Wonderful place. I was immediately greeted by Mike when I entered. He has a very warm personality, he made me feel like we were old friends before I left. Alright. I don’t even know where to really start. I came here with only extra-curricular knowledge of weed but got quite the education coming to Sunnyside. The time and care they took explaining the different nuances and then, helpfully, breaking it down like my name was Michael Scott was wildly helpful. My first experience was with Sage, who took so much time with me that I thought I was going to get him in trouble. Good guy. Mayra has been awesome every time I’ve come by and is always good for a laugh, a smile, and a great recommendation (I still pick up the same recommendation she made for me, GMO, great stuff). Allie is just awesome all around. Very knowledgeable and always incredibly friendly, which is difficult to do every single day.All in all, this place is great. They take care of veterans (I am one) and are not trying to price gouge anyone. They just want people to get the help they need and feel better. I can appreciate that.Love this place. 10/10 would bring home to mom.

This was my first time at Sunnyside and I was really impressed with my initial visit! I was greeted by a cheerful and young guy (I forget his name, sorry!) and there was no wait time. Allie is a supervisor and she helped me pick the perfect combination of products within my budget and knew SO MUCH about the product ingredients and extraction methods which means so much to me as a consumer. She was also super sweet. There was a vast variety of options for flower and concentrates (which are my main methods of consumption) and MY OH MY THE ACCESSORIES… all my aesthetic girlies need to come pick up their favorite ashtray cause they are SO CUTE!!! You know you're in the right place once you enter the building and the sweet, woody fragrance of their product creeps underneath your nose. The walk-in/sign-in desk practically meets you a couple of steps in from the entrance doors, which helps out those with mobility difficulties. The waiting room is divided spaciousually with comfortable seating. Usually, there are at least two people working registers, so the waiting time is not long. What about the product? One Plant, without a doubt, has the best flower out of many of these dispensaries. I can't say the others are competition, because they can not even compare to masterclass gardening going on here. The cultivation of their plants is an art. You can tell One Plant cares about not just quantity, but quality.

First time trying this dispensary. Facility was very aesthetic and staff was very welcoming. Grabbed an ounce consisting of 4 different strains. They all look and smell great. Most importantly the bud quality... These batches were not cured correctly as the buds don’t want to stay lit and the ash burns black instead of a nice white. Also makes for a harsher smoke/headache. Definitely not something I would expect from a licensed dispensary. This is the only dispensary I’ve noticed this with and it’s very disappointing but hopefully this will be improved in the future.Edit: Emailed One Plant at the email they provided and still no response. I will edit this again if they ever respond.Edit: 9 months later and still no response. It’s obvious they just slap on those google responses with no intention of making things right. They just sent out a 30% off store wide but it’s still trash I won’t be coming back.

Hi,I am a loyal customer and got a call on Friday for Mac. So I go online and order 2 -7G of MAC. I summit a Monday delivery the only day. Then today Sunday I got a call letting me know about my delivery for Tuesday . I told the girl on the line that I cannot do Tuesday. Then she transfer me to Perla and in a very disrespectful way she told me to read before click the check mark were it states that is not guaranteed delivery day. She said that that’s all she can do and to read next time. No way to treat a customer making me feel stupid because I can’t read fine print. I have youth glaucoma I had lost 60% of my vision. Her way of treating me that I am blinds was very unprofessional for being a customer service lead.

They have high prices, they offer bulk "discounts" which lowers the price, but it's still more expensive than other dispensaries. Back in the day they offered snap discounts, well they took those away when that Canadian company took over. They used have 3 tiers of flower, now they got rid of the lower tier and only have 2 tiers. Now even with bulk pricing, they say you can't combine your birthday discount when it used to be different. They just remove all ways for a patient to save money. I understand if they never had those discounts in place at all, but why have it and take it away? I know you guys don't care about a single person, because you're making so much money anyway, but that's not a way to keep customers. Either lower your prices so we don't need a discount, or offer the discounts you say you will and stop taking them away without notice.

I tried to place an online order for my medicine went through all the steps to place it pressed confirmed, and never got any confirmation text. I found this weird so I went to try and reorder but it would only double the item or take it completely out of my cart. I tried to call customer service but since they have NO ONE to help after hours (which is the time I’m out of work) I am now unable to get the medicine I need because it is out of stock the next morning. First time trying this dispensary. Facility was very aesthetic and staff was very welcoming. Grabbed an ounce consisting of 4 different strains. They all look and smell great. Most importantly the bud quality... These batches were not cured correctly as the buds don’t want to stay lit and the ash burns black instead of a nice white. Also makes for a harsher smoke/headache. Definitely not something I would expect from a licensed dispensary. This is the only dispensary I’ve noticed this with and it’s very disappointing but hopefully this will be improved in the future.Edit: Emailed One Plant at the email they provided and still no response. I will edit this again if they ever respond.

It really pains me to give you guys such a low review, but I had to based off my experience. I’ll start by saying I love the vibe and overall friendliness of the staff and how the organization of your process runs so smoothly. I have also been extremely happy with your products and travel an hour when I can to come visit you guys rather than shop at the dispensary I work at. That is, I have been very happy with the product until yesterday’s visit. This review would easily be 5 stars if it was solely based off the in store experience, but I drove the hour there and hour back on my day off to try out your new Fish Whistle that I was really excited to try. I got home, pinched a little nug to try out and I found 6 seeds in the first .3 I broke up. I repeat, 6(SIX) seeds in the first .3! I started breaking into random nugs to see if it was the same and seeds everywhere. This is very upsetting knowing that I drove so far and to add insult to injury, you guys had no smalls. So this is the full priced almost $50 eighth that’s Half seeds. I would talk to customer service instead of leaving a bad review, but customer service is closed for the weekend. Attached is the picture of the first nug with the first 6 seeds. I really hope you guys fix this for me because this left a really bad taste in my mouth(pun intended)You guys (WERE) my favorite.. please make this right. I have faith in you 3Boys!

Before this dispensary could open, it was licensed by the Office of Medical Marijuana Use (OMMU). In the state of Florida, dispensaries are officially referred to as medical marijuana treatment centers (MMTCs).
Sunnyside is vertically integrated, as are the rest of the MMTC’s. Being vertically integrated means they oversee the entire process from seed to sale. Sunnyside grows their own cannabis plants from seed or cuttings, harvests, processes into a variety of products, packages and distributes within their own network.
Product types and availability can vary from store menu to store menu, depending on demand. Purchasing Marijuana Products at Sunnyside
During your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.

The time and care they took explaining the different nuances and then, helpfully, breaking it down like my name was Michael Scott was wildly helpful. My first experience was with Sage, who took so much time with me that I thought I was going to get him in trouble. Good guy. Mayra has been awesome every time I’ve come by and is always good for a laugh, a smile, and a great recommendation (I still pick up the same recommendation she made for me, GMO, great stuff). Allie is just awesome all around. Very knowledgeable and always incredibly friendly, which is difficult to do every single day.All in all, this place is great. She was also super sweet. I shop at One Plant- Boynton Beach at least once a week and always have a good experience. The workers are always friendly and informative. However when I shopped last week, I was helped by Nicole. She was very friendly and extremely informational, informing me of the point system they have in which I haven't known about for close to a year and answering some of the questions I had aswell as providing some recommendations for products. She was amazing and definitely improved my experience beyond the normal of visiting pleasure. She was the best bud tender I have had as a medical patient in Florida.

Then they tell me to reorder online and all inventory is out. On top of that, no one willing to match the specials or make it right. You know you're in the right place once you enter the building and the sweet, woody fragrance of their product creeps underneath your nose. The walk-in/sign-in desk practically meets you a couple of steps in from the entrance doors, which helps out those with mobility difficulties. The waiting room is divided spaciousually with comfortable seating. Usually, there are at least two people working registers, so the waiting time is not long. What about the product? One Plant, without a doubt, has the best flower out of many of these dispensaries. I can't say the others are competition, because they can not even compare to masterclass gardening going on here. The cultivation of their plants is an art. You can tell One Plant cares about not just quantity, but quality.

Most importantly the bud quality... These batches were not cured correctly as the buds don’t want to stay lit and the ash burns black instead of a nice white. Also makes for a harsher smoke/headache. Definitely not something I would expect from a licensed dispensary. This is the only dispensary I’ve noticed this with and it’s very disappointing but hopefully this will be improved in the future.Edit: Emailed One Plant at the email they provided and still no response. I will edit this again if they ever respond.Edit: 9 months later and still no response. It’s obvious they just slap on those google responses with no intention of making things right. They just sent out a 30% off store wide but it’s still trash I won’t be coming back.

Hi,I am a loyal customer and got a call on Friday for Mac. So I go online and order 2 -7G of MAC. I summit a Monday delivery the only day. Then today Sunday I got a call letting me know about my delivery for Tuesday . I told the girl on the line that I cannot do Tuesday. Then she transfer me to Perla and in a very disrespectful way she told me to read before click the check mark were it states that is not guaranteed delivery day. She said that that’s all she can do and to read next time. No way to treat a customer making me feel stupid because I can’t read fine print. I have youth glaucoma I had lost 60% of my vision. Her way of treating me that I am blinds was very unprofessional for being a customer service lead.

They have high prices, they offer bulk "discounts" which lowers the price, but it's still more expensive than other dispensaries. Back in the day they offered snap discounts, well they took those away when that Canadian company took over. They used have 3 tiers of flower, now they got rid of the lower tier and only have 2 tiers. Now even with bulk pricing, they say you can't combine your birthday discount when it used to be different. They just remove all ways for a patient to save money. I understand if they never had those discounts in place at all, but why have it and take it away? I know you guys don't care about a single person, because you're making so much money anyway, but that's not a way to keep customers. Either lower your prices so we don't need a discount, or offer the discounts you say you will and stop taking them away without notice.

I tried to place an online order for my medicine went through all the steps to place it pressed confirmed, and never got any confirmation text. I found this weird so I went to try and reorder but it would only double the item or take it completely out of my cart. I tried to call customer service but since they have NO ONE to help after hours (which is the time I’m out of work) I am now unable to get the medicine I need because it is out of stock the next morning. They're really searching for GREAT cultivars to provide their patients not just any run of the mill heavy yielding garbage, but truly unique profiles from well known breeders across the country.I don't mind paying a little extra for that wonderful selection and properly grown organic medicine. It really pains me to give you guys such a low review, but I had to based off my experience. I’ll start by saying I love the vibe and overall friendliness of the staff and how the organization of your process runs so smoothly. I have also been extremely happy with your products and travel an hour when I can to come visit you guys rather than shop at the dispensary I work at. That is, I have been very happy with the product until yesterday’s visit. This review would easily be 5 stars if it was solely based off the in store experience, but I drove the hour there and hour back on my day off to try out your new Fish Whistle that I was really excited to try. I got home, pinched a little nug to try out and I found 6 seeds in the first .3 I broke up. I repeat, 6(SIX) seeds in the first .3! I started breaking into random nugs to see if it was the same and seeds everywhere. This is very upsetting knowing that I drove so far and to add insult to injury, you guys had no smalls. So this is the full priced almost $50 eighth that’s Half seeds. I would talk to customer service instead of leaving a bad review, but customer service is closed for the weekend. Attached is the picture of the first nug with the first 6 seeds. I really hope you guys fix this for me because this left a really bad taste in my mouth(pun intended)You guys (WERE) my favorite.. please make this right. I have faith in you 3Boys!
