This store used to be awesome all the new employees and management are rude AF, this store is an hour away for me, bought a couple of vapes and flower some time ago and did not check everything put them away, one was defective not filled all the way and leaked out the bottom, the tube was clean meaning it got packaged already defective.Manager said I had 7 days to bring it back and all she could offer was half off on something else even tho they sold me a defective product. was also very rude insinuating that I had smoked the vape and was now bringing it back, I've been shopping here for like 3 years and never had a problem like this.If they can't back up their defective products past 7 days they should Include that in the receipt or on a sign at the store.I didn't even want another product just my money back.Imagine having a limited return policy on defective products and not letting your customers know.I always recommend sunnyside and been with them since one plant but this store Is just not what it used to be.

Excellent experience at Sunnyside! The staff is friendly and welcoming and the whole place generates a super positive vibe. It literally feels good to shop there. Christian greeted me at the door and quickly got me signed up as a patient. He explained how the process works, made sure I understood the discounts so I could get the best deal and we discussed the kind of medicine I needed. I went with his recommendation for pain/sleep and didn’t regret it - slept through the night for the first time in weeks! When questions were asked about discounts and specials, I didn't understand so I asked again for clarification. Your employee seemed annoyed when I asked questions. Tell this person that the patients makes your business. If he doesn't like working with people, go work elsewhere. I have been to several dispensaries, many of which don't come close to the same customer service that I received today. I had an issue with a cartridge, albeit a common issue, and I gave the store a call to let them know about my concern. It will get you where you want to be and give you a nice boost of uplifting energy so you can still get things done. Best deals on shake, good for edibles. I tried the Cap Junky at $35 for 7G. Great first time deals on whole flower and glassware. Christian and Jacob were very welcoming, friendly, professional and very knowledgeable! Made me feel right at home with their care and made great recommendations. Service was fast and customer service was top-tier; you can tell they are truly happy to work there and provide their service readily. Great employees who gave top of the line quality service that made for an excellent experience. If they aren’t already in some type of power position they ought to be because they were handling every customer with care, are well-spoken and ensure the best experience possible while recruiting new returning customers. Saw this place on my drive to work and looked it up- organic or non sprayed medicine is my preferred because the big companies products make me cough so hard I thought I had developed a smokers cough, until I found organic product. Decided to try some really crazy high thc mini buds and the first time discount at this location only (50%) was a surprise so I stocked up. Good thing too because it does not make me cough. But he sold me 1 grams I went home and found 1/2 grams, so I didn't get my proper amount. 45 minutes is not that far away, but for great selection, maybe online with them is better? We here in Avon Park should be so lucky to have this dispensary in our town. The Quality of the product is top notch. The price is high for a reason. The store is unorthodox and the staff is new to the industry. The whole industry is new. Its gonna take a few years before we get used to sunnyside or oneplant or whatever they wanna call themselves..I get that! The bottom line: if you have an issue the staff is great to work with, always make it right mentality and no one is stressed out. You can't have a bad day walking out the door! The only reason I went here was because I got a discount as a new patient. My name was literally on the computer screen in front of you, Gator- my name has never been, "boss." That was issue #1. Issue #2 when you asked your manager for assistance she said, "I'm too busy." When she did come over to help she was less than personable and proceeded to ask you questions about me- Margaret, I was standing right there. You should never discuss a patient like that when they are standing in front of you. Issue #3 legally, I have to check in before I can enter- how is there no one at the check in desk and no patients in the store. I'd almost understand this issue if you were busy- you weren't. I get that this is Avon Park and masks don't seem to matter to most people but you're a medical building. Wear your masks correctly. Chin diapers don't protect anyone. The only way I'm ever going back to this unorganized, unprofessional, mess is if this turns out to be the best bud I've ever had....which I'm not holding out hope for based solely on your professionalism.

It's always very cold in there for the products to all be kept at an optimum temperature so bring a sweater! The waiting time is only at the most 15 minutes if at all. Purchasing Marijuana Products at Sunnyside

Excellent experience at Sunnyside! The staff is friendly and welcoming and the whole place generates a super positive vibe. It literally feels good to shop there. Christian greeted me at the door and quickly got me signed up as a patient. He explained how the process works, made sure I understood the discounts so I could get the best deal and we discussed the kind of medicine I needed. I went with his recommendation for pain/sleep and didn’t regret it - slept through the night for the first time in weeks! One of my favorite places! All of the employees are friendly and knowledgeable but my absolute faves are Isla and Jacob❤️. When questions were asked about discounts and specials, I didn't understand so I asked again for clarification. Your employee seemed annoyed when I asked questions. Tell this person that the patients makes your business. If he doesn't like working with people, go work elsewhere. You are dealing with patients who pay your salary, no patients no business so show some respect 😡

I have been to several dispensaries, many of which don't come close to the same customer service that I received today. I had an issue with a cartridge, albeit a common issue, and I gave the store a call to let them know about my concern. Best location! Open, clean and spacious environment. Amazing deals for good quality products. I recommend the smoke on the Kush Mints. It will get you where you want to be and give you a nice boost of uplifting energy so you can still get things done. Best deals on shake, good for edibles. I tried the Cap Junky at $35 for 7G. Great first time deals on whole flower and glassware. Christian and Jacob were very welcoming, friendly, professional and very knowledgeable! Made me feel right at home with their care and made great recommendations. Service was fast and customer service was top-tier; you can tell they are truly happy to work there and provide their service readily. Great employees who gave top of the line quality service that made for an excellent experience. If they aren’t already in some type of power position they ought to be because they were handling every customer with care, are well-spoken and ensure the best experience possible while recruiting new returning customers. I have come back since and will be returning. Thanks again guys! Saw this place on my drive to work and looked it up- organic or non sprayed medicine is my preferred because the big companies products make me cough so hard I thought I had developed a smokers cough, until I found organic product. Decided to try some really crazy high thc mini buds and the first time discount at this location only (50%) was a surprise so I stocked up. Good thing too because it does not make me cough. Emergency use only for me. Not a large selection or back up stock for supply. Indica only choice is slim pickings. I did get a good vape concentrate. But he sold me 1 grams I went home and found 1/2 grams, so I didn't get my proper amount. 45 minutes is not that far away, but for great selection, maybe online with them is better? I have more choices elsewhere.

We here in Avon Park should be so lucky to have this dispensary in our town. The Quality of the product is top notch. The price is high for a reason. The store is unorthodox and the staff is new to the industry. The whole industry is new. Its gonna take a few years before we get used to sunnyside or oneplant or whatever they wanna call themselves..I get that! The bottom line: if you have an issue the staff is great to work with, always make it right mentality and no one is stressed out. You can't have a bad day walking out the door! A smile ear to ear is what you can expect.

The only reason I went here was because I got a discount as a new patient. My name was literally on the computer screen in front of you, Gator- my name has never been, "boss." That was issue #1. Issue #2 when you asked your manager for assistance she said, "I'm too busy." When she did come over to help she was less than personable and proceeded to ask you questions about me- Margaret, I was standing right there. You should never discuss a patient like that when they are standing in front of you. Issue #3 legally, I have to check in before I can enter- how is there no one at the check in desk and no patients in the store. I'd almost understand this issue if you were busy- you weren't. I get that this is Avon Park and masks don't seem to matter to most people but you're a medical building. Wear your masks correctly. Chin diapers don't protect anyone. The only way I'm ever going back to this unorganized, unprofessional, mess is if this turns out to be the best bud I've ever had....which I'm not holding out hope for based solely on your professionalism.

It's always very cold in there for the products to all be kept at an optimum temperature so bring a sweater! The waiting time is only at the most 15 minutes if at all. This place is only 2-3 miles from my home so I go there regularly. Only thing is the need to get more edibles...
