Was having a problem at the Daytona Beach location because I was sold the wrong product the night before. When I tried to return it, they told me they couldn’t do anything because it happened the night before which this isn’t recreational use this is medicinal and this is my medicine. I had stayed up all night because I had the wrong product and I wanted to make sure that I could return it. I also called the night of the purchase, but they were closed and I left a message stating that I would be in to return it and hopefully to get an exchange. When I got to the store, they told me that there’s nothing they could do even though it was Keira the store manager‘s fault on the error because my purchase happened the night before so I asked to speak to someone from corporate or a district manager. Nobody could find anything. So I decided to reach out to a sister store in Orlando. I was greeted by the store manager of the Orlando store Mario. He was so professional and so helpful. Mario put me in contact via email to the district manager, and Mario also explained how easy of a solution it should’ve been. I don’t recommend going to the Daytona Beach store, but I do recommend going to see Mario in Orlando! He was amazing and truly helped me try to get help for my problem. And if anyone from the corporate or the area managers reads this please have Mario educate and train your other managers on customer service skills. I have been a loyal customer for a year since I moved here from Indiana and I feel like I am not appreciated as a customer. I go from Ormond Beach all the way to their store, which is a good 20 minute drive and to get treated like this is absurd.

Absolutely awesome store!! It is always kept very clean and organized and the staff are always helpful and informative. Sergio will make your visit a breeze, he is super kind and incredibly helpful in making sure you get exactly what you are looking for. If you are looking for a chill and positive experience you can trust in his service for sure 🙌🏼

RIPOFF!!!. i had to lower this dispo's rating because I noticed on the COA provided by their website, that all of their flower is THCA. They will label a product 25%THC for example, but it isn't. Itll be like 24% ThcA And 1% delta9 THC. Anyways THCA products, even flower, are legal and can be shipped straight to your door. Youre not supposed to need a medical marijuana card to buy this flower. I wish I knew this before shopping here. I feel like I got got. Update: the prices at this store keep going up. The quality isn't getting any better though. Other stores prices are going down. And the daily deals here arent what they used to be. This used to be my #1 spot. Also, last time that i shopped here, my flower burned black ashes. I looked it up and says the cause is poor flushing and improper curing. My rosin chews were half way melted. I buy the rosin chews all the time and this has never happened. I called to let them know and they hung up on me. I will add pics.

Incredible Experience Overall. Dawson was an amazing and very informative budtender. Definitely worth a second visit! edit: originally i did this review for the free pre roll deal, but my review requires more applause. This has by far been one of my best experiences at a dispensary so far! Dawson went above and beyond with his customer service by providing details about deals, discounts, and so much more! He even went as far as providing free Sanctuary branded matches when I had asked if they had any lighters for sale but unfortunately were sold out. This has definitely guaranteed my return as a future customer to Sanctuary!!! Thanks Dawson!
