I used to love this dispensary, but recently the staff has been rude and it’s very clear that there has been a shift in management that is both unfortunate for staff but more importantly customers. I believe there was a manager..Deborah or Debbie...who is the reason this dispensary is no longer the star of west palm. Long wait, no one cares. It’s hard to care when management doesn’t care either. My heart goes out to the employees. Get rid of Debbie and maybe positive change can take place.read more

Their product quality and customer service has declined greatly. I used to come to this location all the time when it was ran by another young man who was very kind. I recently bought a product that didn’t function properly, tried to return it, and was met with an awful attitude by the tattooed woman behind the counter. I ended up keeping the broken product and leaving. Save your time, money, and aggravation and go to Muv down the street. Will never be backread more

Absolutely the worst experience I have had to date with a dispensary in south Florida. We walked inside, and the lady behind the front desk started yelling at us that she didn’t check us in, we had no idea we weren’t allowed to walk in. All she needed to do was kindly tell us to wait. I have bought many times from Rise, and loved them all. I have been faithful with all of their specials. Today I purchased $160 with of vapes ( 4 of their $40 vape specials. I opened 2. One hybrid that had rubbers and was full. When I opened my one and only indica it had no rubbers and has 1/4 of the products. )I am sooo disappointed as this was my last purchase. I went there for my first time yesterday, it was a weird experience with covid as I was not allowed inside. However, that didn’t matter as they were very nice and had a bud tender come out to me. Do not buy the tinctures. They do nothing- the dosing is extremely minimal. Lowest I’ve ever seen. The staff is excellent but ultimately their product is subpar. Very disappointed in the product. Flower is okay though! Don’t buy the disposables there or anywhere in Florida for that matter as they are all faulty. Decent place for flower but nothing else IMOread more

I Put in an online order for flower pick up. I was given a coupon that was for rise, on the back dr name and WPB. I was told I could not use my $20.00 coupon it needed to be used in Deerfield. I said to the bud tender, I guess you don’t want my money that bad today jokingly, his response was “ we don’t need your money anyways.” I responded back to his smart remark. I told him really because this is the only dispensary I ever walk into and it’s empty with no customers. Before leaving I tried to speak to someone else, I told him about the situation about the employee being rude and he said oh well, guess we don’t need your money....I then left The store because I wasn’t getting anywhere...I accidentally left the coupon so I went back in and asked for customer service number or DM number. He told me no because I don’t have to give it to you. I then told the new employee standing there good luck working for them if they don’t care about customer service they won’t care about you. I planned on making a complaint but was over it when I received better service one block away . Today I receive a letter in the mail certified from Rise.I’m guessing the manager was afraid I would make a complaint about him and he made this a way bigger issue then it needed to be. I’m still not upset lol I went to medmen down the street and spent Over $100.00. They have complimentary parking and gave me a discount. Rise you can look at the registry and see I did this.... it was never about the money it was your employees unprofessional comment that was an issue, then I shared it with another employee and they just shrugged it off.Oh and The parking situation is terrible too.... go to Deerfield location or other dispensaries in the area.... if your looking for easy handicap accessible storeI guess there employees were right.... Rise doesn’t want or need my money. LOL 😂read more
