Found out last week when I returned to the dispensary that all of my point disappeared. All of the money I spent with this store has gone to nothing. I haven’t bought anything for a while from them because honestly there are cheaper alternatives. The person behind the counter told me that the company changed point policy and now I have a dollar in discount points, unacceptable.I am sure that some customers are as upset as I am, and hopefully they leave this store as well and shop at all of the other alternatives that are in the area.

The only problem I had is, I have been told, and my wife had been told that the point that you Earn would not expire. I found out yesterday that they expire after three months and I lost almost $90 in points. Everyone in the store is very helpful and courteous but that didn’t help my wallet. You seriously cannot beat this place in terms of convenience and customer service. In comparison to their competitors in the area, this location takes the cake. I've never spent more than 20 minutes in here, even doing a walk in, even when its busy. They're fast and very polite. Some times the quality of the product is varied but obviously that's out of the location's personal control. They always fill online orders within 2 hours max. My only complaint would probably be that their parking lot is a bit of a nightmare, hopefully they eventually expand in the back!

Purchasing Marijuana Products at Curaleaf
During your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders will make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.

Great dispensary but until they deliver to my house like 2 of their competitors I cannot get medicine from here. TL and LHS are 18+ miles from me and deliver to me. There are 2 Curaleaf dispensaries within 14 miles from me and they deliver but not 13 miles away I guess.

Bad experience 2 days ago. Typically kind and helpful here. The guy (dark hair, long gold earrings in one ear) who handled my order all but threw it at me. Not so much as a greeting or smile. Never looked at me or spoke he just mumbled the cost. Rude. I've also noticed the thc levels in products are getting lower and lower. Better options out there.

They have great sales and great products, but will not add a senior discount to a sale item (only dispensary I have encountered with this policy). I notice many people are saying the staff is great. That was NOT my experience. I felt very rushed and the guy behind the counter didn’t make eye contact when he spoke and was kind of short tempered.

I always go with my husband when he buys. According to them I cannot talk to my husband or look at their iPad at the counter. One of the clerks threatened to shut down the card. We will not be back and we should have walked out. Didn't get our 10% Senior discount either.

The customer service at the Spring Hill location is awesome, couldn't be better! The reason for the 1 star review is strictly based on the products. I have tried every different type of concentrate that they have. Every single type is dry and crumbly, even the expensive live rosin. Extremely unsatisfied with the quality of products.
