Poor experience. Online pricing does not match store sale ads online are incorrect. Then get told that im looking at other stores ads. Managers need to step up and make sure customers are getting correct info and not being ripped off.

Can’t understand the bad reviews .They answered the phone and answered all my annoying questions about info that was clearly on the website very patiently , and respectfully.The store was empty when I went in today , so no line . The woman at the register (didn’t catch her name) (as I’m not much of a social talker) was polite , rang me up, and I left.The quality of the bud I got is VERY good.As I was skeptical of the 4 smalls for $60 deal. But it’s really worth it.I DROVE AN HOUR to get here from zephyrhills, just to try the deal they were having.I will be back 👍🏾👍🏾

ALWAYS helpfull and very knowledgeable about products on the floor. I wish their was 10 star reviews. This place is AMAZING! I've referred several people here and will for a long time!

I walked in there blind had no idea what to get or just start off with since I’m a first time smoker just got my card, and man they made my life so easy when it came to knowing what would be better for me. Probably spent more money then I should have but I am glad I did everyone was super helpful and they definitely know what they are talking about especially Ashlee she put me on that good stuff!

This is the only dispensary I go to because of the consistent deals. The smalls are regular sized bud it's awesome. The most you'll ever have to wait is like 5 minutes. I always happen to get Ashlee as my bud tender and she's always personable and sweet. The whole staff is very chill, would highly recommend this place over truleive or other dispensaries.

I'm a new patient and have been trying all the dispensaries close to my house and this one has a really cool atmosphere and vibe. I like the big open floor plan you can actually browse around somewhat and ask questions if you are new. That in itself is a big help because there are so many options it's overwhelming.The staff were all very friendly and super helpful. They helped me make my selections and informed me of all the special offers that the run on a daily basis. I really enjoyed all the product selections that I made and will definitely be back as a regular customer. I suggest you check this place out if you have your medical card. It's hard to be the deals and the impeccable service this place offers to it's clientele. Had to go for the liquid shatter cartridges and they are a game changer. No more regular carts for me. First visit and everyone was very polite and knowledgeable. Different promos running and 50% off first visit. Definitely will be back.

Purchasing Marijuana Products at Sanctuary
During your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders will make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
