Worst-run Trulieve I’ve ever been to and that’s saying something.I came in on July 26, 2025 at 8:35 PM, 10 minutes before closing, which, last I checked, is still within posted business hours. I was immediately hit with attitude and told, word for word:“If you come in at this time again, you’ll be rushed out the door.”Sorry, what? You’re handling patients’ medication, not flipping burgers. That kind of comment is not only unprofessional, it’s dangerous. Especially coming from a location that still owes me money.I was overcharged $10 once, and I’ve now been back three separate times trying to get it resolved. Still nothing. Just blank stares and lazy excuses. Three chances to make it right , and they fumbled every one of them.To make matters worse, the guy checking me out shook up my container of flower like it was a can of spray paint, ruining the trichomes and damaging the product. The carelessness is wild. The disrespect? Even worse.Here’s the deal: I’m not going to stop shopping here. I’m going to start showing up 10 minutes before closing every single day until the staff figures out how to treat patients with basic decency and respect. You don’t get to steal from me and then act like I’m the problem.This location clearly forgot who pays their bills. Time for a reminder.

Fantastic location, helpful and knowledgeable staff lead by Jessica who always goes above and beyond for exceptional customer support. Never a long wait nor rushed; truly exemplary in a sea of options in area. Always a daily sale. Also they have high tolerance for rude impatient 'patients', of which they have no control yet staff is always calm and faithful to honest helpfulness and customers satisfaction. Every time I have been at this location everyone has been super nice, Jess has always been nice, and very knowledgeable about the strains and what helps with pain. I have never been rushed while I was there. They even open the door for me and help me to the counter and leaving the store again they open the door. I'm in a wheelchair. The store is always clean. Most places I go to the door is never opened for me or those that work in the store leave as soon as they see me struggling with the door. I've been there several times and never had a problem with any of the employees there.

1st time...last time visiting this location...I had no idea they closed at 8:45 ?Never dealt with somebody that closes at quarter hours but that's okay...Walked in at almost 8:40 I apologized... Said I didn't realize you were closing so quick. Drawers were already down menus were gone. Just need some flour. She goes off like a busted chainsaw because she's speaking at Mach 15 can't understand her..She wouldn't give me a menu she wouldn't even give me an extra minute or two...she couldn't be bothered...I again apologize multiple times. Wasn't good enough.. I asked nicely what's your name she would not give me her name...As I walked out the door I talked to an older gentleman named Dan, nice guy asked him he said her name is Jess......

My favorite Trulieve center in many years!! After moving from Port St Lucie to Palm City, this is my go to. They’re always so fast, kind, educated on products, got sales, and it’s never too jammed which is great!! I love this Trulieve and highly recommend this one to anyone in the area or even passing by!! Always so quick in and out, and the staff once they start to remember you are amazingly personable and so friendly. LOVE IT!

Polite Employees. Product is okay. Not my go to by any means but the employees are polite. I will say both times that I went. I had a very young new person that didn’t know the system too well.Trulieve tends to have items in the back that are not on the tablet so I recommend always asking to have them check. Also make sure that you get the freshest batch.
