Went in for the first time. The guy at the front is rude and unhappy. I left as soon as I interacted with him. Tyrone location. If you want to feel welcome…stay away!!!!!!!
Rob provided me with great customer service however I have not had the best experience with this one product I bought from charging it to using it. It has given me nothing but problems. It’s not as easy for me to just return to the store because I do not live locally. I think I got it to work a total of 3 times since my purchase 3 days ago

Not only do they charge you 3$ extra if you use debit. Which I don't mind. Used to that. What I do mind is that sneaky and suspicious $2.50 transaction for "Petes Deli" fee that people arent made aware of

I usually love this place but for starters they raised their prices. Also probably wait until 1 for them to actually roll out the deals. I am so aggravated that I went there this morning and I could have gotten twice as much stuff for only 20$ more. They literally announced this via email an hour after. I really don't like all the new changes they are making.
Staff is not polite at all! Asked for product and you have a bad attitude because it is a large order! And then you toss the medicine on the counter like a child having a tantrum. This is not the first time! But will definitely be last!
Was soooo good to see a dispensary doing better than Trulieve with better prices and percentages.But now I know they don't care about their customers closing and locking the doors minutes before they are supposed to officially close!! Don't close earlier than you're scheduled to!!
Stepped in after a long, having been on the road. I needed to use the restroom, they refused me access to the restroom. When told the restroom is for customers only, I informed them that I had intention of being a customer. Just needed to use the restroom, which with a medical condition. Can make it even worse. Yet again, I was told that the restroom was for customers only. So, a bad experience.
My Dr changed my allowance to cover capsules, I got some the 1st time I visited and liked them, now it's been 3 weeks and they can't get them in. I called other shops near by and it's the same. They have no idea when they will come on.Sanctuary is the only place that had capsules in the 50mg per capsule in a 10 pack
This place used to be great, it was one of the main dispensaries my husband and I shop at but they brought some attitude having mess of a girl in there to work who slams things, always has a miserable look on her face, has yelled at my husband and myself both her first day, treats me with zero ounce of respect and I could go on & on. My husband and I hardly shop here anymore but it’s the most uncomfortable feeling going in there now if she happens to be there working. This dispensary fell apart after Eric left. Cassius, Andrew, Bailey, Leila and the main manager are the most down to earth people but this newer girl doesn’t fit the narrative of working with patients or being in this type of industry whatsoever. When I brought this all to their attention the last 2 days, I felt like I was being treated as I was a bother over this issue but I work in the medical field & my husband runs an entire construction company and neither of us would tolerate this kind of behavior from one employee. One of the employees working here at sanctuary who I truly don’t even know, tried saying the girl was having a bad day. I don’t care who’s having a bad day or what anyone else is going through, WE ALL HAVE ISSUES! If you can’t separate your attitude from your issues at work and leave it at the door before you start your shift then please don’t be working anywhere where you have to interact with people let alone medical patients. If I were to treat my patients in the hospital how this girl treats my husband and I, I would be out of a job in seconds. Bottom line, if you’re having a hard time and can’t control your emotions at work, then don’t work and go get mental health help. I shouldn’t feel like I can’t come to my favorite dispensary due to fearing that she’s going to be there working and start highschool drama. I’m too old to deal with petty little girl problems. Life is tough, get a helmet! Instead she rather slam things around and broke my debit card by snatching it out of the machine which btw, legally she wasn’t allowed to be touching mine nor anyone else’s property like that in case no one is aware. I had to get a new debit card cause she broke my chip. She has zero respect for herself nor others and it’s disgusting.

Went in right before they closed and was helped by Nicholas V. (That's what receipt said) His customer service skills were the best ive ever experienced and he really helped me pick out the perfect flower for my medicating needs. He is the type of person who should be put in higher management because he truly represents the company professionally. I WOULD ALSO LIKE TO MENTION IF YOU HAVE NEVER TRIED THE FLOWER HERE YOU ARE MISSING OUT!!! ABSOLUTELY THEE BEST FLOWER!!! I recommend the stronger strains and you'll see why! This was my first time trying the flower and honestly it shocked me how good it is and the pricing is SOOO much more affordable than The Flowery or Jungle Boys for the same quality honestly.

Awesome staff never had a problem picking up 20+ orders. My only problem is the return policy. I had to throw flower away because of seeds they should have definitely took there seeds back to make another head of seeds.
Their return policy alone will keep me from shopping there. I bought 2 disposable vapes last month. One leaked and the other never worked. When I took them back they referred to their 7 day return policy and said they would not replace them. The other dispensaries take them back with no problem. sad
I decided to take my first visit to Sanctuary today as I noticed on their sight they had my favorite strain Granddaddy Purple in pre-rolls. I love the layout of the store and how open it feels when you're there. I was greeted with a smile and given a tablet to look at the menu while I waited to see a budtender. I'm very pleased with the selection, prices, and how effective the products are so far!

The sanctuary is my new go to store they have the best chocolate edibles ever!!! And the whole vibe inside is so chill and big. It almost feels like your in a museum of cannabis. Cassius helped me out and made me feel comfortable on my first time purchase. I love going to the sanctuary, its the best dispensary in the bay area.

Today was my first visit at Sanctuary. I have terrible anxiety when going new places. I've been going to the same dispensary since I received my card. I called this morning and spoke to Eric. He was so kind and patient with me. He reassured me they can help me and what time would be the best time to come in. When I arrived it was the perfect time, not many people waiting. Everyone was kind and helpful and all pitched in to help find me the products I needed. Since I've been home I've tried all the products they helped me with. I am beyond thrilled. They knew just what I needed. I think I found my new favorite dispensary and look forward to my next visit to try more products. It's a must try! So many wonderful people work there and have the knowledge to help you. An amazing experience. I can't thank everyone there enough. I was anxious for nothing!

I’ve been to a few different dispensaries. I have to say my experience with Jose at the St.Petersburg dispensary has been by far the best I have had.There were a couple others that I liked however; Jose took the time to show me different products that do the things I need. He was able to show me different products and explain the medicinal components and effects. My husband was having major surgery and with the upcoming hurricane my stress levels were very very high. Jose worked very hard to meet my needs for anxiety, pain and insomnia relief . I ended up buying more than I had intended but each product including the blend Have done exactly what I needed and wanted. I would recommend Sanctuary Products to anyone and if all of their staff are as mindful patient and knowledgeable as Jose then they do have my business for as long as I need.Thank you Jose
I was fortunate enough to be the first customer at the Sanctuary, and it is a very impressive property. The staff is amazing as well, hiring some experanced and caring people. I saw a friendly face working there, Cory, so felt comfortable asking questions. Soft opening to get some cash flowing, so tremendous 1st and 2nd visit discount on what I found to be excellent quality medicine. I look forward to becoming familiar with the product line.
