Haven’t gone back reviews are bad and product was not the best quality at all not anymore plus they never have the same products which is great but some people rely on one or 2 products and they don’t ever bring them back! The product here gave me a terrible migraine, I had two similar products that were unopened that I tried to return a few days later. They gave me so much red tape trying to make a return, no manager to help in store two days in a row. I was given a customer service number I was told to call by the manager Dylan and cashier Jose. Then found out the next day there actually is NO PHONE NUMBER and the manager the next day said he is not sure why I was given a phone number when there is none. So I have been wasting hours now trying to call, came into the store twice and waited hours and still have not been able to exchange the unopened product. Very rude, careless and y knowledgeable employees. What an absolute joke !!!!

When I travel back from Los Angeles, this is THE SPOT!! I love the clean, open environment that they have. It's much more inviting than other locations around town. Zach is the guy to go to with all of your questions. He's THE man, and really knows his stuff! I ALWAYS go to him for suggestions on the latest goodies. Went here for the first time the other day and couldn’t have had a better experience! The thing that really stood out to me was the staff. Matt, Carly, and Zack all helped me out and they were all so friendly and energetic. I have been to other dispensaries where the people behind the counter don’t have any good suggestions or just seem bored to be there overall and it makes me feel like I’m being a burden for asking questions. Shopping at sunnyside was NOT like this at all. As soon as I walked in I felt welcomed and was encouraged to ask questions. They asked me about what strains I like, gave me informed suggestions and did a great job of describing the differences between the different products. What an experience! I met Hunter at the front door, mile immediately approached and I said I was a beginner. He was a BRILLIANT TEACHER! Not done yet!! Then a wonderful woman named Carly approached and was so informative and soothing. Use this for PTSD and even when I returned to be taught how to use an atomizer…Hunter was to the rescue!! Had a minor ‘hiccup’ with a manager that was a hair tougher than the rest but we got over that speed bump and I will fall in her good graces soon enough. These guys are informed, know how to walk gently and they helped me INCREDIBLY. She was whisked away from “The Evil Empire” (you know which company I am talking about) to instill her knowledge about the industry along with her Louisiana charm. Sunnyside is vertically integrated, as are all of the Florida cannabis brands. Being vertically integrated means they oversee the entire process from seed to sale. Sunnyside dispensary products are grown from their own cannabis plants from seed or cuttings, harvested, and processed into a variety of products. Then packages and distributed within their own network.

Purchasing Marijuana Products at Sunnyside
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders may make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.

The product here gave me a terrible migraine, I had two similar products that were unopened that I tried to return a few days later. They gave me so much red tape trying to make a return, no manager to help in store two days in a row. I was given a customer service number I was told to call by the manager Dylan and cashier Jose. Then found out the next day there actually is NO PHONE NUMBER and the manager the next day said he is not sure why I was given a phone number when there is none. So I have been wasting hours now trying to call, came into the store twice and waited hours and still have not been able to exchange the unopened product. Very rude, careless and y knowledgeable employees. What an absolute joke !!!!

Matt, Carly, and Zack all helped me out and they were all so friendly and energetic. I have been to other dispensaries where the people behind the counter don’t have any good suggestions or just seem bored to be there overall and it makes me feel like I’m being a burden for asking questions. Shopping at sunnyside was NOT like this at all. As soon as I walked in I felt welcomed and was encouraged to ask questions. They asked me about what strains I like, gave me informed suggestions and did a great job of describing the differences between the different products.
