Edit of previous review:I noticed a review from a customer that I happened to have been in the store with and have personally seen her act so disrespectful to us(other patients),have no patience and be very mean to the girls working behind the counter. I'm so upset to see the exaggerating complaints that I myself and lots of other people I know that shop here have NEVER had to deal with as patients/customers. Shame on the previous customer and her attempt to draw negative attention to an amazing store as well as budtenders that Ive encountered in the Tampa Bayarea. 10+ STARS FOR STAFF AND STORE/PRODUCTI've been here twice to try it out and Today I used the drive thru and it was super easy! The girls Emylee and Elena are so helpful. They know all the information on all the different choices and are so knowledgeable and kind. I truly enjoy coming to this store. Chill place in an old bank with a drive through window; I usually go inside and never wait long at all. Everyone is very nice, especially the manager with the long hair. He is always friendly and helpful. I wanted to specifically give them a positive review for the smokability and quality of the pre-rolls, when they’re not sold out, which happens. Competitor’s pre-rolls are often too tightly rolled to draw a good puff but Sanctuary pre-rolls are always ready to go right away, with high THC available like the 21% Purple Trainwreck Sativa - very nice. They also have cute little tins available sometimes, with half a dozen little pre-rolls.- Update the review to say all the staff like Elena and Erica are really knowledgeable and helpful. Good place and they always have deals

I have just recently started going to The dispensary their prices are fabulous their products are very high quality I only had one small mishap with a product it was brought to the attention of the staff and they were extremely courteous and extending me a credit I think the staff is very knowledgeable and extremely friendly they get you in and out quickly as possible the drive-thru makes it even more convenient overall this is just a great place to visit it is extremely friendly for disability parking it is wheelchair friendly inside as well. The online menu is also easy to navigate . If you're considering a visit here they have first-time customer promotions that are super fantastic as well as current customer appreciation promotions going on throughout the year. I personally will pass up several dispensaries and go clear across town if needed just to see them 😊THANK YOUSANCTUARY CANNABIS💋

Called to ask if this store accepted card, gentleman on the phone said yes, was told there was only a $3 fee. Upon arriving I was poorly notified that they also round up and then return that money back to me. That would be fine, IF I had that money on the card. Leaving me with little to no options at 8:30pm when most dispensaries are already closed. The gentleman also refused to give me a discount to fix his error. Poor customer service, will never drive out of my way to come here again.

5 STARS for STAR SEEDS 👽🚀 I’m an artist/musician, my first trip to Sanctuary was easy-going and a happy experience. They had Snoop Dogg rappin’ and the hippie vibe going. I was greeted with a smile and Amanda was warm and knowledgeable. I tried an 1/8 oz. of the Blueberry Headband (21%) and 1/8 oz. of the GMO (25%) for 25 dollars each. Both strains were top-grade, had a pungent aroma and were quite tasty. My cats "Mini and Moxie” loved the B.H. when I popped the top..I will definitely be back to this store to try the Poly #4 and many other cannabis products. The photo is of the Blueberry Headband and the Terpene Shield/Humidity Control packet that was included.

Sanctuary is vertically integrated, as are all of the Florida cannabis brands. Being vertically integrated means they oversee the entire process from seed to sale. Sanctuary dispensary products are grown from their own cannabis plants from seed or cuttings, harvested, and processed into a variety of products. Then packages and distributed within their own network.
Product types, different strains and availability can vary from store menu to store menu, depending on demand. If Sanctuary in Dunedin does not have what you are looking for, your Florida MedCard is universally accepted at any dispensary in the state.
Purchasing Marijuana Products at Sanctuary
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders may make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
If it’s your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.

The best way to see the different product options before visiting the dispensary is to check out their online menu. If enabled, Sanctuary in Dunedin online menu may be available on FL Dispensaries to reserve your order.
If you have an active medical card, you can pick from a wide array of cannabis products. Various delivery methods of the different cannabinoids have been approved by the DOH, including edibles, inhalation, oral, sublingual, topical, traditional flower and even suppositories. There is no obligation to buy your entire milligram limit at once; instead, you can purchase less if you so desire and then buy more during another visit or at another dispensary.
