TLDR: they cancel your order if you don’t show up the same day it’s placed. other dispensaries hold your order for 24 hours, this one does not so be aware of this. beyond this issue though this place charges an insane amount of money for the same quality products as competitors. the prices aren’t worth the quality of product at this dispensary in my opinionI placed an order via Curaleaf’s online orders option on March 9, 2024 around 5pm. At around 7pm my order was ready for pickup but I was unable to go and get it. At a majority of major dispensaries your confirmation email will state you have 24 hours to pick up your order, otherwise your items will be placed back on the shelves and your order will be canceled. The confirmation emails one receives from Curaleaf does not state any such things. So the next morning, March 10, 2024 at around 11am I checked in using their curbside pickup check in text alert which was provided to me in one of the confirmation emails. The program allowed me to check in and I sat in my car and waited but no one ever came. I am disabled and immunocompromised. This is why options like this are important for me. I eventually had to go inside the store to see what was going on because phone support said my order did not exist and that there was no record of it on his end. Inside they informed me that all orders are deleted at the end of every day and that there is no 24 hour period to come and pick up your order. This needs to be explicitly stated in the confirmation emails just as it is with other dispensaries in order to avoid situations like this in the future.

Great atmosphere, the staff was Johnny on the spot as soon as you walk in the door. I had a preorder and by the time I sat down they were calling my name for my order to be picked up. Bibi was the bomb diggity associate that checked me out. She was friendly, courteous and funny she really made my day. I usually don’t post comments but this time I had to because she was worth it. There are a ton of shops like this in Jacksonville and this one is absolutely not worth visiting because of the staff. Today was over the edge for me. I came in with my husband and was signed in as a visitor. The gentleman who helped us was already having a weird attitude. While my husband was trying to get what he wanted figured out I looked at their tablet and was scolded because I’m a visitor I am not aloud to touch a tablet and look. I am a grown woman and you can tell me something without being rude and saying it loudly for the whole store to hear. Beyond inappropriate and this is my second bad experience so clearly nothings being done.(Read below, a ton of others have experienced rude staff, glad it’s not just me. Clearly management doesn’t care)

This location went through Hades at the beginning, but now has a wonderful manager in Bibi, as well as the rest of the staff! They always so their best to make the atmosphere light, lovely, and friendly. I have never had a bad experience here, even if I've had to wait on a busy day.

I have given this location chances over and over only because of convenience. Wait time is always 30 minutes or more. I always order online and it's always a small order, but it's never ready for pick up. I watch people place a order in the store and leave within 5 minutes with their order. I watch people check in after me and leave within 5-10 minutes with their order. No coupons offered for the inconvenience or nothing as if it's my fault that their communication is off. Usually I don't have many problems but I place an online order I received a text message telling me it was ready to come and pick up and when I showed up I was told that my recommendations expired 4 days ago which I knew they would soon because I go to the doctor on the 22nd to renew them and they let me drive all the way up here without calling me or texting me to tell me that my recommendations weren't up-to-date instead they sent me a message telling me my order was ready to pick up. Your need for free advertising steals my right to Medical privacy, and safety. You protect your staff after 7 pm, but set up your customers to be easy targets for crime, assault, or maybe even being followed home for what's in that iconic bright white bag. Everyone knows what's inside that bright white bag with the big green symbol. And let's face it the neighborhood is pretty seedy and tends to have a lot of shady people hanging around. I know that times are tough right now, but I would greatly appreciate it if I didn’t receive 50% of a product I’m buying, just because you guys are running a discount promotion. There is no other dispensary I go to where I purchase a product discounted to 50% off, and only get half of the product. I get the full product, because it’s supposed to be the full product at a discounted promotional rate. By far the best Jacksonville has to offer on medical marijuana products. Usually has most items in stock. Closest location to those stuck in St Johns county. Another visit to this location when in Jacksonville for a doctor's appointment today and completely satisfied, as always, with Curaleaf and their customer service. Had 2 returns/exchanges of vape cartridges that were contaminated upon purchase a monthly prior (yep, it happens when stored or transported improperly) and the transaction was handled professionally, with little discussion and I received 2 new vapes of different strain. If you ever notice a vape that appears slightly lower in amount it may be due to the oil soaking into the "cotton" that's inside of all cartridges and, if it has that means it's been sitting longer than usual or possibly at a warmer temperature, would avoid them. They get a strong chemical taste, almost like Ben gay but not; they burn your lungs badly & immediately makes you cough while all others do not, and can also give bad stomach cramps with diarrhea. This is not a frequent problem however I have had it happen a few times since this medical marijuana program began. Returning this product gone bad was made easier by this exchange gone smoothly. Curaleaf is a class act who will continue receiving my business because of their cleaner tasting products, and superior customer service.

There's no doubt in my mind that these guys are very-serious about customer service. Because, let me tell you, these guys "ROCK"!!! I live on Amelia Island, which is almost an hour away, so ordering online and getting "FREE" home delivery was the only way to go. The FREE delivery is due to the pandemic, otherwise it's a small 15.00 fee. I have done business with them in South Florida numerous times before and they have a great product, a very-fair price, and the employees are "outstanding" in customer service. Purchasing Marijuana Products at Curaleaf
During your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders will make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.

TLDR: they cancel your order if you don’t show up the same day it’s placed. other dispensaries hold your order for 24 hours, this one does not so be aware of this. beyond this issue though this place charges an insane amount of money for the same quality products as competitors. the prices aren’t worth the quality of product at this dispensary in my opinionI placed an order via Curaleaf’s online orders option on March 9, 2024 around 5pm. At around 7pm my order was ready for pickup but I was unable to go and get it. At a majority of major dispensaries your confirmation email will state you have 24 hours to pick up your order, otherwise your items will be placed back on the shelves and your order will be canceled. The confirmation emails one receives from Curaleaf does not state any such things. So the next morning, March 10, 2024 at around 11am I checked in using their curbside pickup check in text alert which was provided to me in one of the confirmation emails. The program allowed me to check in and I sat in my car and waited but no one ever came. I am disabled and immunocompromised. This is why options like this are important for me. I eventually had to go inside the store to see what was going on because phone support said my order did not exist and that there was no record of it on his end. Inside they informed me that all orders are deleted at the end of every day and that there is no 24 hour period to come and pick up your order. This needs to be explicitly stated in the confirmation emails just as it is with other dispensaries in order to avoid situations like this in the future.

Usually I don't have many problems but I place an online order I received a text message telling me it was ready to come and pick up and when I showed up I was told that my recommendations expired 4 days ago which I knew they would soon because I go to the doctor on the 22nd to renew them and they let me drive all the way up here without calling me or texting me to tell me that my recommendations weren't up-to-date instead they sent me a message telling me my order was ready to pick up. There is no other dispensary I go to where I purchase a product discounted to 50% off, and only get half of the product. By far the best Jacksonville has to offer on medical marijuana products. Usually has most items in stock. Closest location to those stuck in St Johns county. Another visit to this location when in Jacksonville for a doctor's appointment today and completely satisfied, as always, with Curaleaf and their customer service. Had 2 returns/exchanges of vape cartridges that were contaminated upon purchase a monthly prior (yep, it happens when stored or transported improperly) and the transaction was handled professionally, with little discussion and I received 2 new vapes of different strain. If you ever notice a vape that appears slightly lower in amount it may be due to the oil soaking into the "cotton" that's inside of all cartridges and, if it has that means it's been sitting longer than usual or possibly at a warmer temperature, would avoid them. They get a strong chemical taste, almost like Ben gay but not; they burn your lungs badly & immediately makes you cough while all others do not, and can also give bad stomach cramps with diarrhea. This is not a frequent problem however I have had it happen a few times since this medical marijuana program began. Returning this product gone bad was made easier by this exchange gone smoothly. Curaleaf is a class act who will continue receiving my business because of their cleaner tasting products, and superior customer service.

I live on Amelia Island, which is almost an hour away, so ordering online and getting "FREE" home delivery was the only way to go. The FREE delivery is due to the pandemic, otherwise it's a small 15.00 fee. I have done business with them in South Florida numerous times before and they have a great product, a very-fair price, and the employees are "outstanding" in customer service. The staff are a diverse group of knowledgeable sales professionals. They know their products and they treat their customers with care and respect. The only problem is that Curaleaf can’t seem to keep all of the products in stock. Not everyone is able to smoke flower so the other products are important too. I’m still waiting for a call saying they have more Ratio products.

The product is good and it's close to my house. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I don't like that the seal on the cups are broken. After the first couple of times I bought a scale, so far it's been good weight.

I appreciate the minimalistic yet stylish packaging. The products are logically listed and described. The quality of the products is excellent. I find they do exactly as promised. I love the flavors of the extracts. I find these work best for me. I cannot say enough about the excellent staff. They have all been incredibly nice and helpful with all my questions.

I would rate higher of they carried more flower. Products seem decent. Really good price for lower tier ( white box) carts, the higher tier (green box) is definitely better quality. Staff were pretty great. They took time to sort of educate me in order to also help advice me. They were supper accommodating, attentive, and the whole process was very quick amd easy. They take debit, app, and of course cash. If you like carts.. I say this may be where to go.

First visit in Curaleaf! Nice space, great staff, had what I needed. Prices are comparable to some dispensaries and better than others. Different strains that I have not tried yet. Long way from my house, but free delivery during the week is great. Limited time on that offer. Great discounts and looks like they will be having many promotions.
