Let me say this, the product usually is good.. most timesnot always.. but by far this used to be my Favorite dispensery. But its awful now and getting worse..eek. Customer service is terrible. Read the other reviews. Today I ordered online the same small buds for 21 I always order, let me say I've been going here since they opened. Now the new manager informs me its a mistake that the flower isn't on sale. Myself and another customer showed them online prices and even in her system it was on sale. But one of their ( advertisements boards had a miss type. So I call 2 other locations and then corp to be assured it is on sale. It is. So then as im setting in the car the other customer comes out and says they gave it to her for the price the online store says/their store says..21. So I go back in the store and... it was still one issue after another. And a oh wait they are on the phone with corporate now figuring it out. POOR customer service. So I wait another minute and I say u sold to the other customer for the advertised 21. Soo...long story short. Its illegal and called false advertising if they didn't sell it to us for the ordered price either way. They have to honor the price espcially since I ordered online from their site. It was a total hassle and wasted about 30 minutes of.my time. I was basically quiet..no yelling or getting loud. Not me. I should add I'd already stood there for what was an online order for 15 min while she created a new profile for another customer instead of someone else helping me.. Turns out there were a total of 4 employees there and none came out to help. !And i was told that other person couldn't check me in??? What?? Just a huge waste of time. Don't bother ordering online you can't trust the prices

I did not get the Blue Cheese flower I was hunting but, I met the staff and felt the vibe and it’s all good. So far, Sanctuary is Number 1 or 2 in FL for me when it comes to Dispensaries. I love the strains here, very medicinal and ridiculous pricing, inexpensive and no quality loss!! Love Sanctuary, I always check for them when traveling!

I used to love this dispensery but customer service is down, no sense in doing orders online since they have no clue how to check people on or move us thru. Its a joke. On top of that flower quality has gone way down but the prices WENT UP!! Its crazy. Go to sunnyside. Or surterra..at least for now til something better opens. These places were already stealing from us with the prices now they increased them yet the cost to grow hasn't changed. Rip off.

After finding a lot of hair and pieces of chopped up glove in my a few of my ground flowers I called them and asked them is this why they are so cheap on the ground flower? The told me that it should never happen and we are soo sorry blah blah blah take a picture (attached) we will make it right ect ect ect fast forward to yesterday I was going to go and see what they were going to do I called they said they had no ground flower keep checking the website. At 645 I look and ground flower is instock and it is an hour away so I jump in my car I see that they close at 830 online. So I called to verify cause they were doing construction on i10 and my maps said I would make it at 820 they said no problem we will lock the door at 825. We arrive at 820 and someone cuts us off parks in the handicapped spot jumps out runs in the door no problem. i have two 65+ elderly handicapped people that can barley move one goes open the door while I help the one that can barley walk to the door. They lock the door 5 min early so they knock and I call. They didn't answer either knock or phone so I call back. They said yeah we had to lock the door early because of there was a few people in the office. I told them I just came from an hour away and spoke to Bethany and she assured us she wouldn't lock the door till 825. She said oh are you the one knocking outside. I said yeah that's me. I swear on everything this girl said I don't feel comfortable opening the door with the way you knocked. Like what!? You don't wanna open a door that is constantly unlocked for someone to just waltz in anytime of any day. Bro what kinda business are yall running here?

Horrible customer’s service never will return thinking about contacting the BBB general manager has the wrong title no customer service sense. Went in for an order, two flowers start with the same name one is 3.5 other is 7 grams it got confusing. Ended up purchasing the wrong medicine. Walked outside for a sec looked at the receipt and saw I had the wrong medicine. Walked straight back in for an exchange was told no you purchased one item you have to take that one even though the bag is sealed. My thing is how come the employee can’t look at my chart and see I usually purchase a certain medication and take the initiative to say hey I see you pick a different medication from what you usually get, are you sure this is the one? Also imagine going to a pharmacy and you've been prescribed the wrong medication then forced to take that medication then ask for you to pay more for your correct medication. The employees forget this is actual medication we are giving medical cards for a reason

No matter what your experience with this plant is, a smart thing to do when you go to Sanctuary is to tell them what you like… (Indica, Hybrid, Sativa) and let them pick the strain for you. Horrible guest service!!! I am always able to check in with my state drivers license. But the dude wanted my medical card my ID and my approval email. Like dammmmm what a process!!!! Complete horrible service. And I will not be coming back due to this. They shouldn't need all that and more just to see the same information. Makes no sense. But it's how u lose customers. This place was amazing and the staff is so friendly and informative. Yesterday was my first time ever and I really had no idea what to get. The staff member who helped me was great. I explained my medical needs and he put a bundle together for me and explained how to use it. Last night before bed I followed his instructions and used my medical products. I finally was able to get a full nights sleep with minimal pain and I am so APPRECIATIVE! Thank you Sanctuary!

Love the people here...and was a huge fan of the product til lately.. I've tried to keep this as my number one but the flower is an issue lately. Its so soft and dense 3.5 grams pushes into 1 or 2 prerolls. Its too soft and leafy and I've gotten several seeds which I'm ok with i need them lol but it means the flower is weak.. What happened to real buds. And I do not speak of the 17$ we expect it to be not great but the mid and top cut? No solid buds. And lots of seeds lately. Have u guys changed growers? Whats up? And how about more unicorn meat in top cut . Though u have provided me with enough seeds to grow my own at this point lol

They do not hold orders nor do they contact the patient to make them aware they do not have the allotment, and that there have been changes to their medication. I arrived and they had sold my online order to someone else without contacting me. Extremely poor customer service, decent product when they actually have it.

I loved this place when they opened. Newest batch of smalls was mostly leaf. Sad. Slowly its lost its draw. Thc percents are the lowest they've ever been here. And Few strains, prices all but doubled. 65 an 1/8 for what they refer to as top cut which has the same effects and feels of the non top cut.They mark it up to mark it down sadly. Trying to make up business since they strung low on inventory. But they drive me to fluent and im super happy. I'll come here when they have deals again for the good strains because the flower is decent and clean.

4/5 stars because i worked there. 5 stars would be biased.As a patient though, id like to give a shoutout to Allegra. She is always nice, always helpful, always a light in what is often a dark world. We need more bud tenders like her. The products are usually pretty good, wait a batch or two once they release new products. But thats anywhere you go. Anneil, the GM is such a kind man. He takes no shortcuts when caring for patients either.

Drove out of my way to get here at open, no employee decided to open at the time advertised. I'm a night worker, can't just come back in a few hours. Not the biggest inconvenience but why would I risk wasting my time again when plenty of other shops can sell early and consistently. Product and prices are fine, come during middle of the day, at least then it should be occupied.

Today I made my first purchase with Sanctuary. It was a lovely experience from when you walk in you're greeted by the friendly faces of those who work there. There's no over bearing smell of marijuana which is what I thought only because that was literally my first time walking into a dispensary. The set up of everything is tastefully done and very clean. Now I had the pleasure of working with Mr.Anneil boy is he knowledgeable. There was never a point in time where I felt like I needed to ask a question except for what he would prefer. So if you ever want to get the nitty gritty he's your man. Customer service on point and the atmosphere is joyful. The prices are definitely reasonable by far. I'm for sure coming back and actually they're my #1 go to not to mention I can literally walk to them from my house.. Haha it's a win win for all of us 😂

Angelica even went a step further and provided terpene profiles for specific product when I asked and not all dispensaries here in Jax provide this upon request. I took my partner there to get her product there and after a 10 minutes she left the building highly upset. The manager is useless, inebt and uncaring and to top it off lacking in customer service skills. There are plenty of other dispensaries in town with better product and much better customer service. Purchasing Marijuana Products at Sanctuary
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders may make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.

This place was amazing and the staff is so friendly and informative. Yesterday was my first time ever and I really had no idea what to get. The staff member who helped me was great. I explained my medical needs and he put a bundle together for me and explained how to use it. Last night before bed I followed his instructions and used my medical products. I finally was able to get a full nights sleep with minimal pain and I am so APPRECIATIVE! Thank you Sanctuary!

Love the people here...and was a huge fan of the product til lately.. I've tried to keep this as my number one but the flower is an issue lately. Its so soft and dense 3.5 grams pushes into 1 or 2 prerolls. Its too soft and leafy and I've gotten several seeds which I'm ok with i need them lol but it means the flower is weak.. What happened to real buds. And I do not speak of the 17$ we expect it to be not great but the mid and top cut? No solid buds. And lots of seeds lately. Have u guys changed growers? Whats up? And how about more unicorn meat in top cut . Though u have provided me with enough seeds to grow my own at this point lol

They do not hold orders nor do they contact the patient to make them aware they do not have the allotment, and that there have been changes to their medication. I arrived and they had sold my online order to someone else without contacting me. Extremely poor customer service, decent product when they actually have it.

I loved this place when they opened. Newest batch of smalls was mostly leaf. Sad. Slowly its lost its draw. Thc percents are the lowest they've ever been here. And Few strains, prices all but doubled. 65 an 1/8 for what they refer to as top cut which has the same effects and feels of the non top cut.They mark it up to mark it down sadly. Trying to make up business since they strung low on inventory. But they drive me to fluent and im super happy. I'll come here when they have deals again for the good strains because the flower is decent and clean.

4/5 stars because i worked there. 5 stars would be biased.As a patient though, id like to give a shoutout to Allegra. She is always nice, always helpful, always a light in what is often a dark world. We need more bud tenders like her. The products are usually pretty good, wait a batch or two once they release new products. But thats anywhere you go. Anneil, the GM is such a kind man. He takes no shortcuts when caring for patients either.

He has given me the wrong product, always has an attitude...and worse yet doesnt know his product at all. Go see angelica at beach. Because now even Tommy is leaveing here.. that means only one decent employee left.

Drove out of my way to get here at open, no employee decided to open at the time advertised. I'm a night worker, can't just come back in a few hours. Not the biggest inconvenience but why would I risk wasting my time again when plenty of other shops can sell early and consistently. Product and prices are fine, come during middle of the day, at least then it should be occupied.

Today I made my first purchase with Sanctuary. It was a lovely experience from when you walk in you're greeted by the friendly faces of those who work there. There's no over bearing smell of marijuana which is what I thought only because that was literally my first time walking into a dispensary. The set up of everything is tastefully done and very clean. Now I had the pleasure of working with Mr.Anneil boy is he knowledgeable. There was never a point in time where I felt like I needed to ask a question except for what he would prefer. So if you ever want to get the nitty gritty he's your man. Customer service on point and the atmosphere is joyful. The prices are definitely reasonable by far. I'm for sure coming back and actually they're my #1 go to not to mention I can literally walk to them from my house.. Haha it's a win win for all of us 😂

Angelica even went a step further and provided terpene profiles for specific product when I asked and not all dispensaries here in Jax provide this upon request. Affordable and Affective, glad to have this dispensary in the community.

I took my partner there to get her product there and after a 10 minutes she left the building highly upset. The manager is useless, inebt and uncaring and to top it off lacking in customer service skills. There are plenty of other dispensaries in town with better product and much better customer service. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
