Love everything about this location especially the staff. The employee who greets the guests and takes the cards in the front (forgot his name) is exceptional and their best employee. The others are wonderful as well with the exception of Kyle, the Assistant Manager. He definitely needs to relax, be less power hungry, and nicer to the customers and employees. I saw him giving the front employee who was great, a scolding and it's totally uncalled for. Kyle, you're the Assistant Mgr. Relax bro. Always make the customer happy and they will continue to come back. Don't try to be power hungry and let the title of AM go to your head. Other employees can feel your energy. Relax.... Besides Kyle, top notch. I hope Kyle changes his ways as this really is a nice store with a terrific staff.

Did a walk in order and asked the clerk for 3 Hybrids and 1 indica. He gave me the exact opposite. Also tried to tip him self by short changing me. So check your cash when they hand it back people. I had to ask for the rest of my money back. Seriously shady customer service at this location.

I left Trulieve because they were very rude, and I decided to drive extra 20 min to MUV. Brandon easily spent 20 min explaining everything to me and made me understand the products better than my doctor. Highly recommend this for first time patients! Worth the drive.

MUV is vertically integrated, as are all of the Florida cannabis brands. Being vertically integrated means they oversee the entire process from seed to sale. MUV dispensary products are grown from their own cannabis plants from seed or cuttings, harvested, and processed into a variety of products. Then packages and distributed within their own network.

Purchasing Marijuana Products at MUV
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders may make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
If it’s your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.
