UF’s 91-72 win Wednesday night at Vanderbilt was the most impressive Southeastern Conference opener in Coach Mike White’s six seasons on the Gators’ sideline.     For Florida, it’s the home opener in Southeastern Conference play. For LSU, it’s a first road league game. Both teams are coming off one-sided conference debut victories and both had high expectations coming into the 2020-21 season, with one team in the midst of adjusting to some serious adversity on the fly. … The Gators used 62-percent shooting for the game (and 72 in the second half) to blow out Vanderbilt 91-72 Wednesday night in Nashville, Tenn. The defensive performance was pretty solid, as well, with 16 forced turnovers leading to 20 points. UF took the lead for good about eight minutes in, built a 16-point first-half lead, withstood an early flurry by the overmatched and undersized Commodores after intermission, and closed the game out in impression fashion on the road. … The Tigers’ first league win was an easy 77-54 walk
