This dispensary is a joke. Horrible leaf product. Tastes old and doesn't work.I got a headache every time I tried to smoke it. I threw it in the trash. No returns which I have not experienced at any other medical dispensary. Most dispensaries want to work with you to get the medicine you need. I am disgusted and feel like I was ripped off. I am not a novice I have been smoking for 50 + years. This place is insulting and worst pot I have ever had.

They have a decent variety of options and seem to always have pretty good deals as well. They answer any questions you have and are very easy to talk to. I will most definitely be back.

Desiree and Joey made me feel welcomed from the moment I stepped in the door and showed that I was a new customer while debating going in or waiting at the counter like the sign said. We had such a great laugh I knew the experience would be great overall. Once inside, both Desiree and Joey made sure I had everything I needed to be set up in the best possible way(when they didn’t have to as a pre-ordered. They explained a ton to me and were invested in me as their customer and as a person. They were so kind and cared about my experience there and made me feel like i was a more than just a customer. Often times at other dispensaries, people behind the counter are rude or don’t care, it’s just a job to them or they take HOURS. This is by far the best dispensery I have used this far. I was greeted upon entering and after setting up my account i was guided to a young lady who was utterly amazing. Her suggestions were spot on and much appreciated. I apologize for forgetting her name but her knowledge and professionalism was truly outstanding. The other thing I liked was they check each others work, keeps from having discrepancies and the young man who did that part offered to put my Keefe on ice until i got home. It was the topping on the cake. One more thing i wanted to mention. You get 50% off your first 4 visits. Nobody I know of does that! I will be back often. I always have a great experience when I pick up from Sunny Side. It’s quiet and chill inside, some other dispenser shops are loud and remind me of a car dealership when you get flocked by sales persons. NOT SUNNY SIDE! You’re greeted and checked in immediately, then soon after serviced by one of the many great flower keeps there. Tyler was VERY polite and knowledgeable about products and helpful when I got confused about certain parts of my marijuana allotments. All in all I’d give this particular store 10 stars if I was able. Great team and well kept clean store!

Prices on concentrates are excellent when on sale or purchased in bulk. I enjoy the Golden Raisin hybrid concentrate clocking in at 86% THC. I haven't tried the flower but will do an updated review once I have.

Today I stopped in out of convenience and was met with a very friendly warm smiling face at the front door.I was sent to the backroom where a fine young gentleman assisted me and gave recommendations. Upon selecting what I wanted, theother woman there with the pretty eyes, (whom I would assume is the manager) struck up a very nice conversation with me letting me know about some of their new programs there, and gave me collateral explaining their new programs and also told me about how they just conveniently opened up a drive-thru window that can be utilized by customers until dusk. I see this as being an amazing convenience for people going forward. I just bought three different strains of flower at 7 grams each at this location and all 3 were super harsh to smoke and had little to no effect at all. And when I went back to maybe try and get an exchange they told me they can't do anything for me as all sales are final, I guess that's even if the product is defective btw,but not for me. I have dealt with many dispensaries that have great return policies if you are not happy with the product but im telling you you won't be and they won't do anything about it

Sunnyside is vertically integrated, as are all of the Florida cannabis brands. Being vertically integrated means they oversee the entire process from seed to sale. Sunnyside dispensary products are grown from their own cannabis plants from seed or cuttings, harvested, and processed into a variety of products. Purchasing Marijuana Products at Sunnyside

Desiree and Joey made me feel welcomed from the moment I stepped in the door and showed that I was a new customer while debating going in or waiting at the counter like the sign said. We had such a great laugh I knew the experience would be great overall. Once inside, both Desiree and Joey made sure I had everything I needed to be set up in the best possible way(when they didn’t have to as a pre-ordered. They explained a ton to me and were invested in me as their customer and as a person. They were so kind and cared about my experience there and made me feel like i was a more than just a customer. Often times at other dispensaries, people behind the counter are rude or don’t care, it’s just a job to them or they take HOURS. This is by far the best dispensery I have used this far. I was greeted upon entering and after setting up my account i was guided to a young lady who was utterly amazing. Her suggestions were spot on and much appreciated. I apologize for forgetting her name but her knowledge and professionalism was truly outstanding. The other thing I liked was they check each others work, keeps from having discrepancies and the young man who did that part offered to put my Keefe on ice until i got home. It was the topping on the cake. One more thing i wanted to mention. You get 50% off your first 4 visits. Nobody I know of does that! I will be back often. I always have a great experience when I pick up from Sunny Side. It’s quiet and chill inside, some other dispenser shops are loud and remind me of a car dealership when you get flocked by sales persons. NOT SUNNY SIDE! You’re greeted and checked in immediately, then soon after serviced by one of the many great flower keeps there. Tyler was VERY polite and knowledgeable about products and helpful when I got confused about certain parts of my marijuana allotments. All in all I’d give this particular store 10 stars if I was able. Great team and well kept clean store!

I have been to Sunnyside 3 times now. Very nice people who provide good service. I had an issue with one of the concentrates and management swapped it out. Prices on concentrates are excellent when on sale or purchased in bulk. I enjoy the Golden Raisin hybrid concentrate clocking in at 86% THC. I haven't tried the flower but will do an updated review once I have.

Today I stopped in out of convenience and was met with a very friendly warm smiling face at the front door.I was sent to the backroom where a fine young gentleman assisted me and gave recommendations. Upon selecting what I wanted, theother woman there with the pretty eyes, (whom I would assume is the manager) struck up a very nice conversation with me letting me know about some of their new programs there, and gave me collateral explaining their new programs and also told me about how they just conveniently opened up a drive-thru window that can be utilized by customers until dusk. I see this as being an amazing convenience for people going forward. Other dispos look dull and dreary and remind me of a doctors office, while this on the other hand was very welcoming with bright colors and an open layout. Alec helped me and was super friendly and answered my questions as well as the other staff I interacted with.As for products I'm happy with my purchase, Sunnyside was the only place that carried what I needed. I just bought three different strains of flower at 7 grams each at this location and all 3 were super harsh to smoke and had little to no effect at all. And when I went back to maybe try and get an exchange they told me they can't do anything for me as all sales are final, I guess that's even if the product is defective btw,but not for me. I have dealt with many dispensaries that have great return policies if you are not happy with the product but im telling you you won't be and they won't do anything about it
