I shopped at Sanctuary for my first time today New Years Eve 2024. The first 20 customers are supposed to receive $10 towards their order but the catch was that I had to spend at least $100. I didn't realize that I had to spend a hundred to get the $10 back. There were also other extra end of the year sales. I ended up spending $90 and thought the $10 would be given to me but forgot to ask. The cashier didn't tell me that all I had to do was spend $10 more to receive $10 back. On my way out I realized that I didn't receive the $10 towards my order so I went back to ask about it and I was told that I couldn't get both deals since I got another deal they had that day. The truth is he was wrong and the cashier should have brought to my attention that I was one of the first 20 customers and that if I spent $10 more I'd receive $10 back. I know it's just $10 but I went there early on Sunday New Years Eve for that extra $10 and I feel played by them not informing me about that extra $10 that I had to spend to get $10 back at the register. I take partial blame because I didn't realize it but I am the customer and I should have been informed.

This place is great, I just happen to get lucky enough to live right across the street! When you walk in people greet you happily and will help you with the menu as well. When you get called back the FIRST thing you notice is everything is super clean!! Prices and sales are competitive and decent when not on sale. Alex has helped me numerous times and I think she's the brightest star in an already all star cast of bud-tenders. Do yourself a favor and check it out for sure man! 😁😎✌️

Young guy working the front desk yesterday was terrible. First I give him my driver's license he says he can only take a medical card. I explained to him that I always use my driver's license And in the hundreds of times I've been to the dispensary it's never been a problem. I then go to the back to place my order. The same guy Is telling me they're out of what I called for I literally have to pull it up on the menu and show it to him because he wasn't gonna get it. Upon paying and leaving the dispensary, he didn't give me My ID back handed me the product. And said have a good day, bro I said. What about my ID? Ea, I didn't get it back. He then tells me that he did get it back and it's not his problem. I tell him to double check and that I definitely did not get it back. He walks to the front looks around. Says I don't have it ignores me and helps another customer. I dnowhave to walk behind the desk physically. Grab my ID where somehow he says. Oh, you must have left it there. Keep in mind its behind the front desk . This kid needs to be fired immediately.

I was really thinking this would have been a different experience but honestly wasn't that impressed. The girl who helped not only checked me in but also walked back and was also the bud tender. She wasn't rude but definitely not as friendly as I think she could have been. The energy was just odd there. Wasn't a bad experience but also just wasn't a great one and for that and as far as it was for me I won't be going back.

I went in today to pick up an order to be told their internet was down and it would be a while. Which was completely understandable so I went and waited. Others checked in after that the women at the front desk knew personally. As I sat and waited I saw people who checked in after me be waited on. Then after 3 people were taken before me I asked when I would be helped. The young woman from the front desk said oh you are Heather she will be with you in a minute. I finally picked up my order. This dispensary is one of my favs! Not only do they have awesome products, tonight (on a Friday) I was very grateful to Tony, Alex, and Daniel. I ordered early this morning, worked all day, went to my kids soccer game that ran a little long called them because I was going to be there RIGHT AT 8:00pm. They made an exception for me and waited. I never give reviews but in this case I feel I need to let people know before someone gets sick. I went for the first time to Sanctuary and I was impressed with the service I received. I purchased the product below in picture. i smoked about half of it before I noticed that the product was wet. When I dumped it out I found that the brown packet they had put inside with the product to keep it either dry or from molding had leaked all over the product. I had to throw it out. But my biggest complaint is that when I notified the company ( did not ask for refund or for replacement) to let them know what had happened on their web site NO ONE CONTACTED ME. BUYER BEWARE!! I will be telling all my friends not to shop here as they do not even acknowledge that they have an issue with what they are putting inside with your product. If you are unable to keep the product from having an issue your company should not be in this business. I do not know how this would affect people if it was smoked. I am sure its not good for your lungs.

You really need to check it out for yourself. The 1st time I went, Lauren, was the one to help me. I would highly implore everyone go to this dispensary that's recently opened on Midway and US1 in Fort Pierce. Their products are outstanding and their staff highly knowledgeable and friendly. At writing they only accept cash or debit (there is a charge for debit) and they are offering generous incentives for new customers. I'd like to be more eloquent in my review but I was there today. Fifty bucks off first and your second and your fifth visit. It got good good and they've got kind of okay good what I see online but it's in store pickup only. No online ordering unfortunately. Good selection of strains as far as flower goes and then also shatter as well...

Before this dispensary could open, it was licensed by the Office of Medical Marijuana Use (OMMU). In the state of Florida, dispensaries are officially referred to as medical marijuana treatment centers (MMTCs).
Sanctuary is vertically integrated, as are the rest of the MMTC’s. Being vertically integrated means they oversee the entire process from seed to sale. Sanctuary grows their own cannabis plants from seed or cuttings, harvests, processes into a variety of products, packages and distributes within their own network.

Purchasing Marijuana Products at Sanctuary
During your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders will make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.

I was really thinking this would have been a different experience but honestly wasn't that impressed. The girl who helped not only checked me in but also walked back and was also the bud tender. She wasn't rude but definitely not as friendly as I think she could have been. The energy was just odd there. Wasn't a bad experience but also just wasn't a great one and for that and as far as it was for me I won't be going back.

I went in today to pick up an order to be told their internet was down and it would be a while. Which was completely understandable so I went and waited. Others checked in after that the women at the front desk knew personally. As I sat and waited I saw people who checked in after me be waited on. Then after 3 people were taken before me I asked when I would be helped. The young woman from the front desk said oh you are Heather she will be with you in a minute. I finally picked up my order. As I left the young woman at the front desk said thanks for your patience and chuckled. I will never shop there again. Absolute worst customer service.

This dispensary is one of my favs! Not only do they have awesome products, tonight (on a Friday) I was very grateful to Tony, Alex, and Daniel. I ordered early this morning, worked all day, went to my kids soccer game that ran a little long called them because I was going to be there RIGHT AT 8:00pm. They made an exception for me and waited. I love this beautiful, clean, and speedy approach to a dispensary. This place was immaculately cleaned and ready for sales. Josh was so nice checking us in and tony really did a great job with the check out, very nice and commutative. We had Emma last visit and she really made an impression on us of some one who loves connecting to and helping the patients at enjoying their visit and leaving happy. I never give reviews but in this case I feel I need to let people know before someone gets sick. I went for the first time to Sanctuary and I was impressed with the service I received. I purchased the product below in picture. i smoked about half of it before I noticed that the product was wet. When I dumped it out I found that the brown packet they had put inside with the product to keep it either dry or from molding had leaked all over the product. I had to throw it out. But my biggest complaint is that when I notified the company ( did not ask for refund or for replacement) to let them know what had happened on their web site NO ONE CONTACTED ME. BUYER BEWARE!! I will be telling all my friends not to shop here as they do not even acknowledge that they have an issue with what they are putting inside with your product. If you are unable to keep the product from having an issue your company should not be in this business. I do not know how this would affect people if it was smoked. I am sure its not good for your lungs.

You really need to check it out for yourself. The 1st time I went, Lauren, was the one to help me. I would highly implore everyone go to this dispensary that's recently opened on Midway and US1 in Fort Pierce. Their products are outstanding and their staff highly knowledgeable and friendly. At writing they only accept cash or debit (there is a charge for debit) and they are offering generous incentives for new customers. I'd like to be more eloquent in my review but I was there today. Definitely recommended.

Fifty bucks off first and your second and your fifth visit. It got good good and they've got kind of okay good what I see online but it's in store pickup only. No online ordering unfortunately. Good selection of strains as far as flower goes and then also shatter as well...
