Louie is the GM and he's phenomenal. I've never received such great service at a dispensary ever. He leads his team with empathy and support. Awesome job Louie. You are awesome
The staff here was probably the most informed staff I have ever come across. Luis was able to not only show me how to check my remaining amounts, but broke down what each section was in better detail than ever understood. The team is very informed on the products they sell. I'm very happy that this location is like this as it feels different than it did 6 months ago. I will continue to return to this location.
15/10 would do again. Shoutout to Louie!!! He really shows how much he and the rest of the Sanctuary crew cares about us as people and not as customers. I had an issue because of fraud on my debit card and couldn’t access cash, Louie took the liberty to take the time to walk me thru the process of how to fix it over the phone and get cash out when a Bank of America employee refused to help! He didn’t have to do that but he did... I need my medicine for my IBS and Louie wasn’t going to let me go without it. Every time I come to Sanctuary on beach blvd every single employee is incredibly patient, kind, and willing to walk you thru any process you might need help with. This is the only dispensary I go to now, you can always depend on GREAT product, awesome deals , great customer service and a very friendly atmosphere that makes you feel at home. SHOUTOUT LOUIE AND THE ENTIRE SANCTUARY CREW!! 🙂
Wow I had a great Sunday morning drop into Sanctuary! I was greeted kindly by Luis as I walked in, I had a quick question that he answered for me quickly and clearly, I was then brought immediately back to the counter with Luis who took fantastic care of me. He was a really cool dude, he gave me tons of information about my products as well as helped me learn more about my best options for using concentrates. He showed me a device that would be ideal for me and made me feel super welcomed and happy to be there. I’ll be back for sure!!!! Can’t wait to get that puffco

Luis was incredibly helpful this morning. He answered all of my questions by phone. The entire staff here is so personable and they treat me like family. I feel comfortable and welcome here. Hands down my favorite shop.
5 stars isn’t a high enough rating for this masterpiece of an establishment. Luis, Max, and RJ always treat me right and give me the best weed money can buy. I will always come here not just for bud but to interact with my favorite employees I’ve ever met. If you’re not buying from here then you’re missing out the deals are stupid good.

Experience: I'm a First and Last Time buyer here.To start their Products aren't really that good anyways.I bought a few things with my First Time buyer discounts here and the Pens that they sold me broke at FULL and wouldn't work for me.I came back 2 weeks later because I'm a regular busy human and time is everything.I showed them the BROKEN PEN and they simply pointed at their Return Policy and said... "you're past this."As a First Time Buyer, Customer I'd expect you compensate me for YOUR BROKEN PRODUCT.AND THEY DIDN'T.BOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!I'll never buy here or in any Sanctuary Cannabis NEVER.YOU LOST A CUSTOMER FOR $12. 👍🏼
Max was the one checking me out he's awesome let me know about the 50 percent off always great staff and maygen iv known for years from muv now to sanctuary she's always polite and the best and Lindsey was so helpful checking me in making sure I had my order right and Louie the manager was super polite and helpful with all my Rec and orders sanctuary never disappoints!!!

If I could vote lower I would made purchase product was way overpriced and then the THC content was no where near where they claimed. These grifters are out here fleecing peoples hard earned money . Don't be their next victim.
This store looks cool the bud tenders were meh they all don't seem to be able to operate their own freaking equipment. Their prices are way above the average. Way overpriced. Like pick one of these Green Dragon ,Cannabist ,Muv, fluent,truelieve, or Vidacann before you even think of giving these clowns your money. Even when it's 50% off its almost 3x their competitors prices. I will never return and do my best to steer both my friends, family and the patients I help at the wellness center I work at clear of your shenanigans . Medicine should be affordable.

I’ve never been told I have to have my drivers license AND my medical card to shop at a dispensary. EVERY OTHER DISPENSARY IN JACKSONVILLE doesn’t enforce that rule. I haven’t even gotten my card yet and I’ve used ONLY my drivers license at every other dispensary I’ve been to with no issues. I’ll never come back to this location again.
I absolutely love that store. I drop all the way from Fernandina Beach just to go there for the price. Especially with yourselves. They have the best whole flower for the price most definitely they'll have their top shelf stuff on sale for 2 for $50 and I've never got nothing bad from there and all the employees there are just awesome and super friendly
I always have a great experience at this dispensary. Meygen J is an amazing bud tender, she's always super helpful and knows her products very well. This girl should get a raise an I'll be back for more.
Horrible customer service. Nobody even speaks to you when you walk in, no eye contact, no acknowledgement of a new customer. It takes them so long just to do a simple transaction. Zero guidance on the process, and they have NO PREROLLS and VERY limited flower. If you’re into hybrids it’s gonna be real hard to find anything at all. Don’t waste your time and money here y’all. Nothing worse than poor customer service at a weed shop.
I completely feel like Ive been ripped off! I asked specifically for flower with a high thc level and got some stuff not even close to what I wanted. I also feel this way because I DID NOT Get promo prices. Now I’m stuck with less money and flower I spent hard working money for that I DON’T want! I was charged $40. And your sale online said it should be $20. I tried to contact them off this platform but couldn’t even do that. It shows an error. This whole experience has made me sick! After all, it’s not their money. Now after looking at the bud, I have 3 fairly large stick, no not stems… sticks!
I had my first experience here today. I am a first time customer at this establishment, so I will change my review if needed after subsequent visits.That being said, I had an excellent experience. Staff was very friendly, knowledgeable as I'm still learning a lot, and the specials were decent. If each time I come here the experience is this good, they've got a long time customer.
From what I gathered on my first visit to this dispensary, the staff are very knowledgeable and I fell in love with capsules... They are a miracle when it comes to my anxiety!! I can actually function daily without the Xanax I was on for over 10 years!!🙌🏽

I was able to place my order online but when I get there they have none of it available (vapes or flower). Once I chose my products I wanted to use my discount but the attendant was admitted on using the special they had. It was just not a great experience service wise but I did like the product.
I miss when Angel managed this place. The staff was friendlier and everything was efficient. The wait times are insane now. Angelica is rude and always has an attitude. Don’t even mention Bean. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE
My Husband has a License for medical marijuana due to Liposarcoma Cancer that was removed from the left side of his face. This helps give him relief from the daily pain he experiences. You must show your ID’s when entering the bldg. Con:pay in cash, but no change can be given, it gets rounded up. So, purchase closest to the dollar rounded up.
I just left after my first visit, so I haven’t gotten to try the product yet and will update when I do. But I wanted to leave a review and say Bean is super awesome and I absolutely love them and it’s super cool seeing one of the community when I go to the dispensary, it makes me feel even more comfortable there. Bean also gave me some awesome recommendations about quality. Honestly even if the flower doesn’t end up being my favorite, I’ll be back to try more routes because of Bean. Thank you for your kind heart! (Ps the lanyard made me happy)
This place started out pretty good. Decent deals and product. Now they barely have enough product to honor the deals or specials. I placed an order on a Sunday and no one ever opened the store or answered the phone, for several hours past posted opening hours. Not to mention i never received confirmation that my order was filled and ready to be picked up. So I have since gone to a different establishment and I won't be back!!

All I can say is WOW!!! I started coming here a few months ago, as it’s the closest dispensary to my house. Within one of those first visits is where I met Bean! Bean goes out of their way to make sure I leave satisfied every time. They know exactly what I like, and always give me new recommendations on products. I don’t like to branch out much, but they always promise me that I’ll love it. I have yet to be disappointed! Seeing Bean & the rest of the staff has become one of my favorite parts of the week. No matter the day I’m having, I leave with a smile. Great flower, concentrate, edibles & service. Love you guys long time!!
I’ve tried to give this place a chance, but they’ve lost my business completely. I looked past the lack of communication I’ve experienced (not knowing if I’m a walk in or pick up) and the lousy customer service. Today I drove 25 minutes to arrive at the location at 5:40 on a Sunday (closing is advertised and posted for 6) and was told by a customer outside they weren’t going to let me in. Myself and another customer approached the door to find it locked while the employee sat at the welcome desk, giving us minimal information. When I returned to my car I received a text stating my order was canceled because I did not pick it up. This is the closest dispensary to my home, but I will gladly be traveling elsewhere for my medication.
Great products and customer service. Joe and Bean are great with management and all the associates are super friendly! I highly recommend sanctuary be your new dispensary if you haven't been yet, go check it out! They also have a drive thru. Thank you sanctuary for meeting all my needs as a consumer!
Great prices on their flower, love the 3 for $36 deal and the deals on their concentrates. But, there have been times when they lack on the selection of flower with high THC% levels. Each time I have used their online ordering it has been a smooth process unlike most other places in town. Only down fall about this place is the location and trying to get into the establishment at times during heavy traffic.

Where to start, I began shopping at this location from the start, when they opened. Cheap products result in not the best staff or products. A man (I wish I could remember the name) was highly rude when calling to ask for simple information. Why hire people if they don’t want to be there? I’ve given this place multiple chances since I live close, but there is a trulieve down the road with so much better product, AND THEY GIVE POINTS WHEN YOU BUY. Sanctuary is a joke, they promote points and deals with points if you buy from them but never received a point. Will be spreading the word about this place 👎🏻 making the experience bad for shoppers
Sticking with just 3 stars for now. Strong 4 star potential. Only got two eighths of smalls. The lemon haze and blue cheese. Both were solid 8.5/10 bags. If they can increase the selection and maintain quality, I'll be a regular.
Great dispensary! The interior is very clean and well designed. They have a great selection of products and prices that accommodate any budget. They also have great sales every day. The employees are pleasant and knowledgeable as well.

I'm trying really hard to give this place a chance. The 1st time I shopped here, it was perfect. I placed my order, went through the drive-thru, and got my order. The 2nd and 3rd time, I placed my order, received an email confirming my order, but Sanctuary never received it. For the 2nd time, it was no big deal. I called, they held it for me. The 3rd time, I fought horrible traffic to drive there only to find out that they were out of the kind I ordered. Not cool.
HA! I was really loving coming to this new dispensary had been waiting eagerly for them to open as I live super close. Placed an online order just to get home and see items missing. Now I come back to place another order and I’m told that I didn’t pay for a previous order, the items I didn’t receive. I’m so confused as to how the cashier let me leave with a bag of items I apparently didn’t pay for and how that is any way my fault. I gave them my card. Don’t feel comfortable shopping here anymore as I guess I can just show up and them charge me again for an order from weeks ago. It was their error and now I’m paying more than intended when showing up for my order. Hold onto your receipts as their system clearly still needs sorting out. Even if I hadn’t been charged or was it’s just bad service and upsetting.
This is a new place, my 2nd visit yesterday. I have to say Anniell is such a wonderful, knowledgeable man.I've had flower, 2 different chocolates and 2 different gels.I have had 100% satisfaction. I bought a tincture also, haven't tried it yet, it's new to me, but I don't expect it to be any less helpful.I have complex health issues so finding the right med. for me is hard and important because one part of it might help me and another might be contraindicated.Anniell will take his time, listen to you and really go above and beyond. The other employees are great also. Yeah ok, I have a favorite lol. Hey I'm 56 and sometimes other places aren't as astute to your needs. Anniell has helped me both visits.Give Sanctuary a try, they have awesome sales also.
