Great prices only probelm is i spent like a year to get points to buy a $15 quarter and they dont ever have any. They even said it had been like a year. So now the point menu youre just not sure what is actually there. So now i just have thousands of points and never got the benefit of ever spending them. Literally started going down the road bc I cant even spend any points. I maxed out my med supply for a year to be told they dont have any cheaper flower as it states on their fake point menu.

Five star service with 1 star corporate policy. If you’re going to put your employees and patients in the uncomfortable position of refusing exchanges on flower, then add it to your returns and exchanges language. It isn’t there now and the manager just trying to do his job today almost lost a return customer through no fault of his own. It’s your least processed product and you know full well one of your least costly products. Policy says if customer is not satisfied or something is defective to return with product and receipt and exchange for something of equal value. Paraphrasing of course. Weird that it’s not in the wording of the exchange policy yet employees are expected to enforce it. Great employees though. Very trustworthy, friendly and helpful. In the end I’m happy with my experience. I wish I could remember everyone’s names there but I’m feeling pretty forgetful thanks to the products. Everyone was very pleasant and the bud tender was super into it and happy to help. He pointed me in the right direction and I arrived home with a small haul that I’m happy with. The state of Florida needs to get it together and allow dispensaries to display products. Most of us long time experienced users know what we like and don’t like so it would beneficial to at last be able to look at what we are getting.

She definitely saved my relationship with this dispo!Used to be an everyday customer but when my husband went to use his points for a reward he was not only hassled, berated but for the first time since the store opened, he was treated with attitude by the associates. Will never shop there again.

This place is a joke. I’ve order here a lot and just have gotten to my point that this place is unorganized and it always falls on to the customer. I was told the items I ordered online where not available so to make sense of the deal that was available I added another strain only to get home and find out my correct order and strain was filled and is ready for pick up. BUT OF COURSE NO EXCHANGE OR REFUND IS ALLOWED I’m honestly so upset cause it was clearly an employees error but now is my problem and money that was wasted. Trulive does exchanges and returns. Honestly not shopping at this hole in a wall shop anymore. Truly hate feeling like I’ve been stolen from or mislead.

Chem Glue and Starborough is some gas. Small presence in Florida right now with many additions coming statewide in the very near future. I'm excited and hope to see a location here in Cape Coral. This dispensary, officially referred to by the state as a medical marijuana treatment centers, or MMTC for short is licensed by the Office of Medical Marijuana Use (OMMU).
Sanctuary is vertically integrated, as are all of the Florida cannabis brands. Being vertically integrated means they oversee the entire process from seed to sale. Sanctuary dispensary products are grown from their own cannabis plants from seed or cuttings, harvested, and processed into a variety of products. Then packages and distributed within their own network.
Product types, different strains and availability can vary from store menu to store menu, depending on demand. If Sanctuary in Sebring does not have what you are looking for, your Florida MedCard is universally accepted at any dispensary in the state.
Purchasing Marijuana Products at Sanctuary
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders may make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
If it’s your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.
What Marijuana Products are Available at Sanctuary
The best way to see the different product options before visiting the dispensary is to check out their online menu. If enabled, Sanctuary in Sebring online menu may be available on FL Dispensaries to reserve your order.
If you have an active medical card, you can pick from a wide array of cannabis products. Various delivery methods of the different cannabinoids have been approved by the DOH, including edibles, inhalation, oral, sublingual, topical, traditional flower and even suppositories. There is no obligation to buy your entire milligram limit at once; instead, you can purchase less if you so desire and then buy more during another visit or at another dispensary. It’s important to find what works for you.
Low tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) cannabis with higher CBD products are available to patients as well who prefer the non-euphoric effect.

Umm hello you probably missed it but you want to turn around for sure. Definitely a gem in the ruff for a medical Marijuana shop. Staff is always friendly, pricing is close to the best, short wait time, and usually have stock. Just check it out and you will see what I'm saying. Have fun every day:)

Chem Glue and Starborough is some gas. Small presence in Florida right now with many additions coming statewide in the very near future. I'm excited and hope to see a location here in Cape Coral. The product was high quality and the strains were true to their known heritage, the northern lights was exactly as I remember from days gone by.
