Sanctuary's set up & location is a standout addition in SRQ. The fact that they host a food truck in the parking lot with a table and chairs is amazing as well. They are always professional, courteous, and as prompt as can be. Since opening week, I've enjoyed their liquid shatter carts, tinctures, edibles, concentrates, pre-rolls. literally every choice has been great (only exception: i got an RSO Tincture one time. my stomach (IBS) did not agree with this unique product. other than that, everything has hit on point!) The Staff is really great, experienced and knowledgeable. Izzy always has recommended something fresh and top notch for me, GM Luka, Louis, Kami amazing team along with Jermaine and shout-out to Dana for her awesome service while there. I'm a fan and always look forward to visiting Sanctuary. [5.1.24] just tasted the cold cure 510 cart - alien cheese. really clean terp rich flavor and gentle yet climbing effect perfect fresh med for a rough day. grateful i could walk in and pick this up like 8:20pm, Izzy & Louis made sure i had what i needed & are excellent representatives for the brand. Always great to spend some time in the Sanctuary with the stellar crew Izzy, Luka, Louis, Abe, Donovan, Jermaine & more names as i remember!

I usually have good experiences here. But the other day I placed an online order for the first time. Upon arriving the place was empty. And the associate Evdoxia told me and my boyfriend she was getting our orders ready. While checking out I thought something was off but wasn’t going to pay attention to it until I got into the car. My boyfriend instantly noticed that Evdoxia had messed up his prescription. So I checked mine and saw she had messed mine up aswell. She got her assistant manager Isabella who was more helpful. She went to fixing our prescriptions and aliments. While my state ailment was fixed instantly, my boyfriends was not and he was told to call the state. Upon calling the state, they informed him only the dispensary associates could fix the problem. It wasted 3 hours of his day after work just because of the misinformation. While Isabella was apologetic and more helpful Evdoxia did not even apologize and proceeded to mess up her next client’s prescription as well. By just letting his medicine roll under her register. And when she realized she did not attempt to get it to him. She waited for him to realize and come back and again laughed her mistake off. The carelessness of the associate is not okay and she should not be dealing with people’s medical prescriptions.

Worst experience ever at this place and it's very disappointing and disturbing when the associate spends 15 mins trying to get my online order together and I placed it 30 minutes before arriving. Upon arrival the parking lot was empty, no line, nor other patients in the store. Evdoxia Lucero was the associate who "helped" me if that is what it is called. She did not even give me the right items in my order nor did she prescribe the correct allotment and now I have to deal with calling the state to have my dosage corrected. This place is horrendous and I cannot believe, when dealing with prescriptions and medication, that they would allow this to occur. The associate did not even care to have any remorse and she even chopped up my girlfriend's order as well. This is crazy and she should be fired for the way she handled this situation. The manager on duty, Isabella, did her best to correct the issue but it was not handled in any way I felt comfortable. Now I have to deal with the state and my allotment being refunded to me in order to have medication available next week. This is crazy and in no way should any patient have to go through this. I hope the CEO sees this review and reaches out personally or something as this is horrendous. I am not happy and this is an unpleasant experience. Buyer beware and make sure to ALWAYS check your order!!

Purchasing Marijuana Products at Sanctuary
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders may make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
If it’s your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.

If you have an active medical card, you can pick from a wide array of cannabis products. Various delivery methods of the different cannabinoids have been approved by the DOH, including edibles, inhalation, oral, sublingual, topical, traditional flower and even suppositories. There is no obligation to buy your entire milligram limit at once; instead, you can purchase less if you so desire and then buy more during another visit or at another dispensary.
