Great products, Staff super nice and informative.its just the payment method is inconvenient now. It would be wise to only bring cash , if you use your debt card it ends up charging an extra $3.50. And on top of that it goes thru as a ATM withdrawal and then after that you get hit with a Non Chase ATM withdrawal fee which is 2.50! I ended up paying $6 extra! Please go Back to CanPay!read more

Rise has really great flower! Julius Caesar (Indica), Lazy Lightning (Hybrid), and Phone Home (Sativa) have respectively been my favorites. If you stop in ask for Rachel! She is so knowledgeable and courteous, it really makes the experience seamless. My husband is a disabled veteran with a handicap license plate. The door guard told my husband he could not park at the front spot for curbside bc all medical parking spots were full. I let him know the laws and he didn’t care and wouldn’t let him in until he moved the car! Then in inside they mandate people to use THEIR hand sanitizer. Who knows what it really was. But we refused. We have our own thanks!!read more

So because of this pandemic you can’t walk inside. I order online. as i pull in and call them to meet me at the car I see the strain I picked they(rise) labeled it wrong as a indica when it’s a sativa. i then asked if they could swap it out for one different 8th. Nope. “it left the store” can’t swap I responded with “but it never got into my hands before i asked to swap it.” Basically same thing as being behind the counter and then getting your order and not being able to change your mind at the counter. all sealed up 8ths that can’t be returned before they even touched my hand. But at the the end of it…they got good green. Poor service when something goes wrong though.read more

TL;DR – Rise is a bottom tier FL dispensary. They sell low quality product, made clear by the fact that they stand by nothing they sell. You cannot return, you cannot exchange, and if you’re unhappy you may get a slight discount the next time you fool yourself into spending money with them.Today, I spoke with Lydia (or Linda), the manager of the Oviedo, FL location. Throughout the conversation, she made me feel belittled and untrustworthy as a patron. This interaction has left me unwilling to shop with Rise again.I had an issue with their cartridge. The glass spontaneously broke during use. There was no unusual circumstances… the glass just broke. Even through describing this situation, she continued to tell me that it must have been “user error” and made the personal decision to not allow a replacement.Nobody should assume anyone is of lesser intelligence/experience. A manager of a MEDICAL dispensary should definitely not assume a patient is of lesser intelligence/experience. Denying a patient a replacement for a defective item is absurd, especially with Trulieve’s return policy as competition.read more

I previously left 5 stars and they were well earned. Welcoming, friendly and very knowledgeable staff. Great products. It seems like the past couple of months that has changed drastically. No more consistent stocking, prices have gone up (under 20% thc used to be $40 flat), and now the overall potency has sadly been getting lower and lower. Product is no longer worth the price even with an excellent rewards program but the staff is lovely and i still highly recommend if they have smalls in stock!read more

Not a huge selection of “flower” but a couple of each strain and a hybrid. Disposable pens, cartridges, tincture and cbd products. Very informative staff and no wait. ONLY ACCEPTS CASH AT THIS TIME. Updates to the website done hourly, happy hour, and points earned for cash credit. Also offers a 25% discount to new customers. You MUST have a MM card/approval email from state. 😊read more

My first impression of Rise was quick & efficient. The product menu was easy to read thru and the staff was helpful. I tried a couple different products all of which I am very impressed with. I will certainly give this location another visit. I have heard nothing but great things about their product, it was highly recommended to me. The product is definitely of great quality. First time patient discount as well as, veterans, senior, industry and loyalty discounts!It does not have a drive thru. They take cash or Can Pay (app).There was no wait or line. Simple concept. Only 1 Orlando location, so far and it’s a little out of the way. I hope to see more for 2020. Good Experience.read more
