will definitely try here. My only issue was they had a $75 application fee. We have found other places in the area that don't charge a fee to use their dispensary.

This used to be my favorite dispensary until they stopped offering curbside pickup during the pandemic. Instead of driving up and getting your items, you're now forced to sit in waiting room 10+ minutes even if there's no one ahead of you. For a company that sells "medicine" it seems irresponsible to put patients at risk.At the time of writing this, 2 other dispensaries near me (Vidacann and Fluent) offer curbside pickup, I am giving my business to them instead.

Got some horrible ground flower at Rise.. opened it up to find it full of stems (strain: HSO OG Kush). Weighed it out and it was 2+ Grams of stems. I was in awe at how terrible the quality of bud was. I've gotten ground flower plenty of times from trulieve and am very pleasantly surprised at how good it is! Never disappoints! The tree from Rise was so bad I went back to switch it out for another because I know trulieve has this policy- if you don't like it you can return it. The manager not only did not let me exchange it but did not offer me anything at all. Highly suggest going to TRULIEVE and NOT Rise for better quality medicinal flower and better quality customer care. I will not be using Rise ever again.

RISE doesn’t accept tips—but uses the tip jar to pay it forward to a worthy organization locally. And the BEST part??
