There was a miscommunication with my order and they did they most in ensuring everything was fixed. I was in as a first time customer recently with chronic pain issues. Ive had numerous back fusions and desperately needed some pain relief. Jesse was INCREDIBLY helpful and informative. I had so many questions and felt sorta dumb asking the most simple of things but he made me feel so comfortable. So, when I wrote this indeed review several months ago I originally had no intentions on posting this review on google. However, when indeed featured this review stating it was the most helpful I figured more people would benefit from the truth. Please keep this review in mind when you choose to shop here. If the employees seem stressed now you know why.Maybe other locations are different but the Bonita Springs store is a toxic environment unlike anywhere I have ever worked. The store manager is so negative he is constantly complaining about the company and the assistant manager is exactly the same. They both talk negatively about their employees to other employees which is so unprofessional. They favor some employees over the other ones…only teaching things to who they want and not providing a fair opportunity for everyone to learn. They hide in the back all day and do not help the team on the sales floor when it’s needed. So many people have left this store in the past year due to management. They do not care about the people they manage or what is going on in their employees' personal lives. It is never about the team, but rather all about how good they look. I’m surprised they both still have jobs but they put on a good show. This place has the potential to be so much more but sadly I would never be able to recommend anyone work for Surterra in Bonita Springs.

Horrible service when it came to delivery. Had me wait 6 to 8 hours for my prescription. Then when they got here they told me that I couldn't get my prescription because their machine wasn't working properly. I called customer service and got some guy named Todd. Which was very rude and never helped with my loss of discount or loss of time waiting for them. I would never recommend their delivery service at all to anyone ever again. And I'm honestly starting to question their customer service a 100%. Very hard for me to recommend this place ever again after how I was treated.

Stay away from this location and honestly the whole company in general. I went in and had a 50% discount. When getting to the register they rang me out for full price. After realizing it I called them and they said they would apply a credit back to me instead of refunding. I said fine but I drove over 30 miles to this location and so I requested delivery thinking they would make it right. Instead they told me I can’t get delivery because it’s not over $100 (Only dispensary with this ridiculous rule) they want me to drive all the way back there. Then the guy said he would notate my account about the credit. He did not. Asked him if they would call me about the delivery so I can explain he said yes. I then put in my notes for the delivery order to call me. Guess what didn’t happen? The call. Now they’re on the way and they want me to spend $150 just to use my $75 credit which they make it seem like they’re giving it to you out of the goodness of their heart even though it was just my money to begin with. Absolutely awful company and service. Will never return again. And if this happens to you call your bank and report fraud as I am now. Because that’s exactly what this is.

Because they don't tell you, FTP discounts are only once for the entire state of florida. You CANNOT use the discount at new locations. Just went in thinking I could, paid the ATM fee, heard my budtender whispering with someone about it, he walked back to the counter and told me it would be full price with no explanation. Pick-up notes are written by patients. We know you read them, so tell me why nicely that your discounts are one and fone for ALL your dispensaries (dif from pretty any other dispo im the state) and before telling me the full price of the budexpecting that I'll pay that... if you want to keep customers, do better. Very rude.

Great pricing to get you in but their cartridges are awful . They are harsh on your throat and don’t provide the same high quality or effectiveness as any other product i’ve tried. Mine started leaking which i thought was weird , and within an hour the glass was broken. I’ve never seen that before . What a waste of 2/3 of a cartridge

Quality is fine, staff is nice. However, double check the weight. Multiple containers were under weight. Instead of 3.5 it would have 3.0. The same for the ground. The package is supposed to have 7g but multiple had between 6.3 and 6.5. This is not professional.

I am deeply disappointed and saddened by how I was treated at this Surterra store. I'm familiar with Trulieve and MUV so I was excited to try this dispensary out for the first time. Being that it was my first time I was hoping to be helped by employees and given descriptions of different products or recommendations based off what I was looking for. Instead, I was checked in given a sheet of paper and allowed to browse the displays alone. I didn't mind this at first thinking that they be able to explain any questions I had at check out. I was then offered to order by a different employee that simply asked what I wanted and clarified some fine print on the first time discount-- something that wasn't even known to me until she vaguely mentioned it. When I asked about where to find the ATM I was disregarded and directed to sit and wait for my order. The seating area was nice but when they called my name I was hopeful that the 3rd and final employee I encountered would be more cheery and welcoming to me. I was wrong. They ordered me to stand 6ft away, which is great because I like how distanced everyone was but I wasn't even answered when I asked how she was today. Just given my total $. I let her know I needed to use the ATM and she looked at me like I was the biggest inconvenience to her in the world and told me to go right ahead and just pointed to a wall. I was so defeated at this point I just followed and hoped I'd find it in the general direction I was given. After getting the cash I needed I gave her my money to which she placed my bag of items next to. After a moment of silence, confused, I asked am I all set? To which she answered yeah. I walked out on the verge of tears when the receptionist at the front finally spoke to me kindly thanking me for coming in today. I will never be back to this location, if anything for online pick-up, which the staff seemed to prefer of people so they don't have to actually help at all. I'm giving them a 2-star for providing the products they do at all. I'm attaching the time and date when I entered the store so that hopefully the managers will be able to tell who was on staff at the time and adjust their attitudes accordingly. I am a strong advocate for Medical cannabis and cant imagine how off-putting this kind of interaction could deter a first time ever patient that is completely new to the medicine from exploring the benefits of cannabis. Again, I am so disappointed and hope no one else goes through the same experience.

Defective Myakka cartridges I’ve legit bought so many different times!! Only issue I’ve had with their products! I’ve tried most of their products... it’s legit stuff and actually helps.... I’m just still mad and UPSET at the fact that I get defective cartridges every now and than and just with that one!!! (not just this location). And the manager caught an attitude with me, only exchanged one, and said I’m a customer who’s never had so many defective issues. I mean HELLO... it’s only with that certain one... WHY!!?? How is that my fault that it’s defective... I wouldn’t be back and drive 25 minutes when I’m busy working, if they worked. It basically helped save my life in so many ways.. so she banned from their Florida’s finest collection.. Idk if I should roll my eyes or cry at how insincere she was..I love love sunset salin.. they have pods now, and ALL other myakka. Aka pre rolls! Surterra changed my perspective with their relaxed and calm environment. I've spent close to an hour before waiting for my order and was in and out of Surterra in under 10 mins on a Friday! I usually go to the Fort Myers location but they did not have what I needed in stock. A couple products had issues (leaking and crystallization) which I realized when I got home. I wish Surterra had the option to call the store directly instead of just an 800 customer service number. I did have to travel the extra distance back to Bonita for the exchange, but the men working there were extremely accommodating, kind, and helpful. They were very apologetic for any inconvenience, replaced the faulty products and made sure the new products were in good condition. Thank you!

The FRONT of the plaza, facing the highway, is where the store is located per the pictures I've uploaded.They are only soft open and yet the staff is already so knowledgeable! (For those who don't know it means no major announcement has been made, stock levels are low, and they are opening to customers that hear by word of mouth only as they ramp up inventory and staff levels. Also, as I have provided pictures, there is clearly a store at this location, next to Pinchers WHICH HAS GREAT FOOD!)Other dispensaries seem to only care that you make a purchase. They still primarily talk in "indica" and "sativa" language, which is dated if you do your research.They do have strain based products under their Floridas Finest line and ratio based products under their Wellness line :)Surterra treats it's products as medicine and it's customers as important family members. I highly recommend this beautiful location, clean and potent products, and smiling staff!!

Before this dispensary could open, it was licensed by the Office of Medical Marijuana Use (OMMU). In the state of Florida, dispensaries are officially referred to as medical marijuana treatment centers (MMTCs).
Surterra is vertically integrated, as are the rest of the MMTC’s. Being vertically integrated means they oversee the entire process from seed to sale. Surterra grows their own cannabis plants from seed or cuttings, harvests, processes into a variety of products, packages and distributes within their own network.
Product types and availability can vary from store menu to store menu, depending on demand. If Surterra in Bonita Springs does not have what you are looking for, there is no legal obligation to stick to a single brand. Your medical marijuana card is universally accepted at any dispensary in Florida.
Purchasing Marijuana Products at Surterra
During your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders will make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.

So, when I wrote this indeed review several months ago I originally had no intentions on posting this review on google. However, when indeed featured this review stating it was the most helpful I figured more people would benefit from the truth. Please keep this review in mind when you choose to shop here. If the employees seem stressed now you know why.Maybe other locations are different but the Bonita Springs store is a toxic environment unlike anywhere I have ever worked. The store manager is so negative he is constantly complaining about the company and the assistant manager is exactly the same. They both talk negatively about their employees to other employees which is so unprofessional. They favor some employees over the other ones…only teaching things to who they want and not providing a fair opportunity for everyone to learn. They hide in the back all day and do not help the team on the sales floor when it’s needed. So many people have left this store in the past year due to management. They do not care about the people they manage or what is going on in their employees' personal lives. It is never about the team, but rather all about how good they look. I’m surprised they both still have jobs but they put on a good show. This place has the potential to be so much more but sadly I would never be able to recommend anyone work for Surterra in Bonita Springs.

Horrible service when it came to delivery. Had me wait 6 to 8 hours for my prescription. Then when they got here they told me that I couldn't get my prescription because their machine wasn't working properly. I called customer service and got some guy named Todd. Which was very rude and never helped with my loss of discount or loss of time waiting for them. I would never recommend their delivery service at all to anyone ever again. And I'm honestly starting to question their customer service a 100%. Very hard for me to recommend this place ever again after how I was treated.

Stay away from this location and honestly the whole company in general. I went in and had a 50% discount. When getting to the register they rang me out for full price. After realizing it I called them and they said they would apply a credit back to me instead of refunding. I said fine but I drove over 30 miles to this location and so I requested delivery thinking they would make it right. Instead they told me I can’t get delivery because it’s not over $100 (Only dispensary with this ridiculous rule) they want me to drive all the way back there. Then the guy said he would notate my account about the credit. He did not. Asked him if they would call me about the delivery so I can explain he said yes. I then put in my notes for the delivery order to call me. Guess what didn’t happen? The call. Now they’re on the way and they want me to spend $150 just to use my $75 credit which they make it seem like they’re giving it to you out of the goodness of their heart even though it was just my money to begin with. Absolutely awful company and service. Will never return again. And if this happens to you call your bank and report fraud as I am now. Because that’s exactly what this is.

Just went in thinking I could, paid the ATM fee, heard my budtender whispering with someone about it, he walked back to the counter and told me it would be full price with no explanation. Quality is fine, staff is nice. However, double check the weight. Multiple containers were under weight. Instead of 3.5 it would have 3.0. The same for the ground. The package is supposed to have 7g but multiple had between 6.3 and 6.5. This is not professional.

I am deeply disappointed and saddened by how I was treated at this Surterra store. I'm familiar with Trulieve and MUV so I was excited to try this dispensary out for the first time. Being that it was my first time I was hoping to be helped by employees and given descriptions of different products or recommendations based off what I was looking for. Instead, I was checked in given a sheet of paper and allowed to browse the displays alone. I didn't mind this at first thinking that they be able to explain any questions I had at check out. I was then offered to order by a different employee that simply asked what I wanted and clarified some fine print on the first time discount-- something that wasn't even known to me until she vaguely mentioned it. When I asked about where to find the ATM I was disregarded and directed to sit and wait for my order. The seating area was nice but when they called my name I was hopeful that the 3rd and final employee I encountered would be more cheery and welcoming to me. I was wrong. They ordered me to stand 6ft away, which is great because I like how distanced everyone was but I wasn't even answered when I asked how she was today. Just given my total $. I let her know I needed to use the ATM and she looked at me like I was the biggest inconvenience to her in the world and told me to go right ahead and just pointed to a wall. I was so defeated at this point I just followed and hoped I'd find it in the general direction I was given. After getting the cash I needed I gave her my money to which she placed my bag of items next to. After a moment of silence, confused, I asked am I all set? To which she answered yeah. I walked out on the verge of tears when the receptionist at the front finally spoke to me kindly thanking me for coming in today. I will never be back to this location, if anything for online pick-up, which the staff seemed to prefer of people so they don't have to actually help at all. I'm giving them a 2-star for providing the products they do at all. I'm attaching the time and date when I entered the store so that hopefully the managers will be able to tell who was on staff at the time and adjust their attitudes accordingly. I am a strong advocate for Medical cannabis and cant imagine how off-putting this kind of interaction could deter a first time ever patient that is completely new to the medicine from exploring the benefits of cannabis. Again, I am so disappointed and hope no one else goes through the same experience.

Defective Myakka cartridges I’ve legit bought so many different times!! Only issue I’ve had with their products! I’ve tried most of their products... it’s legit stuff and actually helps.... I’m just still mad and UPSET at the fact that I get defective cartridges every now and than and just with that one!!! (not just this location). And the manager caught an attitude with me, only exchanged one, and said I’m a customer who’s never had so many defective issues. I mean HELLO... it’s only with that certain one... WHY!!?? How is that my fault that it’s defective... I wouldn’t be back and drive 25 minutes when I’m busy working, if they worked. It basically helped save my life in so many ways.. so she banned from their Florida’s finest collection.. Recently shopped at Surterra through a referral from a close friend. Before Surterra I had only been to one dispensary in my life and had a pretty narrow subjective and understanding of dispensaries. Surterra changed my perspective with their relaxed and calm environment. I've spent close to an hour before waiting for my order and was in and out of Surterra in under 10 mins on a Friday! Their professional and knowledgeable staff let me know my choice to try a different dispensary was a good idea. High recommend giving Surterra a try.

I usually go to the Fort Myers location but they did not have what I needed in stock. A couple products had issues (leaking and crystallization) which I realized when I got home. I wish Surterra had the option to call the store directly instead of just an 800 customer service number. I did have to travel the extra distance back to Bonita for the exchange, but the men working there were extremely accommodating, kind, and helpful. They were very apologetic for any inconvenience, replaced the faulty products and made sure the new products were in good condition. Thank you!

Went to a cannabis dispensary named Surterra Wellness in Bonita Springs Florida. I was greeted by a employee named Owen Hardin. I went to this location due to the reviews, unfortunately I didn't have the experience I was hoping for. Not a fan of cash only places. The place was nice, clean, and organized. They don't have menus in view for us to look over before they take your order. I like to see the stats of what im buying while speaking to the budtender. Also it was limited 2 whole flowers per day per person. I have to go to another dispensary for more. I live far-out in Naples, so I need bulk.

I gave this dispensary a try when my normal go to dispensary was out of the products I needed. I am so glad I did because now its my favorite dispensary!! Everyone I’ve interacted has been very nice and very helpful. You can tell they enjoy working there and it comes through with the service. Surterra has been doing awesome sales lately and have been adding a lot of new interesting products. I highly suggest you try them out ( ps - they are the fastest in town when it comes to pick up orders!)

*TO THE PEOPLE WHO KEEP GOING TO AN EMPTY BUILDING*You are driving to the back of the building and seeing construction on offices of some type. The FRONT of the plaza, facing the highway, is where the store is located per the pictures I've uploaded.They are only soft open and yet the staff is already so knowledgeable! (For those who don't know it means no major announcement has been made, stock levels are low, and they are opening to customers that hear by word of mouth only as they ramp up inventory and staff levels. Also, as I have provided pictures, there is clearly a store at this location, next to Pinchers WHICH HAS GREAT FOOD!)Other dispensaries seem to only care that you make a purchase. They still primarily talk in "indica" and "sativa" language, which is dated if you do your research.They do have strain based products under their Floridas Finest line and ratio based products under their Wellness line :)Surterra treats it's products as medicine and it's customers as important family members. I highly recommend this beautiful location, clean and potent products, and smiling staff!!
