Came in with a $35 loyalty card, tried to use it on a half priced item at $35. In theory it should have been free. Yet they tell me “my $35 is not stackable”. While it says right on the card “stackable”. The other stores seem to honor their deals. Not sure why this one is such a problem. Will not be back.

Their flower sucks. They have “top” grade flower with supposedly 3% terps and 29% thc but the bud taste like grass. I don’t know where the 3.02 comes from. I guess if you are judging how sod or hay taste. If I was a cow or a horse I’d be a better judge of grass. So disappointed with these dispensaries and their sorry grassy dry garbage. Why the hell am I paying a dr and then the state to only be able to get regular marijuana and regular wax. Haven’t smoked dabs in 5 years and I could smoke $200 dollars of these dispo dabs and not even blink. I don’t have $200 for that so I can’t even smoke the concentrates because so not worth it.literally does nothing. I don’t know. Its crazy. Maybe if every plastic jar didn’t have a boveda pack it wouldn’t taste like a brown sack of pot that just got recovered from Eric formans dads basement, maybe, probably just turn to dust without it. And that’s what we have in Florida. Turn to dust weed with some flavor or some texture and taste like grass. I wish to God we could get some good stuff like they have in other states.

One of the guys wants to tell me to stay behind the desk first off you can’t stay behind the desk. Spent a lot of money there. While i was crewing a sailboat from Bermuda to Spain my license expired. I renewed it in downtown West Palm Beach. Able to go into dispensaries there. No problem for them to look me up in the register and i was able to purchase product. So figuring this place is closer to me i went in but was refused. So i went to Green Dragon down the road, again no problem there-just showed them my Florida drivers license and my account of the Florida registry. So easy. So why not that easy for Sanctuary? Get with the program. Good product there tho. I will say that apparently it was a new employee issue and the manager was cool.

I stopped by the grand opening of Sanctuary Green Acres a couple of weeks ago, & I was incredibly happy with my experience. The store is beautiful, customer service was phenomenal, & their products are easily my favorites in the program right now. Manager Sam Rose was very knowledgeable of their products & helped me figure out what would work best for me. Aside from a small hiccup with my friends order, which was immediately rectified (just another example of their excellent customer service), I've got nothing but great things to say about Sanctuary Medicinals!

Sanctuary is vertically integrated, as are all of the Florida cannabis brands. Being vertically integrated means they oversee the entire process from seed to sale. Purchasing Marijuana Products at Sanctuary
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders may make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
If it’s your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.

The best way to see the different product options before visiting the dispensary is to check out their online menu. If enabled, Sanctuary in Greenacres online menu may be available on FL Dispensaries to reserve your order.
If you have an active medical card, you can pick from a wide array of cannabis products. Various delivery methods of the different cannabinoids have been approved by the DOH, including edibles, inhalation, oral, sublingual, topical, traditional flower and even suppositories. There is no obligation to buy your entire milligram limit at once; instead, you can purchase less if you so desire and then buy more during another visit or at another dispensary. It’s important to find what works for you.
Low tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) cannabis with higher CBD products are available to patients as well who prefer the non-euphoric effect.

I would mention the staffs names but I only remember the name of the sales rep Harley & Fred. She was extremely helpful. I will shop there again.

Being new to FL, I'm new to medical marijuana being legal. Walking into the store for the first time was a little overwhelming, due to the variety of product available. There is a reception area where they greet you and give you a menu. I was also greeted by a manager. They could not have been more helpful. They asked me some questions to determine my needs and then made recommendations based on their vast knowledge of the stores product. I would mention the staffs names but I only remember the name of the sales rep Harley. She was extremely helpful. I will shop there again.
