In my opinion the products that the dispenserary’s carry are all closely monitored., therefore the difference in each dispensary is the employees. From the minute I walked through the door to my exiting of the building. Everybody there was super polite and welcoming! They conveyed with sincerity.My apologies for not catching the young man’s name that greeted me at the front door. Story time! HUGE shoutout to Eddie/Eddy for de-escalating what could’ve been a possibly hostile situation into a GREAT first-time experience & a 5 star review for Sunnyside Dispensary as a whole. It was an unforgettable experience to say the absolute LEAST.Before I even entered the dispensary, I encountered a crazy situation with another driver who was tailing cars, speeding, weaving in and out of traffic, completely disregarding all others. Mind you, it was 7:50PM. I never go that late to dispensaries, but I had just gotten out of a hearing at work.This individual came dangerously close to my car, honking aggressively, to the point where I just let him SPEED past me behind Pinchers while I slowly drove through the parking lot of Pinchers. I then see the same person tailing another car, speeding into the parking space…and casually walking into the dispensary.Once inside, he says he had rushed over after “waking up late.” It’s 7:51PM. Let me say: I’ve never had the nerve to call someone out but waking up late isn’t a reason to ruin someone’s first time at a dispensary that they, themselves, frequent (close to closing time every time, as I learn later on). So I pointed out his inappropriate driving behavior. This led to a heated exchange - heated on his part, I was chill, we had just won our case. He denied any wrongdoing, demanded to see my car (which he probably got confused with the other grey car he was riding because I went the right way), resorted to name-calling, while saying “look how she’s acting” after I said he made it in time. He then stared me down the entire time he waited for his order to be ready. Yikes.HOWEVER, Eddie/Eddy handled the situation with professionalism and empathy. He immediately checked if I was okay and assured me that they were aware of this individual, indicating it was unfortunately a regular thing. The managers main concern was ensuring my safety and comfort throughout the visit, which truly made a difference. Seriously. He walked me out to my car afterwards and said to do a 360.This insane experience will not deter me from Sunnyside - all thanks to Eddie/Eddy. I’ll be back. But on the days where I don’t have late trials because heaven forbid someone wakes up late.To the driver: let’s wake up earlier to reflect on your actions and the impact they have on others. Let's choose kindness and accountability over aggression and denial.

I travel the state for work and this is, I believe, the 5th sunnyside I’ve visited. I had the distinct pleasure of being helped by Erin on my visit and she was great. Patient, flexible, good natured, and knowledgeable- all great characteristics for a budtender! I mean, she even brought out a baggie filled with ice so my budder would keep just a little bit better. I also noticed how Erin helped out her coworker and how everyone seemed to work well together. Sunnyside employees, as varied as they are, all seem to have that same good vibe that keeps me coming back and Erin was no different. As far as the store- I like their variety of bud and product. It’ll be an even better experience when they can get the look and smell display up and running. It’s always good to be able to use your senses when determining if a strain is good for you or not. Anyway, thank you Erin & coworkers for the laughs and the bud!

I'm almost always very confused about what I want to get because it is all so good and the people that have to deal with this on the regular are not in any way unfriendly or not rolling their eyes and they are all willing to help me out with whatever it takes to get me to feel better and safe.It is my favorite part of the store that is not everywhere so I'm grateful for the people that come to work prepared and caring about their jobs. Because they are pretty much like a pharmacist to me I have to leave when I'm uncomfortable with the way I am treated. Or just a general lacking of knowledge about the product that is in the store because it is just a job for them. It seems like there must be a good hiring process for the goodness and helpfulness of the employees. Today was a flower day for me and I tried the Cap-Junkie and I'm in love with it now so I was just getting some more of that and a few chem-D's and then the Oreo-Blizzard and Sourband. The only one that I haven't tried yet is the Oreo-Blizzard.Thank you to the two of you who were both being so patient and kind to help me with all the terpene profiles and I'm so sympathetic for them being a tedious time consuming task to take on for the sake of what I wanted to know. I have always been impressed with the staff and the products that are in the store except for that new cressco concentrate. It'll never live up to the One Plant and neither does that thing you are doing calling it a rebrand and it's a lot more harsh and it doesn't seem to work as well as the One Plant and I am worried about the circumstances that are phasing out One Plant because it might be the same company but it's not the same type of love that's put into it. Just so nobody says that I didn't say anything about it when it was still an available product. The flower and everything else is all good 👍It's all about the concentrates where the problem lies.Thank you again for everything you do!!!

By far the best live rosin in Bonita Springs.No other dispensary competes with Sunnyside, in regards to cannabis concentrate quality.However, Sunnyside’s live rosin costs $90 per gram.$90/g for any marijuana product is a highway robbery.Top-shelf live rosin purchased on the USA’s West Coast costs $50 per gram for absolute top shelf…..some live rosins costing even $20 per gram.Florida’s medical marijuana program—Pay the state every year, pay the doctor every 7 months…… just to get the opportunity to pay a whopping premium on all marijuana products sold in Florida dispensaries……..And the state would tell us they’re doing us a favor……I lived in SW FL for one year and decided that I wanted to live elsewhere in the USA, where I’m not robbed for my medicine, and where the cost of living is still reasonable.

But I went into the North Miami store on 7/22/22 and was charged an extra $87 because they didn’t apply any of their own discounts. I’ve been shopping at Sunnyside for over a year because they have the best hash rosin, it is the most expensive but also top quality. Unfortunately when I went in on 7/9 for their fresh 7/10 drop I was beyond disappointed. I got the 4 grams of badder below. Two of the grams were fine but the bottom two were a wet syrupy consistency. I went through the process with their customer service and the response I received was even more disappointing. I was told that the consistency was due to terpene separation, that it can happen over time, and that it doesn’t affect the gram. If all of this is true then that means two of these grams were sitting on your shelves for who knows how long before I got them. They also definitely did not smoke the same and were very much affected by this consistency. Lastly, I have now been waiting a week for a response to my follow up questions with customer service and I don’t think I’ll get a response at all. It feels like Sunnyside deflected all responsibility and I got the bait and switch. This experience showed me how little Sunnyside cares about patients and I would proceed with caution before shopping here.

I understand they are on a deal for 30$ but to have not 1 but both of mine be short of 1/8 is pretty sad from a customers perspective. I know other places over fill just to make sure so when I get less than I was expecting it makes me want to not go back. Terrible communication in-store. Made me lose some of my monthly dispensed flower due to their own fault. They should realize that they are providing a service to patients. Being a bit more thorough on making sure the patient gets exactly what they requested. Making assumptions on their end cost me as a patient. Being condescending and combative / defensive when I ask for total clarification is definitely NOT a great way of keeping patients coming back. You've lost a patient in me for good. I'm sure the surrounding dispensaries will gladly take care of me and my medical needs in a more professional manner

This dispensary, officially referred to by the state as a medical marijuana treatment centers, or MMTC for short is licensed by the Office of Medical Marijuana Use (OMMU).
Sunnyside is vertically integrated, as are all of the Florida cannabis brands. Being vertically integrated means they oversee the entire process from seed to sale. Sunnyside dispensary products are grown from their own cannabis plants from seed or cuttings, harvested, and processed into a variety of products. Then packages and distributed within their own network.
Product types, different strains and availability can vary from store menu to store menu, depending on demand. If Sunnyside in Bonita Springs does not have what you are looking for, your Florida MedCard is universally accepted at any dispensary in the state.
Purchasing Marijuana Products at Sunnyside
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders may make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
If it’s your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.
What Marijuana Products are Available at Sunnyside
The best way to see the different product options before visiting the dispensary is to check out their online menu. If enabled, Sunnyside in Bonita Springs online menu may be available on FL Dispensaries to reserve your order.
If you have an active medical card, you can pick from a wide array of cannabis products. Various delivery methods of the different cannabinoids have been approved by the DOH, including edibles, inhalation, oral, sublingual, topical, traditional flower and even suppositories. There is no obligation to buy your entire milligram limit at once; instead, you can purchase less if you so desire and then buy more during another visit or at another dispensary. It’s important to find what works for you.
Low tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) cannabis with higher CBD products are available to patients as well who prefer the non-euphoric effect.

Story time! HUGE shoutout to Eddie/Eddy for de-escalating what could’ve been a possibly hostile situation into a GREAT first-time experience & a 5 star review for Sunnyside Dispensary as a whole. It was an unforgettable experience to say the absolute LEAST.Before I even entered the dispensary, I encountered a crazy situation with another driver who was tailing cars, speeding, weaving in and out of traffic, completely disregarding all others. Mind you, it was 7:50PM. I never go that late to dispensaries, but I had just gotten out of a hearing at work.This individual came dangerously close to my car, honking aggressively, to the point where I just let him SPEED past me behind Pinchers while I slowly drove through the parking lot of Pinchers. I then see the same person tailing another car, speeding into the parking space…and casually walking into the dispensary.Once inside, he says he had rushed over after “waking up late.” It’s 7:51PM. Let me say: I’ve never had the nerve to call someone out but waking up late isn’t a reason to ruin someone’s first time at a dispensary that they, themselves, frequent (close to closing time every time, as I learn later on). So I pointed out his inappropriate driving behavior. This led to a heated exchange - heated on his part, I was chill, we had just won our case. He denied any wrongdoing, demanded to see my car (which he probably got confused with the other grey car he was riding because I went the right way), resorted to name-calling, while saying “look how she’s acting” after I said he made it in time. He then stared me down the entire time he waited for his order to be ready. Yikes.HOWEVER, Eddie/Eddy handled the situation with professionalism and empathy. He immediately checked if I was okay and assured me that they were aware of this individual, indicating it was unfortunately a regular thing. The managers main concern was ensuring my safety and comfort throughout the visit, which truly made a difference. Seriously. He walked me out to my car afterwards and said to do a 360.This insane experience will not deter me from Sunnyside - all thanks to Eddie/Eddy. I’ll be back. But on the days where I don’t have late trials because heaven forbid someone wakes up late.To the driver: let’s wake up earlier to reflect on your actions and the impact they have on others. Let's choose kindness and accountability over aggression and denial.

I travel the state for work and this is, I believe, the 5th sunnyside I’ve visited. I had the distinct pleasure of being helped by Erin on my visit and she was great. Patient, flexible, good natured, and knowledgeable- all great characteristics for a budtender! I mean, she even brought out a baggie filled with ice so my budder would keep just a little bit better. I also noticed how Erin helped out her coworker and how everyone seemed to work well together. Sunnyside employees, as varied as they are, all seem to have that same good vibe that keeps me coming back and Erin was no different. As far as the store- I like their variety of bud and product. It’ll be an even better experience when they can get the look and smell display up and running. It’s always good to be able to use your senses when determining if a strain is good for you or not. I'm almost always very confused about what I want to get because it is all so good and the people that have to deal with this on the regular are not in any way unfriendly or not rolling their eyes and they are all willing to help me out with whatever it takes to get me to feel better and safe.It is my favorite part of the store that is not everywhere so I'm grateful for the people that come to work prepared and caring about their jobs. Because they are pretty much like a pharmacist to me I have to leave when I'm uncomfortable with the way I am treated. The only one that I haven't tried yet is the Oreo-Blizzard.Thank you to the two of you who were both being so patient and kind to help me with all the terpene profiles and I'm so sympathetic for them being a tedious time consuming task to take on for the sake of what I wanted to know. I have always been impressed with the staff and the products that are in the store except for that new cressco concentrate. It'll never live up to the One Plant and neither does that thing you are doing calling it a rebrand and it's a lot more harsh and it doesn't seem to work as well as the One Plant and I am worried about the circumstances that are phasing out One Plant because it might be the same company but it's not the same type of love that's put into it. Just so nobody says that I didn't say anything about it when it was still an available product. By far the best live rosin in Bonita Springs.No other dispensary competes with Sunnyside, in regards to cannabis concentrate quality.However, Sunnyside’s live rosin costs $90 per gram.$90/g for any marijuana product is a highway robbery.Top-shelf live rosin purchased on the USA’s West Coast costs $50 per gram for absolute top shelf…..some live rosins costing even $20 per gram.Florida’s medical marijuana program—Pay the state every year, pay the doctor every 7 months…… just to get the opportunity to pay a whopping premium on all marijuana products sold in Florida dispensaries……..And the state would tell us they’re doing us a favor……I lived in SW FL for one year and decided that I wanted to live elsewhere in the USA, where I’m not robbed for my medicine, and where the cost of living is still reasonable.

I’ve been shopping at Sunnyside for over a year because they have the best hash rosin, it is the most expensive but also top quality. Unfortunately when I went in on 7/9 for their fresh 7/10 drop I was beyond disappointed. I got the 4 grams of badder below. Two of the grams were fine but the bottom two were a wet syrupy consistency. I went through the process with their customer service and the response I received was even more disappointing. I was told that the consistency was due to terpene separation, that it can happen over time, and that it doesn’t affect the gram. If all of this is true then that means two of these grams were sitting on your shelves for who knows how long before I got them. They also definitely did not smoke the same and were very much affected by this consistency. Lastly, I have now been waiting a week for a response to my follow up questions with customer service and I don’t think I’ll get a response at all. It feels like Sunnyside deflected all responsibility and I got the bait and switch. This experience showed me how little Sunnyside cares about patients and I would proceed with caution before shopping here.

I understand they are on a deal for 30$ but to have not 1 but both of mine be short of 1/8 is pretty sad from a customers perspective. Terrible communication in-store. Made me lose some of my monthly dispensed flower due to their own fault. They should realize that they are providing a service to patients. Being a bit more thorough on making sure the patient gets exactly what they requested. Making assumptions on their end cost me as a patient. Being condescending and combative / defensive when I ask for total clarification is definitely NOT a great way of keeping patients coming back. You've lost a patient in me for good. They have the best concentrates but short their jars. Every jar I’ve had was a .9 on a gram and 3.7 and a four gram jar. Love the product but feel like I’m being taken advantage of so I tend not to shop here.

I only shop at 2 dispensaries and this is one. The staff is knowledgeable and super friendly. I’ve never had to wait more then 10 mins. All of the products they sell are great especially rosin.

Well, I won't be going back again. Your staff is always different and in training and ,seemingly clueless, except for a VERY nice manager lady that cleared things up today. Also, is it necessary to handle my MM card 3 times? They wear masks , but no gloves when touching my card 3 times? Music is too loud and generally not a place I will return to.. All other dispensaries are quite pleasant. This one misses, just a bit.

Patients are the victims here. They don't care about you just the product their selling. When you order for delivery the dispatchers just argue with you rather then trying to help. Recommend not hiring kids
