Came in Sunday am(11-19) and was met with an awesome staff. I didn't catch the guys name at the very front who checked me in but he was very nice and helpful. The main guy who helped me pick out what I needed was Matthew Gray. He did not disappoint! He was very friendly and knowledgeable about his product and gave and overall awesome experience. Corey cashed me out and answered some questions for me,which was very helpful. I haven't tried the flower and vapes yet, which I hope are good because I will be back just on the experience alone that Matthew and Corey provided.

Great product however, the service is iffy . I placed orders online and no matter what you still have to wait and in fact this time I had walk-ins be served ahead of me. When I finally asked the front desk what’s going on? The guy basically said I don’t know ask the manager, when I said that was him that just walked by me? He said yes, I had to laugh, the manager clearly knew what was going on. I’ve never had this problem at the Riverside location, but it continues to be a problem at the Jax location.I understand they have to fill the prescriptions etc. but what’s the point of ordering online if you’re still have to wait.

I was told 710 Labs flower was here by the gentleman who checked me out yesterday with long black hair 7/8/23 around 4pm, far right register next to the girl. 710 Labs flower and concentrates are exclusive to The Flowery in Jacksonville and is not available at SunnySide. 710 Labs is one of the most sought after brands of medical cannabis on the planet aside from LazerCat or Fiyaman (west coast) due to their pain-staking high quality extractions and plant maintenance. If companies are going to start saying they have 710 flower, please, actually carry 710 flower and don’t have your company mislead its employees, then customers respectively. Whoever the guy was looked at me sideways when I explained this and didn’t know what to say, looked away like I should stop talking so I just left. Thanks, guy. Interactions tends to get weird when you talk sideways out your mouth to get a sale or review. I will come back because the quality is better than say trulieve, fluent, and sanctuary, but it’s my #2.

Awesome place full of kind knowledgeable people that served me up some beautiful sticky buds. Their flower is top notch. Even their $30 eighths that may be low in THC will get you stoned to the Bone! As I broke up this beautiful flower covered in trichomes and crystals all I had to do was lightly pry on each piece of the bud and allow it to fall in my rolling pan so as not to disturb the trichomes. I feel that it was perfectly cured. You have to be careful not to roll it too tight because it's very sticky. As long as you can keep your j burning it's very flavorful right down to the roach and got me stoned like stuff much higher in THC. I can definitely appreciate a quality grow and this has got to be some of the best flower I've gotten. Thank you very much for your service and quality product. I'll be back! 😎

Easy to think it would be the best bud in Jacksonville having strains like Runtz and Ice Cream Cake but places with lower price tiers are outshining even 60$ eighths here. Concentrate, especially RSO when available, is consistently fire and best I’ve had throughout Florida’s dispensaries. They also offer discounts quite often.

I went here for the first time a couple of days ago because I had just gotten my temporary medical card that morning. They were super friendly and welcoming and helped me find exactly what i needed for the issues i’m having. I ended up getting half an ounce (3 different strains) and 2 different carts (one oil and one rosin) it came to a reasonable price because they give bulk discounts and first timer discounts!! They also always have deals going on which make it really worth it!! I definitely recommend!!

Sunnyside is vertically integrated, as are the rest of the MMTC’s. Being vertically integrated means they oversee the entire process from seed to sale. Sunnyside grows their own cannabis plants from seed or cuttings, harvests, processes into a variety of products, packages and distributes within their own network.

Purchasing Marijuana Products at Sunnyside
During your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.

Great product however, the service is iffy . I placed orders online and no matter what you still have to wait and in fact this time I had walk-ins be served ahead of me. When I finally asked the front desk what’s going on? The guy basically said I don’t know ask the manager, when I said that was him that just walked by me? He said yes, I had to laugh, the manager clearly knew what was going on. I’ve never had this problem at the Riverside location, but it continues to be a problem at the Jax location.I understand they have to fill the prescriptions etc. but what’s the point of ordering online if you’re still have to wait.

Good dispo, great setup, great help, but would rate higher if I wasn’t lied to my first time being there. Please don’t advise your employees to say they have things they simply will never get. I was told 710 Labs flower was here by the gentleman who checked me out yesterday with long black hair 7/8/23 around 4pm, far right register next to the girl. 710 Labs flower and concentrates are exclusive to The Flowery in Jacksonville and is not available at SunnySide. 710 Labs is one of the most sought after brands of medical cannabis on the planet aside from LazerCat or Fiyaman (west coast) due to their pain-staking high quality extractions and plant maintenance. If companies are going to start saying they have 710 flower, please, actually carry 710 flower and don’t have your company mislead its employees, then customers respectively. Whoever the guy was looked at me sideways when I explained this and didn’t know what to say, looked away like I should stop talking so I just left. Thanks, guy. Interactions tends to get weird when you talk sideways out your mouth to get a sale or review. I will come back because the quality is better than say trulieve, fluent, and sanctuary, but it’s my #2.

They have the best fresh pressed Rosin, they have the best live rosin batter, and they carry some of the best live resin batter as well, all at very reasonable prices especially if you catch it on a sale!Not only do they have some of the best product at the best prices, but they will also deliver it almost an hour away….FOR FREE($100+ Orders). That in its own is frikin amazing. The staff that brings it is super friendly the people that I dealt with on the phone or super friendly, and the whole experience was amazing! My medical card expired today, when I had my order was going to be delivered, and Sunnyside's dispatch lead Christopher helped me out so much.First, he called me, a LOT, and left a few voice mails to make sure I knew they couldn't fulfill the order until I renewed my card.TBH I didn't know the renewal process. Brandon was the first to take care of me when I first started coming here and really sat down and explained everything to me on a entry level since this was all new to me and he has always taken really good care of me when I come in and he’s working. The other two people that have stood out to me and have been absolutely great! (even though everyone is great) but these two have just stood out a bit more is Dashawn & Max they have also always provided excellent customer service up to par. They have answered any questions I may have and always greet me by name even! I’ll definitely keep coming here for years to come for the great quality medicinal products and great customer service! Awesome place full of kind knowledgeable people that served me up some beautiful sticky buds. Their flower is top notch. Even their $30 eighths that may be low in THC will get you stoned to the Bone! As I broke up this beautiful flower covered in trichomes and crystals all I had to do was lightly pry on each piece of the bud and allow it to fall in my rolling pan so as not to disturb the trichomes. I feel that it was perfectly cured. You have to be careful not to roll it too tight because it's very sticky. As long as you can keep your j burning it's very flavorful right down to the roach and got me stoned like stuff much higher in THC. I can definitely appreciate a quality grow and this has got to be some of the best flower I've gotten. Thank you very much for your service and quality product. I'll be back! 😎

Great environment and aesthetic but sometimes I feel that the product is lacking medicinal value for the price and how good it seems to look. Easy to think it would be the best bud in Jacksonville having strains like Runtz and Ice Cream Cake but places with lower price tiers are outshining even 60$ eighths here. Concentrate, especially RSO when available, is consistently fire and best I’ve had throughout Florida’s dispensaries. They also offer discounts quite often.

I went here for the first time a couple of days ago because I had just gotten my temporary medical card that morning. They were super friendly and welcoming and helped me find exactly what i needed for the issues i’m having. I ended up getting half an ounce (3 different strains) and 2 different carts (one oil and one rosin) it came to a reasonable price because they give bulk discounts and first timer discounts!! They also always have deals going on which make it really worth it!! I definitely recommend!!
